Preferably, the first limit cover is designed in an open mode and is fixed on the screw rod and the slide rail through four external sleeves; a rotating mechanism is arranged between the external sleeve and the screw rod.
Preferably, the second limit cover and the first limit cover are oppositely arranged on the screw rod and the slide rail, and two sleeves at the upper end are arranged on the slide rail and can slide back and forth; two sleeves at the lower end are arranged on the screw rod and move back and forth through threads.
Preferably, the screw rod and the slide rail are fixedly designed.
Preferably, the reel is provided with a spiral line groove and is fixed in the two limit covers through ball bearings; the ball bearing is composed of a bearing inner ring and balls, so that the reel can rotate around the bearing inner ring.
Preferably, the driving wheel is arranged at the end part of the support body close to the second limiting cover through a support, the angle and the height of the support are adjustable, and the cable leading-out direction is adjusted.
The positive effects are as follows:
the invention designs a dragging type bait cable winding and unwinding device, which realizes regular winding, throwing and recovery of cables through relative motion of two groups of reels, a first limit cover and a second limit cover on a lead screw and a slide rail. Compared with the bait collecting and releasing device at home and abroad, the bait collecting and releasing device has the advantages of smaller required space, high space utilization rate, simpler structural mechanism form and high working reliability.
The winding wheel designed by the invention adopts a slot type wire arranging mode, and the winding wheel rotates around a shaft through the bearing inner ring and the balls, so that the winding and unwinding of cables are realized. In the process of taking up and paying off, the rotation speed of the driving wheel and the rotation speed of the lead screw are mechanically coordinated, so that the cable cannot be loosened in the area between the wire reels, and meanwhile, the driving wheel can unload part of the tension of the cable; the cable passes through the wire casing regular winding on the reel, through the restriction of first spacing cover, the spacing cover of second and drive wheel, can effectively avoid the cable phenomenon of knoing, avoids the cable phenomenon of twisting reverse in theory, reduces the loss to the inside fiber signal of cable.
The initial distance and the final distance of the reel designed by the invention can be adjusted and designed, and the reel can adapt to different conditions
The requirement of putting length is met, and the universality is higher.
