Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of displays, and particularly relates to a display brightness control method, device, system, electronic terminal and readable storage medium.
Background
The LCD brightness is composed of a backlight lamp group and a backlight driver, and after a PWM signal for controlling the brightness externally enters a backlight driver board circuit, the PWM signal with a corresponding period and a corresponding pulse width is output, so that the brightness of the display can be adjusted. The general display brightness level is adjustable from 1 to 100, and the corresponding brightness requirement is 0.2cd/m2-600cd/m2. I.e. the luminance level set by the user to level 1 corresponds to a luminance of 2cd/m2100 levels correspond to a luminance of 600cd/m2. Generally, the PWM frequency affects the fineness of the brightness, and the lower the frequency, the finer the brightness control. The duty ratio directly affects the brightness, so the corresponding relationship between the duty ratio and the brightness of the display needs to be tested.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a display brightness control method, a display brightness control device, a display brightness control system, an electronic terminal and a readable storage medium.
The invention provides a display brightness control method, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: acquiring brightness adjustment requirements of a display, wherein the brightness adjustment requirements at least comprise a brightness level and a corresponding brightness adjustable range;
step 2: respectively acquiring duty ratios corresponding to two measuring points meeting a preset brightness error based on the brightness adjustable range, wherein the two measuring points are two brightnesses selected from the brightness adjustable range;
and step 3: generating a linear mapping relation table of the brightness level and the duty ratio based on the duty ratios corresponding to the two measuring points;
and determining the duty ratio corresponding to the brightness level required by the display based on the linear mapping relation table.
It should be noted that, when the display brightness control method is applied to an electronic terminal, a linear mapping relation table is generated according to the contents of step 1 and step 3, and then the linear mapping relation table is transmitted to an image board of a display, so that in practical application, the image board determines a duty ratio corresponding to a brightness level required by the display based on the linear mapping relation table, and further outputs the corresponding duty ratio.
When the display brightness control method is applied to an image board, the display brightness control method receives a linear mapping relation table generated by an electronic terminal, determines the duty ratio corresponding to the brightness grade required by the display based on the linear mapping relation table, and further outputs the corresponding duty ratio. Wherein, the linear mapping relation table is obtained by the electronic terminal according to the modes of the steps 1 to 3.
Optionally, the two measuring points are the minimum brightness and the maximum brightness in the brightness adjustable range.
Optionally, when the brightness adjustment requirement includes a plurality of groups of brightness levels and brightness adjustable ranges corresponding to the brightness levels, duty ratios corresponding to two measuring points in each group of brightness adjustable ranges are obtained according to the step 2, linear mapping relations between each group of brightness levels and the duty ratios are respectively generated, and a linear mapping relation table of the whole brightness levels is obtained through combination. The invention carries out multi-group segmentation on the brightness levels and respectively processes the brightness levels, so that the obtained linear mapping relation table is more precise, more accords with the actual requirement and has smaller error.
Optionally, when the linear mapping table of brightness level and duty ratio of one display is adjusted and applied to a homogeneous display, the method further comprises:
based on the obtained linear mapping relation table, respectively searching the duty ratios corresponding to the two measuring points in the brightness adjustable range as central positions, and determining the duty ratios corresponding to the two measuring points of the current display under the condition of meeting a preset brightness error;
and searching the duty ratios of the two measuring points of the current display in a mode of increasing the duty ratio and decreasing the duty ratio when the duty ratio center points of the two measuring points are searched respectively.
Debugging to complete one displayAfter the software is solidified and is written into the same type of machine, the brightness error may be very large, which is often that the brightness is not consistent under the same current condition due to the difference of the hardware, so that the requirements of maximum and minimum brightness error control within 10% may not be met, especially for the low-brightness scene, such as the minimum brightness requirement of 0.2cd/m2The error accuracy requires 10%, then the brightness of the level must be controlled at 0.2cd/m2Plus or minus 0.02. Therefore, in the existing application, the corresponding relation between the duty ratio and the current display brightness is often required to be measured again, the efficiency is low, and the experience of practical application is influenced. The method selects the measuring point as the central position under the determined mapping relation, searches in a certain range, and can more quickly determine the mapping table adapted to the similar type display.
Optionally, the preset brightness error is that an absolute value of an error between the actual brightness and the theoretical brightness is minimum or an error is less than 10%.
Optionally, if an error between the actual brightness and the theoretical brightness of the display exceeds the preset brightness error range, the method further includes: and adjusting the duty ratio until the error between the actual brightness and the theoretical brightness of the display is within the preset brightness error range.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides an apparatus based on the foregoing method, including: the electronic terminal is in communication connection with the brightness tester, the electronic terminal is in communication connection with an image board of the display, the brightness tester measures the actual brightness of the display, and the electronic terminal outputs a linear mapping relation table of the brightness grade and the duty ratio to the image board.

the electronic terminal is in communication connection with the brightness tester, the electronic terminal is in communication connection with an image board of the display, the brightness tester measures the actual brightness of the display, and the electronic terminal outputs a linear mapping relation table of the brightness grade and the duty ratio to the image board.
In a fourth aspect, the present invention provides an electronic terminal, including a processor and a memory, where the memory stores a computer program, and the processor calls the computer program to execute: the method for controlling the brightness of the display comprises the following steps.
In a fifth aspect, the present invention provides a readable storage medium storing a computer program, the computer program being called by a processor to execute: the method for controlling the brightness of the display comprises the following steps.

The brightness levels are divided into two groups: brightness levels of 1-20 and 21-100.
Then adjusted to 0.2, 5cd/m respectively in the manner described in the previous example 32Corresponding duty cycle, and 5, 600cd/m2A corresponding duty cycle; and then respectively carrying out linear mapping to obtain two groups of mapping relations, and finally combining to obtain a linear mapping relation table of the whole brightness grade range.
Example 5:
on the basis of embodiment 3, when the linear mapping relation table of the brightness level and the duty ratio of one display is adjusted and applied to the similar type display, fine adjustment can be performed based on the previously adjusted linear mapping relation table to obtain the linear mapping relation table adapted to the current display.
