Referring to fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 6, base 1's top fixedly connected with curb plate 13, and curb plate 13 has seted up first movable groove 15 and second movable groove 19 along its direction of height near one side of flourishing liquid tank 2, slidable mounting has first movable block 14 in first movable groove 15, and slidable mounting has second movable block 18 in second movable groove 19, be connected with first haulage rope 16 between the top of first movable block 14 and second movable block 18, the minor face of the vertical direction of regulating plate 6 is close to curb plate 13 and sets up, first leading wheel 17 is installed in the inside rotation of curb plate 13, and first haulage rope 16 is around first leading wheel 17.
In this embodiment, in the process of shifting the adjusting plate 6 to roll the cotton swab from the inside of the material containing box 3 to the material containing plate 7, the short edge of the adjusting plate 6 in the vertical direction contacts with the second movable block 18, so that the second movable block 18 moves downwards inside the second movable groove 19, and the first movable block 14 is pulled by the first traction rope 16 to slide upwards inside the first movable groove 15, and in the process of reversely rotating the adjusting plate 6 to the initial position, the second movable block 18 and the first movable block 14 respectively slide in the second movable groove 19 and the first movable groove 15 in the reverse direction, and the first movable block 14 presses the cotton swab entering the position above the material containing plate 7 and soaked, so as to stand up the cotton swab, thereby being convenient for a user to take the cotton swab.
