Example 1
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a counterfeit-proof authentication label, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a counterfeit-proof authentication label according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the counterfeit-proof authentication label 10 includes: a NFC chip 11 built in the NFC tag 10, wherein the NFC chip 11 includes: the plurality of PIN PINs 110 are arranged at a first preset position of the NFC chip 11 according to a preset arrangement mode; and a detection line 13 partially overlapping the NFC chip 11, wherein a connection state and a non-connection state exist between any one PIN of the plurality of PIN PINs 110 and the detection line 13. The anti-counterfeiting authentication label provided by the embodiment of the invention can increase the counterfeiting difficulty through the randomness of the connection state of the detection line and the PIN foot, realizes the purpose of reducing the counterfeiting possibility, and further solves the technical problem of lower reliability of the technology for carrying out anti-counterfeiting authentication on the authenticity of the product in the related technology.
In an alternative embodiment, at least one PIN of the plurality of PINs is connected with the detection line, and the at least one PIN and the detection line form a connection loop.
Optionally, the at least one PIN foot randomly connected with the detection line and the detection line form a connection loop, wherein the connection state of the detection line and the at least one PIN foot enables the winding displacement shape of the detection line to be various, such as a semicircle and a trapezoid.
The following describes the anti-counterfeit authentication label with different winding displacement shapes of the detection line with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, by improving the NFC tag, a plurality of detection PIN PINs (i.e., PIN PINs) are provided on a chip of the NFC tag. In the embodiment of the present invention, the example is described with 7 PIN legs.
In one aspect, in the case that the shape of the flat cable of the detection line is a semicircle, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an alternative anti-counterfeit authentication label according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, there are 7 PIN feet on the NFC chip, and the PIN foot P on the right side0Is positively connected to the sense line, and P on the left1To P6Which of the 6 PIN PINs are connected to the detection lineThe connections are random and it is only after the solder joint has been produced that it can be determined which of the 6 PIN legs on the left are connected to the test line and which are not, so that 64 connection states occur. Namely, a plurality of detection PIN feet are designed on the NFC chip, and 6 PIN feet of the NFC chip, which are not necessarily connected to the detection line, and the detection line have a power of 6 of 2, that is, 64 possible connection states by means of permutation and combination. The detection line through the NFC label and the error that position offset produced in the NFC chip detection PIN foot welding process and the randomness that the detection line is connected with the NFC chip detection PIN foot appear, have increased the system and have makeed the degree of difficulty.
On the other hand, in the case that the shape of the flat cable of the detection line is trapezoidal, the structure of the NFC chip is as shown in fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of another optional anti-counterfeit authentication label according to an embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 2 and 3, the detection lines are designed to be semicircular and trapezoidal, and different states can occur when the NFC tag detection lines are shifted vertically and horizontally during welding. By designing the shapes of various NFC label detection lines, the randomness of connection between the detection lines of the NFC labels and the PIN PINs of the NFC chip detection lines is increased, and the possibility of counterfeiting is reduced.
As can be seen from the above, the same position on the detection line can only be connected with one PIN PIN at most.
In an alternative embodiment, a portion of the inspection line is disposed at a predetermined location two of the target product.
When one part of the detection line is arranged at a second preset position of the target product, the NFC label is arranged at a third preset position of the target product, wherein the second preset position and the third preset position are different positions on the target product.
After the detection line is connected with the at least one PIN on the NFC chip and soldered, the connection state between the detection line and the at least one NFC chip needs to be recorded, for example, the connection state may be recorded in a server, and at this time, the connection state between the detection line and the at least one NFC chip needs to be transmitted to the server. Therefore, the anti-counterfeit authentication label may further include: and the NFC antenna is partially overlapped with the NFC chip and is used for communicating with the terminal equipment so as to upload connection state information of the detection line and the PIN PINs obtained by scanning the terminal equipment to the server.
In an alternative embodiment, when the target product is opened, or when the NFC tag is removed from the predetermined position three of the target product, the overlapping state of the sensing wire and the NFC chip is broken, and/or the NFC antenna is broken.
Optionally, the overlapping portions of the NFC tag and the detection line are connected together, and the overlapping portions of the detection line and the NFC tag are separated when the target product is opened.
A specific application scenario illustrates in detail a situation in which the overlapping state of the detection line and the NFC chip is destroyed when the target product is opened in the embodiment of the present invention.
In an alternative embodiment, the target product is a container and a cover used with the container, and when the NFC tag is disposed on the container, the detection line is disposed on the cover; when the NFC tag is disposed on the cover, the detection line is disposed on the container.
When the NFC tag is disposed on the container and the sensing wire is disposed on the cover, or when the NFC tag is disposed on the cover and the sensing wire is disposed on the container, when the container and the cover are separated, an overlapping portion of the sensing wire and the NFC tag may be separated.
In another scenario, when the NFC tag is disposed on the cover used in cooperation with the container, if the container is separated from the cover and the NFC tag is removed from the cover, the connection state between the detection line and the NFC tag and the connection state between the detection line and the chip may be damaged, and the connection state between the NFC antenna and the NFC tag and between the NFC antenna and the connection state between the NFC antenna and the NFC chip may also be damaged. If other follow-up personnel want to counterfeit the product, when needing to paste the NFC label on other counterfeit products, then need reconnect detection line and NFC antenna, however, the PIN foot on the NFC chip before the target product leaves the factory is connected with the detection line at random, and the counterfeiter does not know the original connection state of PIN foot on the NFC chip before the target product leaves the factory and detection line, and this has just increased the degree of difficulty of counterfeit products.
