Abstract
The application provides a supporting leg which comprises an upper joint, a lower joint and an elastic piece, wherein the lower joint is provided with a locking part, the upper joint is provided with a fixed shaft and a limiting groove for the locking part to stretch in, the locking part is provided with a long groove for the fixed shaft to slide, the fixed shaft passes through the long groove and is rotationally connected, the limiting groove is used for limiting the pivoting angle of the lower joint around the upper joint, one end of the elastic piece is arranged on the upper joint, the other end of the elastic piece is arranged on the lower joint, the elastic piece constantly enables the locking part to be clamped in the limiting groove, and the lower joint is operated to overcome the elasticity of the elastic piece so that the locking part is separated from the limiting groove to a certain position, so that the lower joint can be operated to rotate around the fixed shaft to fold the lower joint relative to the upper joint. The supporting leg can be folded, the occupied space is reduced, the transportation and the carrying are convenient, and meanwhile, the folding operation is very convenient. The application also provides a supporting component with the supporting leg.

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of supporting feet, in particular to a supporting foot and a supporting component.
Background
In daily use, many articles need to use the supporting legs, however make whole occupation space great after using the supporting legs, transport and carry inconvenient, even have the supporting legs that can fold up, also need to adopt the screwdriver to fold up after unscrewing the fixed screw in the supporting legs, have not had the way under the condition of no screwdriver to fold up, consequently, its user experience feels poor, and complex operation.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a foldable and convenient support leg to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present application is to provide a foldable and easy to operate support foot.
Another object of the present application is to provide a support assembly comprising the support leg.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned objective, the present application provides a supporting leg, which comprises an upper joint, a lower joint and an elastic member, wherein one of the lower joint and the upper joint has a locking portion, the other of the lower joint and the upper joint has a limiting groove into which the locking portion extends, one end of the elastic member is mounted on the upper joint, the other end of the elastic member is mounted on the lower joint, the elastic member constantly engages the locking portion in the limiting groove, and the lower joint is operated to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member to disengage the locking portion from the limiting groove to a certain position, so that the lower joint can rotate relative to the upper joint, and the lower joint is folded relative to the upper joint.
Compared with the prior art, the application utilizes the locking part to extend into the limit groove, the fixed shaft is connected with the long groove in a rotating way, meanwhile, the elastic piece enables the locking part to be clamped in the limit groove constantly, and the limit groove is used for limiting the pivoting angle of the lower joint around the upper joint, so that the upper joint and the lower joint are mutually supported. And the fixed shaft can relatively slide in the long groove, the lower joint is operated to overcome the elasticity of the elastic piece and drive the long groove to move downwards, so that the locking part is separated from the limiting groove to reach a certain position, and at the position, the lower joint can be operated to pivot around the fixed shaft to rotate relative to the upper joint, so that the lower joint is folded relative to the upper joint. The supporting legs can be folded, so that the occupied space is reduced, the transportation and the carrying are convenient, and meanwhile, the folding operation is very convenient.
Preferably, the locking part is provided with a long groove for sliding the fixed shaft, the fixed shaft passes through the long groove and is rotationally connected, the limiting groove is used for limiting the pivoting angle of the lower joint around the upper joint, and the lower joint is operated to rotate around the fixed shaft.
Preferably, the locking part comprises a first locking part and a second locking part, the long groove comprises a first long groove arranged on the first locking part and a second long groove arranged on the second locking part, and the fixed shaft penetrates through the first long groove and the second long groove.
Preferably, a movable space of an elastic piece is arranged between the first locking part and the second locking part, one end of the elastic piece is connected with the fixed shaft, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the lower joint.
Preferably, the lower joint is provided with a fixed column, one end of the elastic piece is connected with the fixed shaft, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the fixed column.

