Description

Registration auxiliary device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a registration auxiliary device.
Background
The requirements of surgical navigation and surgical robots are increasing day by day, the applications are also gradually wide, and the registration has a great influence on the surgical precision.
Registration (registration) refers to matching of spatial coordinates of different image graphs obtained by different imaging means in the same region, is commonly used in surgical navigation, surgical robots and the like, and is the most important link for ensuring positioning accuracy. The current registration link is mainly realized by mark points on the surface of the skin or bone nails embedded into the skull, the mark points on the surface of the skin are easy to drift when the skin is wrinkled due to external force, and the bone nails embedded into the skull easily bring extra pain. How to perform registration painlessly and accurately is an urgent problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve or improve the above existing problems, the present invention designs a registration assistance device, including:
the first calibration component comprises two calibration surfaces, and each calibration surface is provided with at least one mark structure;
a second calibration component having a calibration face with at least one marker structure thereon;
a third calibration component comprising a calibration surface having at least one marking structure thereon;
the switching support ring comprises a reference member, an anchoring through hole, a positioning hole and a clamping structure;
the first calibration component, the second calibration component and the third calibration component are respectively provided with an anchoring structure, the anchoring structures are detachably connected with the transfer support ring through anchoring through holes by means of anchoring bolts, and the marking structures are used for matching with a surgical navigation or surgical robot registration probe.
In the registration assistance device of the present invention, the calibration plane refers to a general direction in one dimension in a three-dimensional space, and is not necessarily on a plane, for example, the calibration plane may be a plane, an arc, and a combination of two planes that are substantially parallel but have a certain height difference.
In one embodiment, the marker structure of the aforementioned registration aid is capable of clearly revealing its contour in medical imaging; the medical imaging may be of various prior art techniques, such as computed tomography imaging (CT) or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
In the registration assisting device of the present invention, the calibration surface having at least one mark structure may include multiple conditions, and the number of the mark structures on each calibration surface may be the same or different; for example, each calibration face has at least three or has three marker structures.
In the registration assistance device, the marking structure is provided with a mark capable of indicating a space position and is used for matching with a surgical navigation or surgical robot registration probe. In one embodiment, the imprint is a circular depression or ball pit; in another embodiment, the imprint is a cross-star groove.
Further, the shape of the marking structure has no influence on the implementation of the present invention, and may be any shape as long as the imprint can be observed in medical imaging and visual industries, and for manufacturing convenience, it may have the same cross section with regular shape; for example, the marking structure is a cylinder and the imprint is located in the central position.
In the registration auxiliary device, the switching support ring is connected with a rigid structure fixed at the relative position of a patient through a clamping structure; the transfer supporting ring provides a rigid plane which can be used as a unified reference for the first calibration component, the second calibration component and the third calibration component; the positioning pins ensure the position of the adapter ring relative to the rigid connection.
In the registration aid of the present invention, the rigid structure is attached as a head frame, which may be a commercially available commercial head frame, such as a Leksell head frame.
