receiving identity information of a user in a first preset area;

determining that the guiding equipment corresponding to the identity information enters a state to be awakened;
the step of determining that the guiding device corresponding to the identity information enters a state to be awakened comprises the following steps: the guiding equipment corresponding to the identity information is matched, and when the guiding equipment is in a dormant state, a to-be-awakened instruction corresponding to the guiding equipment is generated, so that the guiding equipment enters the to-be-awakened state after receiving the to-be-awakened instruction;

when the user is monitored to enter the second preset area from the first preset area, waking up the guiding equipment, and providing preset guiding information for the user through the guiding equipment;

the guiding information is voice reminding information sent out by the control panel or prompting information with corresponding characters and graphics is provided by combining a display screen of the control panel so as to assist a user to use one or more networking devices according to own needs;
dividing the second preset area into a plurality of subareas, and presetting at least one user mode on the control panel or preset mobile equipment, wherein the user mode comprises area authority and equipment authority, the area authority is preset use authority of one or more subareas corresponding to the user, and the equipment authority is preset use authority of one or more networking equipment in one or more subareas corresponding to the user;
when the user is monitored to enter the second preset area from the first preset area, waking up the guiding device, and providing preset guiding information for the user through the guiding device, the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a control signal of the user through a microphone, a touch screen and/or keys of the guiding device, and identifying a control device corresponding to the control signal;
after receiving a control signal through a microphone, a touch screen and/or a key of the guiding device and identifying a control device corresponding to the control signal, the method comprises the following steps:
identifying a function item to be used by the user, which corresponds to the control device;
wherein,,
setting unlocking information with different information contents and belonging to the same group for the visited guests of the same class, and associating the unlocking information with the identity information so as to confirm the use rights of the same control equipment with different regional rights or the use rights of the same control equipment with the same regional rights under a plurality of associated user modes;
the function items of one or more available devices of the control devices are determined according to the use rights of the visited guests.