Preferably, the limiting groove is provided with an opening, the fixed shaft penetrates through the limiting groove, the locking part is separated from the limiting groove to reach a certain position, and the lower joint can be operated to be folded on the upper joint along the opening direction.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application will now be described with reference to the drawings, wherein like reference numerals represent like elements throughout.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the support assembly 200 of the present application includes at least 2 support legs 100 and a connecting portion 130 connecting the two support legs 100. The supporting leg 100 can be folded to reduce the occupied volume of the supporting component 200, and meanwhile, the folding of the supporting leg 100 is very convenient and the operation is simple. For convenience of assembly, the connection portion 130 is detachably connected to each of the support legs 100. Specifically, the supporting leg 100 is provided with a first mounting hole 101, the connecting portion 130 is provided with a second mounting hole 131, a spring piece is arranged in the second mounting hole 131, and the connecting portion 130 extends into the first mounting hole 101 and is detachably connected with the first mounting hole through the action of the spring piece, so that the connecting portion 130 and the supporting leg 100 are conveniently and rapidly assembled to form the supporting assembly 200. In this embodiment, four supporting legs 100 and four connecting portions 130 are adopted to form the supporting assembly 200, each two supporting legs 100 are connected through one connecting portion 130, the connecting portions 130 are in an arc structure, so as to increase the stress of the supporting assembly 200, and the four connecting portions 130 are circular after being connected with the four supporting legs 100.
Referring to fig. 4 to 9, the support foot 100 includes an upper joint 10, a lower joint 30, and an elastic member 50. The first mounting hole 101 is provided at the upper joint 10. One of the lower joint 30 and the upper joint 10 has a locking portion 31, and the other of the lower joint 30 and the upper joint 10 has a limiting groove 13 into which the locking portion 31 extends. In the present embodiment, the locking portion 31 is provided on the lower joint 30, the limit groove 13 is provided on the upper joint 10, but the present application is not limited thereto, and the limit groove 13 may be provided on the lower joint 30, and the locking portion 31 may be provided on the upper joint 10. The locking portion 31 is provided with a long groove 36 for sliding the fixed shaft 11, the fixed shaft 11 passes through the long groove 36 and is rotatably connected, and the limiting groove 13 is used for limiting the pivoting angle of the lower joint 30 around the upper joint 10, and the lower joint 30 is operated to rotate around the fixed shaft 11. The fixed shaft 11 is disposed on the same side as the limit groove 13, and in this embodiment, the upper joint 10 is provided with the fixed shaft 11. One end of the elastic member 50 is mounted on the upper joint 10, the other end of the elastic member 50 is mounted on the lower joint 30, the elastic member 50 constantly enables the locking portion 31 to be clamped in the limiting groove 13, that is, the elastic member 50 provides elastic force to constantly move the locking portion 31 along the limiting groove 13, the lower joint 30 is operated to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 50 so that the locking portion 31 is separated from the limiting groove 13 to a certain position, and the lower joint 30 can be operated to rotate around the fixed shaft 11 to fold the lower joint 30 relative to the upper joint 10. Therefore, when the support foot 100 is not needed, the lower joint 30 may be pulled to move in the arrow direction K (as shown in fig. 5), so that the lower joint 30 moves to a certain position, which may be designed according to the actual situation, and may reach a rotatable position, which is not limited herein. When the lower joint 30 moves to a position where the lower joint 30 can rotate around the fixed shaft 11, the lower joint 30 is operated to fold inwards, so that the lower joint 30 is folded relative to the upper joint 10, and the folding process is convenient. Also, due to the folding of the support legs 100, the occupied volume thereof is reduced, and the transportation and carrying are convenient. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 50 adopts a tension spring, and the elongated slot 36 adopts an elliptical structure, but not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, the locking portion 31 includes a first locking portion 311 and a second locking portion 313, the long slot 36 includes a first long slot 361 provided in the first locking portion 311 and a second long slot 363 provided in the second locking portion 313, and the fixed shaft 11 penetrates the first long slot 361 and the second long slot 363. By providing two locking portions 31, the stability of the pivoting and supporting of the lower joint 30 is improved. Further, a movable space 35 of the elastic member 50 is provided between the first locking portion 311 and the second locking portion 313, one end of the elastic member 50 is connected to the fixed shaft 11, the other end of the elastic member 50 is connected to the lower joint 30, and the elastic member 50 is provided between the first locking portion 311 and the second locking portion 313, thereby improving stability of support. In order to secure the stability of the installation of the elastic member 50, the lower joint 30 has a fixing post 32, one end of the elastic member 50 is connected to the fixing shaft 11, and the other end of the elastic member 50 is connected to the fixing post 32. In particular, the lower joint 30 has a first limiting plate 33 and a second limiting plate 34, and the first limiting plate 33, the second limiting plate 34 and the fixed column 32 enclose a movable space 35 for the elastic member 50, so as to avoid the elastic member 50 from separating.
