The intelligent Internet of things technology money collection system of claim 1, wherein the network layer comprises NGN, NGB, TD-SCDMA, GPRS \5G, 4G, 3G, wired broadband Internet; the system automatically or manually generates a daily work plan by network layer calling, remotely dispatches and adjusts the plan by WEB2.0 and mobile internet technology, and corrects the daily work plan in time according to the actual vehicle operation condition.

s1, clicking the starting system to start the intelligent cash collecting system;
s2: inputting a user name and a password for logging in, and verifying through a network layer connection server;
