The CBA injection molding has great significance for reducing the cost of injection molding raw materials and improving the mechanical strength of products, the mechanical strength of the plastic products injected by using the foaming technology can be improved to 2-4 times of that of a non-foaming state, and the method is cheap and efficient. The gas generated in the chemical foaming process is mainly nitrogen, and then is carbon dioxide, moisture and a small amount of other gases, so that the plastic injection molding process is almost nontoxic and tasteless, does not cause secondary pollution to products and air, and is an environment-friendly injection molding process. The CBA can use conventional molding and injection equipment and can effectively reduce component defects, thereby saving costs and reducing waste.
The tray has big size, often is used for transporting raw and other materials, often requires structural strength big to weight is little, but the requirement of novel tray can't be reached to ordinary injection moulding mode.
