the motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate so as to drive the worm gears on two sides to rotate relatively, so as to drive the tensioning roller to tension the screen around the coil, the telescopic unit is pressed downwards, so that the light receiving sensor receives all the plane light beams to trigger the metering mechanism to start metering, and part of the telescopic unit moves upwards to penetrate out of the broken screen so as to shield part of the plane light beams to trigger the metering mechanism to stop metering and trigger the motor to stop rotating;
the telescopic unit comprises a top column and a spring, the top column is vertically arranged in the groove in a close-proximity mode, the top column is arranged in a rectangular mode, the spring is fixed to the bottom end of the top column and between the bottom walls in the groove and can push the top column to penetrate out of the top end of the groove, and the outer diameter of the cross section of the top column is larger than the aperture of the screen.
2. The tension detecting device for the polyester screen cloth according to claim 1, wherein the clamping mechanism comprises an electric telescopic rod and a clamping jaw, the electric telescopic rod is fixed in the clamping groove, the clamping jaw is fixed at the movable end of the electric telescopic rod, and the clamping jaw is driven to move to abut against the inner side wall of the clamping groove by extending out of the electric telescopic rod so as to clamp the screen cloth.
3. The device for detecting tension of polyester screen cloth according to claim 1, wherein the metering mechanism comprises a gear, a connecting frame and a photoelectric counter, the gear is coaxially fixed outside the worm wheel, the connecting frame is fixed at the bottom end of the frame, the photoelectric counter is fixed at the bottom end of the connecting frame, the photoelectric counter senses and counts the number of teeth of the gear towards the teeth position of the gear so as to count the number of the teeth of the gear, and the photoelectric counter is electrically connected with the light receiving sensor.
4. The tension detecting device for polyester screen cloth as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer diameter of the cross section of the top pillar is between 1.2 and 2 times of the size of the aperture of the screen cloth.
5. The device for detecting the tension of the polyester screen cloth as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating shaft is provided with a limiting flange at intervals on both sides of the left worm and both sides of the right worm.
