establishing a terminal line description table, wherein the terminal line description table comprises a line serial number corresponding to the terminal;
forming a protection fixed value parameter list corresponding to each terminal according to the terminal type, the protection fixed value parameter list and the terminal line description list;
and downloading protection constant value parameters to the corresponding terminal according to the protection constant value parameter list.

The template matching-based protection fixed value downloading method according to claim 1, wherein each terminal type corresponds to a protection fixed value parameter template; the establishing of the protection fixed value parameter table corresponding to the terminal type one by one comprises the following steps:
establishing a protection fixed value parameter table corresponding to the terminal type one by one according to the terminal type, the protection fixed value parameter template corresponding to the terminal type and the information body protocol address;
each information body protocol address corresponds to a protection fixed value parameter.

The template matching-based protection fixed value downloading method according to claim 2, wherein the forming of the protection fixed value parameter list corresponding to each terminal according to the terminal type, the protection fixed value parameter table, and the terminal line description table includes:
for any terminal, selecting the corresponding protection constant value parameter table according to the terminal type of the terminal; determining a line serial number according to the terminal line description table; and forming a protection fixed value parameter list corresponding to the terminal according to the matching of the line serial number and the line serial number in the protection fixed value parameter list.
4. The template matching-based protection-fixed-value downloading method of claim 1, further comprising, before the establishing the protection-fixed-value parameter table:
and establishing a terminal type description information table, wherein the terminal type description information table comprises the terminal type.
5. The protection fixed value downloading method based on template matching as claimed in claim 4, wherein before establishing the terminal type description information table, further comprising:
and classifying the terminals in all the power distribution networks according to the protection fixed value types corresponding to the terminals and the protocol types of the protection fixed value parameters.
6. The protection fixed value downloading method based on template matching according to claim 1, wherein the terminal corresponds to at least one of the switches, each of the switches corresponds to a line, and the lines correspond to the line serial numbers one to one.
7. The template matching-based protection fixed value downloading method according to claim 1, wherein the downloading of the protection fixed value parameter to the corresponding terminal according to the protection fixed value parameter list includes:
receiving a selection instruction and a setting instruction input by a user;
generating a downloading instruction according to the selection instruction, the setting instruction and the protection fixed value parameter list;
and downloading a protection constant value parameter to the corresponding line of the terminal according to the downloading instruction.
8. The protection fixed value downloading method based on template matching according to claim 6, wherein before downloading the protection fixed value parameter to the corresponding line of the terminal according to the downloading instruction, the method further comprises:
judging whether the length of a single frame of the downloading instruction is larger than 255 bytes or not;
if yes, sending the instruction in a frame mode; if not, issuing the instruction in the single frame.

a protection fixed value parameter list forming module, configured to form a protection fixed value parameter list corresponding to each terminal according to the terminal type, the protection fixed value parameter list, and the terminal line description list;
and the protection fixed value parameter downloading module is used for downloading the protection fixed value parameters to the corresponding terminal according to the protection fixed value parameter list.
