The invention also provides a wall-mounted gas boiler system, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the wall-mounted gas boiler system.
In this embodiment, the wall-mounted gas stove system includes a wall-mounted gas stove 110, a plurality of fan coils 120, and a control unit (not shown).
The water inlet end of each fan coil 120 is respectively communicated with the water outlet of the gas wall-mounted furnace 110 through the water separator 130, and the water outlet end of each fan coil 120 is respectively communicated with the water return port of the gas wall-mounted furnace 110 through the water collector 140, so that hot water generated by the gas wall-mounted furnace 110 enters the fan coil 120, the hot water and air exchange heat through the fan coil 120, and the hot air is blown to the indoor space by the fan of the fan coil 120, so as to heat the room to which the fan coil 120 belongs. The cold water after heat exchange flows back to the gas wall-hanging stove 110 through the water collector 140 to be heated circularly.
An outlet water temperature sensor is arranged in the gas wall-mounted boiler 110, and an outlet air temperature sensor 121 is arranged at an air outlet of each fan coil 120. A return water temperature sensor 160 is provided in the return water line between the outlet end of each fan coil 120 and the water collector 140.
The control unit is respectively in communication connection with the gas wall-mounted furnace, the water separator and the air outlet temperature sensor; and the control unit adjusts the water separator based on the detection temperature of the air outlet temperature sensor and the corresponding set temperature of the fan coil. Specifically, the to-be-adjusted fan coil currently in the operating state in each fan coil can be determined, then the air outlet temperature currently detected by the air outlet temperature sensor corresponding to the to-be-adjusted fan coil and the set temperature corresponding to the to-be-adjusted fan coil are obtained, and then the water separator is adjusted based on the air outlet temperature and the set temperature so as to adjust the water flow of the to-be-adjusted fan coil.
In an embodiment, the gas wall-hanging stove system may further include a water server 150, where the water server 150 is configured to detect the water flow rate of each of the fan coils 120, and specifically, the water server 150 may be configured to match with the water separator 130, and determine the water flow rate of each of the fan coils 120 by detecting each of the water outlet flow paths of the water separator 130.
According to the wall-mounted gas furnace system, the control unit can adjust the water flow of the fan coil according to the air outlet temperature and the set temperature by setting the temperature adjusting water separator corresponding to the fan coil according to the detection temperature of the air outlet temperature sensor, so that the water flow distribution of the wall-mounted gas furnace is realized according to the user requirements, and the user experience is improved.
Meanwhile, for the fan coil which is newly started to operate, because the air outlet temperature is low, a large water flow can be distributed to the fan coil by adjusting the water separator according to the air outlet temperature and the set temperature, so that the temperature of the indoor environment to which the fan coil belongs is quickly raised, and the quick heat supply is realized.
The invention also provides a water flow control method, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the water flow control method of the invention.
In this embodiment, the water flow control method includes:
step S100, determining the fan coil to be adjusted currently in the running state in each fan coil;
in this embodiment, the to-be-adjusted fan coil currently in the running state in each fan coil may be determined at regular time, or the to-be-adjusted fan coil currently in the running state in each fan coil is determined when it is monitored that the started fan coil exists in each fan coil, or the to-be-adjusted fan coil currently in the running state in each fan coil is determined when it is detected that the fan coil with the set temperature change exists in each currently running fan coil.
It can be understood that the current operation state of each fan coil in the gas wall-mounted boiler system can be detected in real time, so that the fan coil to be adjusted which is currently in the operation state can be determined according to the current operation state.
Step S200, acquiring the air outlet temperature corresponding to the fan coil to be regulated and the set temperature corresponding to the fan coil to be regulated through the air outlet temperature sensor;
in this embodiment, when determining the fan coil to be adjusted, a current detection result of the air-out temperature sensor corresponding to the fan coil to be adjusted, that is, a current detection result of the air-out temperature sensor arranged at the air outlet of the fan coil to be adjusted, is obtained, the air-out temperature corresponding to the fan coil to be adjusted is determined according to the detection result, and the set temperature corresponding to each fan coil to be adjusted is obtained.
It can be understood that a user can set the set temperature of the fan coil through a remote controller, a line controller or a centralized controller and other control ends corresponding to the fan coil, and the set temperature is the air outlet temperature of the fan coil set by the user.
And step S300, adjusting the water separator based on the air outlet temperature and the set temperature so as to adjust the water flow corresponding to the fan coil to be adjusted.
In the embodiment, the air outlet temperature and the set temperature are acquired, the water separator can be adjusted according to the air outlet temperature and the set temperature, and then the water flow of each fan coil to be adjusted is adjusted, so that the water flow of the fan coils can be adjusted according to the set temperature, the water flow distribution of the wall-mounted gas stove is realized according to the user requirements, and the user experience is improved. The water flow of the fan coil refers to the flow of hot water flowing from a water outlet of the gas wall-mounted boiler to the fan coil after passing through the water separator.
It should be noted that, in order to improve the efficiency of water flow distribution for the gas wall-mounted boiler, when the number of the fan coils to be adjusted is multiple, the fan coils to be adjusted are screened to eliminate the fan coils with smaller difference between the air-out temperature and the set temperature in the fan coils to be adjusted, so as to obtain the target fan coil with larger difference between the air-out temperature and the set temperature, and then the water separator is adjusted according to the air-out temperature of the target fan coil and the set temperature, so as to adjust the water flow corresponding to the target fan coil.
It can be understood that, when the discharge that fan coil corresponds changes, the hydrothermal flow that gets into fan coil from gas hanging stove changes, when hot water and air carry out the heat transfer in fan coil, the heat of heat transfer changes in the unit interval, and then make the hot-air after the heat transfer change, when the fan that relies on fan coil blows hot-air to indoor, the air-out temperature that air-out temperature sensor detected also changes thereupon, and compare before the water knockout drum is adjusted, the air-out temperature after the change is more close to the settlement temperature, realize carrying out the discharge distribution of gas hanging stove according to the user's demand.
