Background
An example of "spot welding device" is disclosed in Korean laid-open patent publication No. 10-2016-. Referring to the above publication, spot welding apparatuses for automobile/railway vehicle manufacturing lines are generally used by being mounted on a large robot arm because of their size and weight.
Further, when the manual operation of the spot welding apparatus is required, the "welding machine supporting apparatus easy to move" (hereinafter referred to as "supporting apparatus") disclosed in Korean laid-open utility model publication No. 20-1994-0026365 can be utilized.
Further, the above-mentioned supporting device includes an articulated arm coupled to the swivel shaft, and a spring balancer is equipped on the articulated arm, and a spot welding device (spot welding gun) is coupled to a cable of the above-mentioned spring balancer.
Therefore, when the above-described supporting device is used, the spot welding device hung on the wire of the spring balancer may be strongly shaken during the welding process. In addition, the height of the spot welding device can be changed only by the supporting device, and the angle of the spot welding device cannot be changed.

Detailed Description
Next, a spot welding apparatus to which an embodiment is applied will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 illustrates a state in which a spot welding apparatus (which will be referred to as a "spot welding apparatus 1" hereinafter) according to an embodiment is applied, and fig. 2 illustrates a state in which the air balancer 100 is separated from the spot welding unit 200 in fig. 1, from a perspective view.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a spot welding device 1 includes: a pneumatic balancer 100 and a spot welding device 200.
A pneumatic balancer 100, comprising: a plurality of arms 110, 120 joined in a multi-stage structure; and a cylinder 130 for driving the plurality of arms 110, 120. The air balancer 100 may be any of a number of types of air balancers well known in the market, the construction and operation of which are well known matters of art and will not be described further in this Section (Section).
The 1 st tool changer 140 is provided on the outermost arm 120 among the plurality of arms 110 and 120.
The pneumatic balancer 100 may also include a handle 150. Handle 150 is coupled to the periphery of the 1 st tool changer 140 via load cell 151. In this case, the Pneumatic balancer 100 is provided with an Electric Pneumatic Change Valve (not shown) for adjusting the output of the cylinder 130 according to the amount of force detected by the load cell 115.
The heavier the spot welding unit 200 installed in the 1 st tool changer 140, the greater the force required to move the pneumatic balancer 100 the same distance, and thus the welding apparatus 1 will lift the output of the cylinder 130 through the electro-pneumatic switching valve (not shown) when the force detected by the load cell 151 of the handle 150 is large. That is, the user of the welding apparatus 1 can easily change the position of the pneumatic balancer 100 to which the spot welding unit 200 is coupled with a small amount of force by operating the handle 150.
In addition, in order to easily move the air balancer 100 in different directions, as shown in the drawing, the welding apparatus 1 may be provided with 3 handles 150, 150 ', 150 ″ coupled via load cells 151, 151', 151 ″ at regular intervals of 120 ° along the circumference of the 1 st tool changer 140.
The spot welding unit 200 includes a 2 nd tool changer 220 that is disassembled/combined with the 1 st tool changer 140 of the pneumatic balancer 200.
Referring to fig. 3, the spot welding unit 200 may be composed of a frame 210, a 2 nd tool changer 220, a welding gun 230, and a motor 240.
The frame 210 is composed of a base 211, a 1 st column part 212, and a 2 nd column part 213.
The form of the base portion 211 is not limited, but may be a beam form having a length greater than a width, as an example.
The 1 st pillar portion 212 is formed to extend from the lower side surface of the base portion 211 in one longitudinal direction. The 1 st support column part 212 may be configured to be separable from the base part 211.
The 2 nd pillar portion 213 is formed to extend from the lower surface of the other side of the base portion 211 in the longitudinal direction. The 2 nd pillar portion 213 may be configured to be separable from the base portion 211.
The 1 st leg part 212 and the 2 nd leg part 213 are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance and are parallel to each other.
The 2 nd tool changer 220 is provided on the upper side surface of the base portion 211.
The welding torch 230 is disposed in a region between the 1 st leg part 212 and the 2 nd leg part 213 via the rotation shaft 231. That is, one side of rotation shaft 231 is in contact with 1 st column part 212, and the other side of rotation shaft 231 is in contact with 2 nd column part 213.
Referring to fig. 4, the motor 240 is provided on an outer surface of either the 1 st or 2 nd support column part 212 or 213 to rotate the rotary shaft 231 of the welding torch 230.
In addition, referring back to fig. 3, in order to easily change the position of the frame 210, the 1 st pillar portion 212 is coupled to the 1 st corner plate 214, and the 2 nd pillar portion 213 is coupled to the 2 nd corner plate 215. In this case, the user of the welding apparatus 1 can easily change the position of the spot welding unit 200 by gripping the 2 gussets 214 and 215.
Meanwhile, a 1 st controller 216 is mounted on the 1 st corner plate 214 via a load cell 216a, and a 2 nd controller 217 is mounted on the 2 nd corner plate 215 via a load cell 217 a. At this time, the Pneumatic balancer 100 is provided with an Electric idle Change Valve (not shown) for adjusting the output of the air cylinder 130 according to the magnitude of the force detected by the load cells 216a and 217a (which may be the same as the Electric idle Change Valve that operates with the load cell 151 of the handle 150, and in the case described above, the Electric idle Change Valve operates with 5 load cells 151, 151', 151a ", 216a, and 217 a).
The welding spot unit 200 may be a high-weight object, and when the load cells 216a and 217a of the 1 st controller 216 and the 2 nd controller 217 detect a large force, the welding apparatus 1 may lift the output of the air cylinder 130 through an electro-pneumatic switching valve (not shown). That is, the user of the welding apparatus 1 can easily change the position of the spot welding unit 200 with a small force by operating the 1 st controller 216 and the 2 nd controller 217.
The 1 st controller 216 and the 2 nd controller 217 are used for operating the welding torch 230 (for example, for operating the welding torch 230 and changing the angle of the welding torch 230 by the motor 240).
Fig. 5 illustrates a modification of the spot welding unit 200.
Referring to fig. 5, the 1 st column part 212 and the 2 nd column part 213 are provided with guide rails 212a and 213a, respectively, and the 1 st corner plate 214 and the 2 nd corner plate 215 are configured to be changeable in position along the guide rails 212a and 213 a. The position change can be achieved by operating the 1 st controller 216 and the 2 nd controller 217 as described above, and in the case described above, the user can perform the welding operation in a comfortable posture by changing the positions of the 1 st gusset 214 and the 2 nd gusset 215 when the welding position is low.
The spot welding apparatus 1 described above employs a structure in which the pneumatic balancer 100 and the spot welding unit 200 are coupled via the 1 st tool changer 140 and the 2 nd tool changer 220, so that the spot welding unit 200 can be easily replaced.
Further, the spot welding apparatus 1 can perform position change of the spot welding unit 200, operation of the welding gun 230, angle adjustment of the welding gun 230, and the like by the controllers 216 and 217 provided on the frame 210 of the spot welding unit 200.
