pouring the antioxidant and the clean dispersing agent into a mixing barrel, mechanically stirring to obtain a mixed solution, and mechanically stripping the dispersing solution to obtain a dispersing solution; and pouring the base oil, the dispersion liquid, the calcium sulfonate, the methyl dimethacrylate, the silicone oil and the antioxidant into a mixing barrel, mixing for 1h at a high rotating speed of 2000r/min, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the materials in the mixing barrel while mixing uniformly, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 20MHz, so as to obtain the lubricating oil additive.
Comparative example 3
According to 27: 19: weighing graphene, molybdenum oxide and molybdenum disulfide according to the weight ratio of 18, and mixing to obtain an antioxidant;
mono-alkenyl succinimide, poly-isobutenyl succinimide according to 1: 1 to obtain a clean dispersing agent;
weighing the following components in parts by weight: 34 parts of base oil, 14 parts of calcium sulfonate, 17 parts of detergent dispersant, 8 parts of methyl dimethacrylate, 2.5 parts of silicone oil and 8.5 parts of antioxidant;
pouring the antioxidant and the clean dispersing agent into a mixing barrel, mechanically stirring to obtain a mixed solution, and mechanically stripping the dispersing solution to obtain a dispersing solution; and pouring the base oil, the dispersion liquid, the calcium sulfonate, the methyl dimethacrylate, the silicone oil and the antioxidant into a mixing barrel, mixing for 1h at a high rotating speed of 2000r/min, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the materials in the mixing barrel while mixing uniformly, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 20MHz, so as to obtain the lubricating oil additive.
Comparative example 4
According to 27: 19: 18: 5, weighing graphene, molybdenum oxide, molybdenum disulfide and a coupling agent according to the weight ratio; mixing graphene, molybdenum oxide and molybdenum disulfide, introducing the mixture into a ball mill, mixing and ball-milling for 3 hours, and then placing the mixture under ultrasonic to oscillate and disperse the mixture into nano particles to obtain a nano mixture, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 20 MHz; introducing the nano mixture and the coupling agent into a stirring barrel, and stirring for 2 hours to obtain an antioxidant;
according to the following steps of 3: 25 of coupling agent and silicone oil; pouring silicone oil and a coupling agent into a mixing barrel, and mixing at a rotating speed of 1500r/min for 1h to obtain an antifoaming agent;
mono-alkenyl succinimide, poly-isobutenyl succinimide according to 1: 1 to obtain a clean dispersing agent;
weighing the following components in parts by weight: 34 parts of base oil, 14 parts of calcium sulfonate, 17 parts of detergent dispersant, 8 parts of methyl dimethacrylate, 2.5 parts of antifoaming agent and 8.5 parts of antioxidant;
and pouring the base oil, the antioxidant, the detergent dispersant, the calcium sulfonate, the methyl dimethacrylate, the antifoaming agent and the antioxidant into a mixing barrel, mixing for 1h at a high rotating speed of 2000r/min, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the materials in the mixing barrel while mixing, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is 20MHz, so as to obtain the lubricating oil additive.
Comparative examples 1-4 the lubricating oil additives prepared in accordance with the present invention were mixed with a base lubricating oil in an amount of 1:9 to provide five lubricating oil compositions, and the performance of the five lubricating oil compositions was tested, the results of which are shown in table 2 below:

In summary, as can be seen from table 2, after the lubricating oil additives prepared in comparative examples 1 to 4 are applied to lubricating oil, the performance of the lubricating oil composition is inferior to that of the lubricating oil composition in example 4, wherein in comparative example 1, graphene, molybdenum oxide and molybdenum disulfide are selected as antioxidants, and are not subjected to ball milling, ultrasonic dispersion and modification treatment, so that the dispersing effect of the antioxidants in base oil and lubricating oil is poor, the wear resistance is reduced, and the friction coefficient of the lubricating oil is increased; comparative example 2 common silicone oil is selected as an antifoaming agent, and the antifoaming effect is general; in the comparative example 3, graphene, molybdenum oxide and molybdenum disulfide which are not subjected to ball milling, ultrasonic dispersion and modification treatment are selected as antioxidants, and common silicone oil is selected as an antifoaming agent; comparative example 4 the antioxidant and the detergent dispersant were not previously subjected to a mixing dispersion treatment at the time of preparing the additive.
