Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of dish-washing machine manufacture, in particular to a dish-washing machine with a suction type liquid detergent adding device.
Background
The dish washer is a kitchen washing device widely used, and most of liquid level monitoring devices used by the existing dish washers adopt electronic liquid level monitoring devices such as a float switch and the like.
However, in practice, float switches can only reliably monitor the idle state, and resistance measurements only produce signals with low signal strength. Furthermore, in particular in the idle state, air bubbles present in the system cannot be detected and the measurement results may also be confused. Especially for liquids with higher viscosity.
Therefore, how to simply and effectively monitor the inventory of the detergent in the dishwasher in real time becomes a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Detailed Description
Examples
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the dishwasher having the suction type liquid detergent dispenser, the liquid detergent 8 is temporarily stored in the reservoir 1 and supplied to the dishwasher through the detergent dispenser.
The detergent adding device comprises a metering pump 2, a liquid level pressure monitoring sensor 5, a control device 6 and a display device 7;
the liquid receiver 1 is detachably arranged on the dish washing machine in a hot plugging way;
the inlet of the metering pump 2 communicates with the bottom of the liquid reservoir 1 via the connecting pipe 3 and the coupling point 10 of the liquid reservoir 1, sucking the liquid detergent 8 out of the liquid reservoir 1;
the outlet of the metering pump 2 is connected with a supply pipeline 4 for supplying liquid detergent 8 to the dishwasher;
a liquid level pressure monitoring sensor 5 is arranged on the connecting pipeline 3, and the liquid level pressure monitoring sensor 5 is used for acquiring the pressure condition in the connecting pipeline 3;
the liquid level pressure monitoring sensor 5 is connected with the control device 6 and transmits the acquired pressure condition in the connecting pipeline 3 to the control device 6 in the form of an electric signal;
the control device 6 controls the operation of the metering pump 2 according to the pressure conditions in the connecting pipe 3 and displays the amount of liquid detergent 8 present in the reservoir 1 by means of the display device 7.
The principle of the invention is that liquid detergent 8 is sucked out of the reservoir 1 by the pump 2 and fed through the supply conduit 4. In the process, liquid detergent 8 flows out of the reservoir 1 through the connecting line 3, a filling level pressure monitoring sensor 5 is arranged on the connecting line 3, and the filling level pressure monitoring sensor 5 can be connected to the reservoir 1 through the connecting line 3 via a coupling point 10.
As shown in fig. 1, the control device 6 can estimate the liquid level in the liquid reservoir 1 by the pressure condition in the connecting pipe 3 collected by the liquid level pressure monitoring sensor 5 and display the current liquid level by the display device 7.
In certain embodiments, the level pressure monitoring sensor 5 is located at a height below the bottom of the reservoir 1.
In certain embodiments, the level pressure monitoring sensor 5 is connected to the connecting pipe 3 by a hose, and an air trap is formed between the liquid level and the pressure tank of the level pressure monitoring sensor 5.
The air present in the air trap is compressed by the rising liquid and converts it into a pressure signal which can be tapped on a diaphragm in the pressure tank of the filling level pressure monitoring sensor 5 and then output by the filling level pressure monitoring sensor 5 in the form of an electrical signal.
In certain embodiments, the level pressure monitoring sensor 5 is inserted as a connector into the connecting conduit 3 through the input and output ports.
The filling level pressure monitoring sensor 5 is inserted as a connection piece into the connecting line 3 via the inlet and outlet ports, so that it is flowed through by the liquid during operation of the pump. The direct connection of the pressure monitor has the advantage that no ventilation is required and measurement errors caused by the intake air are largely avoided.
In some embodiments, the reservoir 1 is an open-topped container.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the connecting conduit 3 is connected to a suction lance 9 via a coupling point 10, the suction lance 9 extending from an upper opening of the reservoir 1 in communication with the bottom of the reservoir 1.
In the suction state it is irrelevant whether the liquid reservoir 1 is connected to the suction side of the pump, whether it is bottom, top or through the suction lance 9.
When the pump 2 is put into operation, a negative pressure is generated in the connecting line 3 between the reservoir 1 and the pump 2, which negative pressure is also measured by the pressure monitor 5.
After the liquid delivery, the pressure is the gravitational pressure caused by the liquid level in the reservoir. This negative pressure generated during the delivery process can detect whether the pump is working properly or whether there are any defects. If there is air in the connecting duct 3, strong fluctuations in the negative pressure occur, which can be evaluated as a clear difference signal of the state of the air load in the reservoir 1 or as the presence of air bubbles.
The magnitude of the negative pressure and the occurring pressure fluctuations can also be further evaluated as a measure of the viscosity of the liquid medium.
Of course, in selecting and training a pressure monitor, some specificity may need to be considered due to the specificity of the application. The measuring range and measuring sensitivity must be designed for the liquid level in the reservoir and the desired pump pressure. Furthermore, precautions must be taken to ensure that no air bubbles remain in the supply line of the pressure monitor during refilling.
Finally, but equally important, the material properties of the sensor system must be matched to the liquid or dish detergent used. For the necessary elastic components, silicon has proven itself to be a material that comes into contact with commercial liquid detergents or dishwashing detergents.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