According to the water flow control method provided by the embodiment, the fan coil to be adjusted in the running state currently in each fan coil is determined, then the air outlet temperature currently detected by the air outlet temperature sensor corresponding to the fan coil to be adjusted and the set temperature corresponding to the fan coil to be adjusted are obtained, and then the water segregator is adjusted based on the air outlet temperature and the set temperature to adjust the water flow of the fan coil to be adjusted, so that the water flow of the fan coil to be adjusted can be adjusted according to the air outlet temperature and the set temperature, the water flow distribution of the gas wall-mounted furnace can be realized according to the user requirements, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the water flow rate control method according to the present invention is provided, in this embodiment, step S300 includes:
step S310, determining whether the fan coil to be adjusted has a target fan coil meeting preset conditions or not based on the set temperature and the air outlet temperature;
and S320, if the target fan coil meeting the preset conditions exists, adjusting the water separator based on the set temperature corresponding to the target fan coil so as to adjust the water flow of the target fan coil.
In this embodiment, the to-be-adjusted fan coil includes a plurality of fan coils, when the set temperature and the air-out temperature of the to-be-adjusted fan coil are obtained, whether a target fan coil meeting preset conditions exists in the to-be-adjusted fan coil is determined based on the set temperature and the air-out temperature, and the to-be-adjusted fan coil is screened to reject the fan coil which does not meet the preset conditions in the to-be-adjusted fan coil, for example, reject the fan coil with a smaller difference between the air-out temperature and the set temperature in the to-be-adjusted fan coil, so as to obtain the target fan coil with a larger difference between the air-out temperature and the set.
And then, if the target fan coil meeting the preset conditions exists, adjusting the water separator according to the air outlet temperature of the target fan coil and the set temperature so as to adjust the water flow corresponding to the target fan coil.
It can be understood that the difference between the air outlet temperature of the fan coil which does not meet the preset condition and the set temperature is small, namely the current air outlet temperature can meet the set temperature required by a user, and further adjustment is not needed.
According to the water flow control method provided by the embodiment, whether the target fan coil meeting the preset condition exists in the fan coil to be adjusted is determined based on the set temperature and the air outlet temperature, and then if the target fan coil meeting the preset condition exists, the water separator is adjusted based on the set temperature corresponding to the target fan coil to adjust the water flow of the target fan coil, so that the water flow of the target fan coil is adjusted, the water flow of the target fan coil meeting the preset condition is adjusted, the water flow of the gas wall-hanging stove is distributed according to the user requirement, and the user experience is further improved.
Based on the second embodiment, a third embodiment of the water flow rate control method according to the present invention is provided, in this embodiment, step S320 includes:
step S321, determining a required heat load corresponding to the target fan coil based on the current set temperature corresponding to the target fan coil and the current air outlet temperature corresponding to the target fan coil;
step S322, adjusting the water separator based on the demand heat load to adjust water flow of the target fan coil.
In this embodiment, when a target fan coil meeting a preset condition exists, a current set temperature corresponding to the target fan coil and a current air-out temperature corresponding to the target fan coil are obtained from the set temperature and the air-out temperature of the fan coil to be adjusted, and a required thermal load corresponding to the target fan coil is determined based on the current set temperature and the current air-out temperature, where the required thermal load is a heat quantity which needs to be increased or decreased when hot air blown out by the target fan coil in unit time reaches the current set temperature from the current air-out temperature.
And then, adjusting the water separator according to the required heat load to adjust the water flow of the target fan coil, so as to realize accurate adjustment of the water flow of the target fan coil.
Further, in an embodiment, the step S321 includes:
step a, acquiring the rotating speed of a fan corresponding to the target fan coil;
and b, determining the required heat load corresponding to the target fan coil based on the rotating speed, the current set temperature and the current air outlet temperature.
In this embodiment, the rotation speed of the fan corresponding to the target fan coil, that is, the current rotation speed of the fan, is first obtained, then the amount of hot air blown out by the target fan coil in unit time is determined according to the rotation speed of the fan and the model of the target fan coil, and the required heat load corresponding to the target fan coil is determined based on the amount of hot air, the current set temperature, and the current air-out temperature, and specifically, the required heat load is determined according to a heat absorption/release formula. And then the required heat load of the target fan coil is accurately obtained, the water flow of the target fan coil is further accurately adjusted, and the accuracy of water flow adjustment of the fan coil is improved.
According to the water flow control method provided by the embodiment, the required heat load corresponding to the target fan coil is determined based on the current set temperature corresponding to the target fan coil and the current air outlet temperature corresponding to the target fan coil; and then, the water separator is adjusted based on the required heat load so as to adjust the water flow of the target fan coil, and the water flow of the target fan coil can be accurately adjusted according to the required heat load, so that the air outlet temperature of the adjusted target fan coil reaches the set temperature, the water flow distribution of the gas wall-mounted furnace is further realized according to the user requirement, and the user experience is further improved.
Based on the third embodiment, a fourth embodiment of the water flow rate control method according to the present invention is provided, in this embodiment, step S322 includes:
step S3221, acquiring a current heat load corresponding to the target fan coil;
step S3222, determining a total heat load corresponding to the target fan coil unit based on the current heat load and the required heat load;
step S3223, adjusting the water segregator based on the total heat load to adjust water flow of the target fan coil.
In this embodiment, the current heat load corresponding to the target fan coil may be obtained first, where the current heat load is the heat absorbed by the hot air blown by the target fan coil in unit time.