Referring to fig. 5, the limiting slot 13 is provided with an opening 14, the fixing shaft 11 passes through the limiting slot 13, the locking portion 31 is separated from the limiting slot 13 to a certain position, and the lower joint 30 can be operated to fold up on the upper joint 10 along the direction of the opening 14. The opening 14 not only makes the structure of the supporting leg 100 compact, but also makes the pivoting of the lower joint 30 around the fixed shaft 11 smooth.
The principle of operation of the support foot 100 according to the present application will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
When the support foot 100 is in the use state (as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 7), the top ends of the first locking portion 311 and the second locking portion 313 abut against the limiting groove 13, and the elastic member 50 constantly enables the first locking portion 311 and the second locking portion 313 to be engaged with the limiting groove 13, so that the upper joint 10 and the lower joint 30 are located on the same straight line in the vertical direction, and a supporting effect can be provided. When the support leg 100 is not needed, the lower joint 30 is pulled downward in the arrow direction K (as shown in fig. 5), the locking portion 31 is separated from the limiting groove 13 to a certain position, i.e., a position that can be folded along the direction of the opening 14 (as shown in fig. 5 or 8), and then the lower joint 30 is operated to be folded on the upper joint 10 along the direction of the opening 14, so that the lower joint 30 is folded relative to the upper joint 10 (as shown in fig. 2 or 9), and the folding is convenient.
Compared with the prior art, the application utilizes the locking part 31 to extend into the limit groove 13, the fixed shaft 11 and the long groove 36 are in relative sliding and rotating connection, meanwhile, the elastic piece 50 constantly enables the locking part 31 to be clamped in the limit groove 13, and the limit groove 13 is used for limiting the pivoting angle of the lower joint 30 around the upper joint 10, so that the upper joint 10 and the lower joint 30 are mutually supported. Because the fixed shaft 11 can slide relatively in the long groove 36, the lower joint 30 is operated to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 50, and the long groove 36 is driven to move downwards, so that the locking part 31 is separated from the limiting groove 13 to reach a certain position, at which the lower joint 30 can be operated to pivot around the fixed shaft 11 to rotate relative to the upper joint 10, thereby realizing the folding of the lower joint 30 relative to the upper joint 10, and the folding is convenient.
The application has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments, but the application is not limited to the embodiments disclosed above, but it is intended to cover various modifications, equivalent combinations according to the essence of the application.
Claims (12)
1. The supporting leg is characterized by comprising an upper joint, a lower joint and an elastic piece, wherein one of the lower joint and the upper joint is provided with a locking part, the other of the lower joint and the upper joint is provided with a limiting groove for the locking part to extend in, one end of the elastic piece is installed on the upper joint, the other end of the elastic piece is installed on the lower joint, the elastic piece constantly enables the locking part to be clamped in the limiting groove, the lower joint is operated to overcome the elasticity of the elastic piece so that the locking part is separated from the limiting groove to a certain position, the lower joint can rotate relative to the upper joint, folding of the lower joint relative to the upper joint is achieved, the locking part is provided with a long groove for sliding of a fixed shaft, the fixed shaft penetrates through the long groove, the long groove can rotate around the fixed shaft, and the fixed shaft rotationally connects the upper joint and the lower joint.
2. The support foot of claim 1, wherein the fixed shaft is disposed on the other of the lower joint and the upper joint on the same side as the limit slot for limiting the pivoting angle of the lower joint about the upper joint, the lower joint being operated to rotate about the fixed shaft.
3. The support foot of claim 2, wherein the locking portion comprises a first locking portion and a second locking portion, the elongated slot comprises a first elongated slot provided in the first locking portion and a second elongated slot provided in the second locking portion, and the fixed shaft extends through the first elongated slot and the second elongated slot.
4. The support foot according to claim 3, wherein a movable space of the elastic member is provided between the first locking portion and the second locking portion, one end of the elastic member is connected to the fixed shaft, and the other end of the elastic member is connected to the lower joint.
5. The support foot of claim 4, wherein the lower joint has a fixed post, one end of the elastic member is connected to the fixed shaft, and the other end of the elastic member is connected to the fixed post.
6. The support foot of claim 5, wherein the lower joint has a first limiting plate and a second limiting plate, the first limiting plate, the second limiting plate, and the fixed post enclosing a movable space for the elastic member.

11. The support assembly of claim 8, wherein the connection portion has an arcuate configuration.
12. The support assembly of claim 11, comprising four support legs and four connection portions, wherein each two support legs are connected by the connection portions, and the four connection portions are rounded after being connected to the four support legs.
