Description

Vegetable dye color matching printing process
Technical Field
A vegetable dye color matching printing process belongs to the technical field of vegetable dye printing.
Background
Due to good environmental compatibility and resource reproducibility of the vegetable dye, many dye plants have the effects of bacteriostasis, ultraviolet resistance and the like, so that attention is paid to many research and application organizations at home and abroad, the research, development and application of the vegetable dye are greatly advanced, and the fabric dyed by the vegetable dye is more and more popular with people.
The research of plant dyes is mainly focused on the dyeing application of the plant dyes at present, the structure difference of the plant dyes is large, the compatibility among the dyes is poor, great difficulty is caused to color matching, the application on printing is less, the fabric can be fully diffused and permeated into fibers in a dye bath, and the printing is realized by improving the diffusion rate of the dyes through the steaming and baking of post-treatment to help the dyes dye the fibers. Because the combination degree of different plant dyes and fibers is greatly different, the color matching difficulty is higher, the color of the dye obtained after color matching is poor, the plant dye color spectrum is further less, the printing requirement can not be met, and the plant dye printing has no practical economic value at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: overcomes the defects of the prior art, provides a plant dye color matching printing process which is suitable for color matching printing of various plant dyes and has good dyeing effect, and expands the printing chromatogram of the plant dyes.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a vegetable dye color matching printing process is characterized in that: the method mainly comprises the following steps:
1) pretreating gray fabric; 2) preparing color paste; 3) printing; 4) drying; 5) steaming; 6) washing with water; 7) shaping; the color paste in the step 2) comprises 1-10% of vegetable dye, 5-10% of paste, 0-1.5% of citric acid and 0-2% of antioxidant, wherein the paste is one or a mixture of more of guar gum, sodium alginate and tamarind in any proportion, and the balance is water. The steaming temperature is 130-140 ℃; the pH value of the water washing is 7.5-9.
The steps are particularly suitable for dyeing the pure cotton fabric by matching with the specially mentioned process conditions, the dye uptake of the fabric dye to the pure cotton fiber can be effectively improved, and the pure cotton fiber has good color vividness and color light.
The specific color paste components and the proportion of the proper plant dye printing are determined, so that the color paste components can be used for color matching printing among various plant dyes, the slurry components can be utilized to ensure that different kinds of plant dyes can be fully diffused with each other, the binding force to fibers is improved, the color matching of different plant dyes is realized, and the plant dye chromatogram is expanded; determining a proper steaming temperature, and finding the characteristic that on the basis of the process conditions, if the steaming temperature is too high, the chromatic light is influenced, and if the steaming temperature is too low, the color can not be well developed; and the pH value of the washing is determined to be in a weak alkaline range of 7.5-9, so that the compatibility and fiber adhesiveness among the vegetable dyes are further improved, and the white background anti-reverse adhesion effect is better under the condition.
Preferably, the plant dye comprises one or a mixture of more of lime, sand, chrysanthemum, rose blue, olive green, liquorice, carmine and bamboo carbon black in any proportion. The vegetable dyes are more suitable for color matching printing of fibers under the process conditions, and are particularly suitable for printing and dyeing of pure cotton fabrics.

Performance testing
The cloth samples obtained in the examples and the comparative examples are visually observed, and the cloth samples of the examples 1 and 2 and the comparative example 1 are shown in the following figures 1-3.
According to the comparison of the figures 1 and 3, even if the black and white images cannot see the difference of the colors in the images, the cloth sample dyed by the plant dye color matching printing process according to the invention has obviously darker color than that of the cloth sample obtained in the comparative example 1, especially, the outlines of the blocks of the colors in the images are obvious, the boundary lines between the blocks are obviously contrasted, and the color light can still be seen to be stronger after the black and white images are changed into the black and white images, so that the color is bright. Meanwhile, the cloth sample obtained in the embodiment 2 is bright in color and accurate in color, and the invention can be proved to successfully prepare a slurry formula which is suitable for mutual matching and compatibility among a plurality of plant dyes, and the proper slurry components are adopted to be matched with other process conditions, so that the plant dye chromatogram is really expanded and the stability is kept.
And (3) detecting color fastness:
washing and drying the cloth samples obtained after the printing of the examples and the comparative examples twice, and detecting the color fastness by adopting a visual inspection method of a goods inspector; the left palm and the right palm of a goods inspector are respectively placed on the cloth sample before washing and the cloth sample after washing, and the good illumination effect is achieved by eye-blinking for respectively looking for 1 second and repeating for 5-10 times. The left and right samples were considered by the tester to be substantially indistinguishable after several repetitions, the fewer the repetitions, the less the difference between the two samples is demonstrated, i.e., the higher the color fastness. The results are shown in Table 1.
Detecting the stability of the color paste:
for every 100 meters of print produced, there are meters that differ from the standard colors shown on the standard color chart. The existing plant printing dye paste can only be kept stable in transient printing due to the fact that two colors of color matching are difficult to be really compatible, namely, the color is kept to be the color of a standard color comparison card when being blended, and the color is slowly changed along with the printing, so that the cloth printed by different colors is caused. The results are shown in Table 1.
Color light measurement:
the color light was rated according to GB/T6688-2008 6.4.3. Delta CcmcThe color of the sample is brighter than that of the standard for the regular sample, and is dark otherwise.
Table 1 results of performance testing
Figure 258373DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
By using the color paste and the printing method provided by the invention, the color paste and the printing method in the embodiments 1-4 hardly generate washing and fading phenomena, meanwhile, color matching printing can be stably realized in production, the obtained color matching color paste is stable and compatible, parking and re-color matching are not needed in the printing process, the dyeing gloss is high, the industrial application of the color matching printing of the plant dye is successfully realized, and the color spectrum of the pure plant dye is expanded.
The foregoing is directed to preferred embodiments of the present invention, other and further embodiments of the invention may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof, and the scope thereof is determined by the claims that follow. However, any simple modification, equivalent change and modification of the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention are within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
