The comprehensive environment simulation testing machine is environment simulation equipment integrating vibration control, temperature, pressure and/or humidity and can be used for environment simulation tests in the reliability verification fields of aerospace, plateau road transportation, electronic products and the like.
The existing integrated environment simulation test equipment usually directly installs other devices (such as a heating device and the like) used for simulating the environment except for a vibration device on a test box, for example, the structure of an inertial navigation system integrated environment calibration device disclosed in the Chinese utility model with the publication number of CN208885494U, when the integrated environment simulation test equipment is used, the devices used for simulating the environment such as the heating device can follow the vibration of the test box, the fault rate is relatively high, and a sealing structure is needed between the test box and the vibration device, so that the vibration mode and the vibration amplitude are limited, the four-comprehensive simulation requirements under severe conditions are difficult to meet, the test application range is influenced, and the production and manufacturing cost is high.
The invention discloses a comprehensive environment simulation device disclosed in the Chinese patent application with the publication number of CN110243617A, wherein a test box is set to be a double-layer box structure comprising an inner box body and an outer box body, a hydraulic vibration table is inserted into the inner box body from the outside of the outer box body, and devices such as a heating device and the like used for simulating the environment are prevented from vibrating along with the test box.
In view of the above, the applicant has made intensive studies to solve the above problems and has made the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a comprehensive environment simulation test machine which is relatively low in failure rate, wide in test application range and relatively low in production and manufacturing cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a comprehensive environment simulation test machine comprises a vibration device, a test box placed or fixed on the vibration device and an environment control box which is relatively independently arranged with the vibration device, wherein a refrigerating device, a heating device, a humidifying and dehumidifying device and/or an air pressure control device are arranged in the environment control box, an illumination simulation device and/or a video monitoring device are arranged in the test box, two vacuum corrugated pipes are connected between the test box and the environment control box, and a fan is arranged at the end part of one of the vacuum corrugated pipes.
As an improvement of the invention, the vibration device is a rotary vibration table, a hydraulic vibration table or an electromagnetic vibration table.
As an improvement of the invention, the vibration device comprises a vertical vibration table and a horizontal vibration table arranged on the vertical vibration table, and the test box is arranged on the horizontal vibration table.
As an improvement of the invention, the vibration device comprises a horizontal vibration table and a vertical vibration table arranged on the horizontal vibration table, and the test box is arranged on the vertical vibration table.
As an improvement of the present invention, the fan is an exhaust fan or a cavity circulation fan.
As an improvement of the invention, a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor are arranged in the test chamber.
As a modification of the invention, there are more than two test chambers, and each test chamber is connected with the same environmental control chamber through two vacuum bellows.

2. The setting of environmental control case can form the buffering between refrigerating plant, heating device, humidification dehydrating unit and/or atmospheric control device and proof box, helps improving the stability of environmental parameter control.
3. A plurality of test boxes can be dragged by one environment control box, so that simultaneous testing of a plurality of samples is completed, or testing of a plurality of vibration modes of the plurality of samples is completed, and the testing efficiency is relatively high.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the present embodiment provides an integrated environmental simulation test machine including a vibration device 10, a test chamber 20 placed or fixed on the vibration device, and an environmental control chamber 30 arranged relatively independently of the vibration device 10, i.e., without any physical direct connection between the environmental control chamber 30 and the test chamber 20 and the vibration device 10. The environmental control box 30 is substantially a buffer box, and a refrigeration device, a heating device, a humidification and dehumidification device and/or an air pressure control device are/is arranged in the buffer box, in the embodiment, environmental parameter simulation devices such as the refrigeration device, the heating device, the humidification and dehumidification device and the air pressure control device are arranged in the environmental control box 30, and the devices are the same as those used in the existing environmental simulation test machine, can be directly purchased and obtained from the market, and are all in communication connection with an upper computer. Since these devices do not act directly within test chamber 20, they help to improve the stability of the control of the environmental parameters. If necessary, a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor which are in communication connection with the upper computer can also be arranged in the environment control box 30.
Two vacuum bellows 50 are connected between the test chamber 20 and the environmental control chamber 30, and an air circulation fan 51 is disposed at an end of one of the vacuum bellows 50, but other fans may be used instead of the air circulation fan, such as an exhaust fan.
Preferably, there may be more than two test chambers 20, and when there are more than two test chambers 20, each test chamber 20 may be placed on the same vibration device 10, or may be prevented from being placed on different vibration devices 10, and may be determined according to actual needs, and each test chamber 20 is connected to the same environmental control chamber 30 through two vacuum bellows 50, which helps to improve the test efficiency.
When the test box is used, a sample is placed into the test box 20, then the corresponding environmental parameter simulation device arranged in the environmental control box 30 is started according to test requirements, the exhaust fan 51 is opened at the same time, so that the parameters between the test box 20 and the environmental control box 30 circulate, and after the environment in the test box 20 meets the test requirements, the vibration device 10 is started to start testing.