In summary, in the lubricating oil additive and the preparation method thereof provided in this embodiment, graphene, molybdenum oxide, and molybdenum disulfide are used as the antioxidant of the lubricating oil, the graphene, molybdenum oxide, and molybdenum disulfide are dispersed into nanoparticles through ball milling and ultrasonic treatment, and then the graphene, molybdenum oxide, and molybdenum disulfide of the nanoparticles are modified through a coupling agent to obtain modified graphene, modified molybdenum oxide, and modified molybdenum disulfide as the antioxidant, the nano-scale antioxidant is dispersed in the base oil and the lubricating oil with better dispersion effect and better wear resistance, and the friction coefficient of the lubricating oil is reduced; and the modified graphene, molybdenum oxide and molybdenum disulfide have better lubricating effect and lipophilicity and can be better fused and dispersed with base oil and lubricating oil.
The modified silicone oil is used as an antifoaming agent, and is modified by a coupling agent, so that the antifoaming effect is better, the generation of foam is effectively inhibited, the speed of eliminating the foam is improved, the stable foam is prevented from being formed, the stable foam can be adsorbed on the foam, an unstable film is formed, and the purpose of destroying the foam is achieved. The lubricating performance of the lubricating oil is better, the oxidation speed is reduced, and the delivery and the quality of oil products are guaranteed.
In the preparation process of the additive, the antioxidant and the detergent dispersant are mixed and dispersed in advance, so that the detergent dispersant can further modify the modified graphene in the antioxidant, the lipophilicity of the modified graphene is improved, and the modified graphene can be fully and uniformly mixed with all components in the additive.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The lubricating oil additive is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of base oil, 10-15 parts of preservative, 12-18 parts of detergent dispersant, 4-9 parts of pour point depressant, 1-3 parts of anti-foaming agent and 6-9 parts of antioxidant;
the preparation method of the antioxidant comprises the following steps: according to (18-27): (13-19): (12-18): (3-5) weighing graphene, molybdenum oxide, molybdenum disulfide and a coupling agent according to the weight ratio; mixing graphene, molybdenum oxide and molybdenum disulfide, introducing the mixture into a ball mill, mixing and ball-milling for 2-3h, and then placing the mixture under ultrasonic to oscillate and disperse the mixture into nano particles to obtain a nano mixture; and (3) introducing the nano mixture and the coupling agent into a stirring barrel, and stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain the antioxidant.
2. The additive according to claim 1, wherein the preservative is one of barium sulfonate, calcium sulfonate, modified calcium sulfonate, amine borate, and amine carboxylate.
3. The lubricant additive of claim 1, wherein the pour point depressant is methyl dimethacrylate; the detergent dispersant is a polyisobutenyl succinimide derivative, and is selected from one or more of the following substances: mono alkenyl succinimide, polyisobutenyl succinimide, polyisobutylene polysuccinimide, high molecular weight polyisobutenyl succinimide.
4. The lubricant additive of claim 1, wherein the ultrasonic frequency during the antioxidant preparation is in the range of 10MHz to 20 MHz.

The lubricating oil additive according to claim 1, wherein the anti-foaming agent is prepared by a method comprising the steps of: according to (1-3): (18-25) weighing the coupling agent and the silicone oil according to the weight ratio; pouring the silicone oil and the coupling agent into a mixing barrel and mixing for 0.5-1h at the rotating speed of 1000-1500r/min to obtain the anti-foaming agent.
6. The lubricating oil additive as claimed in claim 1, which consists of, in parts by weight: 31-34 parts of base oil, 11-14 parts of preservative, 13-17 parts of detergent dispersant, 5-8 parts of pour point depressant, 1.5-2.5 parts of anti-foaming agent and 6.5-8.5 parts of antioxidant.
7. The lubricating oil additive as claimed in claim 1, which consists of, in parts by weight: 33 parts of base oil, 13 parts of preservative, 15 parts of detergent dispersant, 6 parts of pour point depressant, 2 parts of anti-foaming agent and 7.5 parts of antioxidant.
8. The process for preparing a lubricating oil additive according to any of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
step 1: pouring the antioxidant and the clean dispersing agent into a mixing barrel, mechanically stirring to obtain a mixed solution, and mechanically stripping the dispersing solution to obtain a dispersing solution;
step 2: pouring the base oil, the dispersion liquid, the preservative, the pour point depressant, the anti-foaming agent and the antioxidant into a mixing barrel, mixing for 0.5-1h at a high rotating speed, and performing ultrasonic treatment on the materials in the mixing barrel while mixing to obtain the lubricating oil additive.
9. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the high rotation speed in step 2 is 1500-2000 r/min.
10. The method for preparing the lubricating oil additive according to claim 9, wherein the ultrasonic frequency in the ultrasonic treatment in the step 2 is 10MHz-20 MHz.
