The medical image localization apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the mounting mechanism (17) comprises a placing box (1701), a driving cylinder (1702), a connecting block (1703), a limiting slide block (1704), a limiting slide groove (1705), a connecting rod (1706), a placing carrier plate (1707), an illuminating lamp (1708), a rubber layer (1709) and a mounting hole (1710), wherein the driving cylinder (1702) is arranged at the central position of the upper part of the inner side of the placing box (1701), the lower end of the driving cylinder (1702) is connected with the connecting block (1703), the limiting slide blocks (1704) are arranged at the two ends of the connecting block (1703), the limiting slide groove (1705) is connected with the outer side of the limiting slide block (1704), the connecting rod (1706) is connected at the central position of the lower end of the connecting block (1703), the placing carrier plate (1707) is connected with the lower end of the connecting rod (1706), the illuminating lamp (1708) is arranged at the position, close to the edge of the lower end of, the inner side of the middle part of the lower end of the placement carrier plate (1707) is provided with a mounting hole (1710).

The medical image localization apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the connecting block (1703) and the driving cylinder (1702) are distributed vertically, the limiting sliding blocks (1704) are symmetrically distributed along the vertical central axis of the connecting block (1703), meanwhile, the outside size of the limiting sliding blocks (1704) is matched with the inside size of the limiting sliding grooves (1705), and the connecting block (1703) forms a lifting structure between the limiting sliding blocks (1704), the limiting sliding grooves (1705), the driving cylinder (1702) and the placing box (1701).
