5. The method according to claim 3, wherein determining that the current state of the terminal is the full state further comprises:
adding the request information into a waiting sequence;
judging whether the waiting sequence is overtime or not;
if the waiting sequence is not overtime, determining that the current state of the terminal is a waiting tubular state;
if the wait sequence times out, the request ends.
6. A terminal management system, characterized in that the terminal management system comprises:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring request information from a management party, wherein the request information is used for realizing the management of a terminal;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a management party list from the terminal;
the processing module is used for determining the current state of the terminal according to the request information and the management party list, wherein the current state comprises a to-be-managed state, a tubular state and a full state;
a sending module, configured to send response information to the terminal according to the current state, so that the terminal completes a response request;
wherein the sending a response message to the terminal according to the current state includes:
if the current state is a tube waiting state, judging whether the management authority of the manager is changed or not according to the request information;
if the management authority of the management party is not changed, the terminal is enabled to send a response message;
and if the management authority of the manager is changed, performing first information processing on a current manager list to enable the request information to be located in the current manager list, wherein the first information processing comprises information migration, newly added information and information change.
7. The terminal management system according to claim 6, wherein the processing module comprises:
and the first judgment submodule is used for judging whether the request information is in the manager list or not and judging whether the manager list is full or not.

the first processing submodule is used for determining that the current state of the terminal is a to-be-tubular state if the request information is not in the management party list and the management party list is not full;
the second processing submodule is used for determining that the current state of the terminal is in a tubular state if the request information is in the management party list;
and the third processing submodule is used for determining that the current state of the terminal is a full state if the request information is not in the management party list and the management party list is full.
