In addition, considering that the user is sensitive to temperature in the getting-up process, in a fourth preset time period after the end time, an adjusting instruction is sent to the air conditioner, the air conditioner is instructed to take the highest temperature in the comfortable temperature range of the human body as the target temperature, and the air conditioner is instructed to adjust the air supply quantity to the maximum air quantity, so that the chilliness of the user in the getting-up process can be reduced, and the comfort of the user in the getting-up process is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, based on the same concept, the invention also provides an intelligent mattress 100. The smart mattress 100 may include a controller 101. The controller 101 may include a memory 102 and a processor 103. The memory 102 stores a control program. The control program is used to implement the control method of the intelligent mattress-based air conditioner according to any one of the above embodiments when executed by the processor 103.
In one embodiment of the invention, the smart mattress 100 may also include a sensing element 104. The sensing element 104 is adapted to detect a human condition on the smart mattress 100.
Any of the above embodiments can be combined with each other, and according to any one of the above preferred embodiments or a combination of multiple preferred embodiments, the embodiments of the present invention can achieve the following advantages:
the intelligent mattress sleep control method comprises the steps of obtaining sleep starting time, obtaining environmental parameters of the environment where the intelligent mattress is located in a first preset time period before the sleep starting time, sending a first adjusting instruction to the air conditioner if the environmental parameters do not belong to a preset human body comfort range, responding the first adjusting instruction by the air conditioner and adjusting the environmental parameters of the position where the intelligent mattress is located according to the human body comfort range, achieving the effect that the environmental parameters of the position where the intelligent mattress is located can be adjusted to the human body comfort range in advance before a user sleeps, avoiding that the mattress and bedding are too cold and wet when the user sleeps in winter, providing a comfortable sleep environment for the user, and improving the intelligence of the intelligent mattress. In addition, the control method can also avoid the hazards of fire, radiation and the like, so that the sleeping environment of the user is safer.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of an air conditioner based on a smart mattress, wherein the smart mattress is in signal connection with the air conditioner, and the control method comprises:
acquiring sleep starting time;
acquiring environmental parameters of the environment where the intelligent mattress is located within a first preset time period before the sleep starting time;
judging whether the environmental parameters belong to a preset human body comfort range or not;
if not, sending a first adjusting instruction to the air conditioner, responding to the first adjusting instruction by the air conditioner, and adjusting the environmental parameters of the position of the intelligent mattress according to the human body comfort range;
wherein the environmental parameter may include an environmental humidity, and the human comfort range may include a human comfort humidity range;
and under the condition that the environmental humidity is higher than the highest humidity in the human body comfortable humidity range, the first adjusting instruction is used for instructing the air conditioner to take the highest temperature in the human body comfortable temperature range as a target temperature, and the air supply direction is adjusted to the direction of the position of the mattress.
2. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein,
the environmental parameter comprises an environmental temperature, and the human body comfort range comprises a human body comfort temperature range;
and under the condition that the ambient temperature is lower than the lowest temperature in the human body comfortable temperature range, the first adjusting instruction is used for indicating the air conditioner to take the highest temperature in the human body comfortable temperature range as a target temperature and adjusting the air supply direction to the direction of the position of the intelligent mattress.
3. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein,
and under the condition that the ambient temperature is lower than the lowest temperature in the human body comfortable temperature range, the first adjusting instruction is also used for indicating the air conditioner to adjust the air supply quantity to the maximum air quantity.
4. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein,
the intelligent mattress is also provided with an induction element for detecting the human body state thereon, and the human body state of the intelligent mattress is acquired within a second preset time period after the sleep starting time;
if the intelligent mattress is occupied, a second adjusting instruction is sent to the air conditioner, and the second adjusting instruction is used for indicating the air conditioner to take the lowest temperature in the human body comfortable temperature range as the target temperature.
5. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein,
if someone is on the intelligent mattress, the second adjusting instruction is also used for indicating the air conditioner to adjust the air supply quantity to the minimum air quantity.
6. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein,
and if no person is on the intelligent mattress, the second adjusting instruction is also used for turning off the air conditioner.
7. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein,
after the step of sending the first adjusting instruction to the air conditioner, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring sleep ending time;
acquiring the human body state of the intelligent mattress within a third preset time period before the sleep ending time;
if the intelligent mattress is occupied, acquiring environmental parameters of the environment where the intelligent mattress is located within the third preset time period;
judging whether the environmental parameters belong to the human body comfort range or not;
and if not, sending a third adjusting instruction to the air conditioner, and responding to the third adjusting instruction by the air conditioner and adjusting the environmental parameters of the position of the intelligent mattress according to the human body comfort range.
8. The control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein,
the step of acquiring the sleep start time comprises the following steps:
and performing machine learning on the human body state record of the intelligent mattress to determine the sleep starting time.
9. A smart mattress comprising:
a controller comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a control program, the control program when executed by the processor being for implementing the method of controlling the intelligent mattress-based air conditioner according to any one of claims 1-8.
10. The smart mattress of claim 9, further comprising:
a sensing element configured to detect a human condition on the smart mattress.