The NFC label is arranged at the third preset position of the target product, wherein the second preset position and the third preset position are different positions on the target product. When the NFC label is arranged on the cover of the container, a part existing in the detection line is arranged on the bottle body of the container; when the NFC tag is disposed on the body of the container, the portion of the test line that is present is disposed on the lid that is used in pairing with the container.
In addition, after the detection line is connected with at least one PIN in the plurality of PIN PINs, the NFC tag is scanned to determine an original connection state of the detection line and some PIN PINs in the plurality of PIN PINs.
Further, the NFC antenna is further configured to upload the original connection state to a server after receiving the original connection state of the detection line and some PIN PINs of the plurality of PIN PINs.
It should be noted that after the original connection states of the detection line and the plurality of PIN PINs are determined, the NFC tag needs to be written and burned to complete the manufacture of the NFC tag.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the target product is in the open state, both the NFC antenna and the detection line are damaged.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the original connection state between the sensing line and the partial PIN is changed when the target product is in the open state. Because, when the NFC label is manufactured, the connection state between the detection line and the PIN foot on the NFC chip is random; when the manufactured NFC label is attached to a preset position of a target product, the target product can leave a factory. After the target product leaves factory and is sold, the original connection state between the detection line and part of the PIN PINs can be changed after the target product is opened by a consumer. That is, the original connection state between the detection line and the partial PIN changes.
Specifically, when the target product is in an open state, both the NFC antenna and the detection line are damaged. In an application scenario, when a target product is in an open state, both the NFC antenna and the detection line are damaged, and a producer of a counterfeit product wants to reproduce the NFC chip by replacing the NFC antenna and the detection line, and sets the reproduced NFC chip at a predetermined position of the counterfeit product. Then, due to the randomness of the connection of the sense lines to the partial PIN legs. The connection state of the replaced detection line and the PIN on the NFC chip is difficult to be the same as the connection state of the detection line and the PIN on the NFC chip recorded in the original connection state. That is, the difficulty of counterfeiting is greatly increased.
Example 2
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an anti-counterfeit authentication system, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the anti-counterfeit authentication system according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the anti-counterfeit authentication system 40 includes: a server 41, the authentication tag 10 of any one of the above, wherein the authentication tag 10 comprises: a NFC chip 11 built in the NFC tag 10, wherein the NFC chip 11 includes: the plurality of PIN PINs 110 are arranged at a first preset position of the NFC chip according to a preset arrangement mode; the detection line 13 is partially overlapped with the NFC chip 11, wherein a connection state and a non-connection state exist between any one PIN foot in the plurality of PIN feet 110 and the detection line 13; the server 41 is used for recording the original connection states of the detection lines 13 and the PIN PINs 110; the server 41 is further configured to receive scanning information transmitted after the target product is scanned by the terminal device when performing an anti-counterfeit authentication phase on the target product provided with the NFC tag 10, compare the scanning information with an original connection state, and determine an authenticity state of the target product based on a comparison result, where the scanning information includes: the real connection state of a detection line in the NFC label and a plurality of PIN feet in the NFC chip. The anti-counterfeiting authentication system provided by the embodiment of the invention can increase the counterfeiting difficulty through the randomness of the connection state of the detection line and the PIN, realizes the purpose of reducing the counterfeiting possibility, and further solves the technical problem of lower reliability of the technology for carrying out anti-counterfeiting authentication on the authenticity of the product in the related technology.
In an optional embodiment, under the condition that the comparison result shows that the real connection state is consistent with the original connection state, determining that the target product is a genuine product; and under the condition that the comparison result shows that the real connection state is inconsistent with the original connection state, determining that the target product is a counterfeit product.
Example 3
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method embodiment of a method of authenticating an anti-counterfeit, it should be noted that the method of authenticating an anti-counterfeit is applied to the anti-counterfeit authentication tag described in embodiment 1, and/or the anti-counterfeit authentication system of any one of the above, the steps shown in the flowchart of the drawings may be executed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and although a logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be executed in an order different from that shown or described herein.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an anti-counterfeit authentication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the anti-counterfeit authentication method includes the following steps:
step S502, scanning information obtained by scanning an NFC label arranged on a target product needing anti-counterfeiting authentication is obtained, wherein the scanning information comprises: the real connection state of a detection line in the NFC label and a plurality of PIN feet in the NFC chip.
Optionally, a near field communication NFC tag is arranged at a predetermined position of the target product, an NFC chip is arranged in the NFC tag, and the NFC chip includes: the NFC chip comprises a plurality of PIN PINs, the plurality of PIN PINs are arranged at a second preset position of the NFC chip according to a preset arrangement mode, and part of the PIN PINs are randomly connected with a detection line.
For convenience of description, in the embodiment of the present invention, the target product to be subjected to the anti-counterfeiting authentication is wine. Generally, an important process in wine production is to provide a label for a customer to subsequently verify authenticity. In the embodiment of the present invention, the tag is an NFC tag. The NFC tag may be disposed within a lid that is used in conjunction with a container, or may be disposed on the container body.
Because the existing NFC anti-counterfeiting authentication technology is mostly used for judging authenticity aiming at the impedance of a detection line, but the technology easily has the defect that a manufacturer achieves counterfeiting by re-welding an NFC label of a real product. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, a technology for judging the authenticity of a target product based on the connection state of a PIN and a detection line is provided.
Step S504, the real connection state carried in the scanning information is compared with the original connection state recorded in the server to obtain a comparison result, and the authenticity of the target product is determined based on the comparison result.
Through the steps, after the scanning information obtained by scanning the NFC label arranged on the target product needing anti-counterfeiting authentication is obtained, the real connection state carried in the scanning information is compared with the original connection state recorded in the server to obtain a comparison result, and the authenticity of the target product is determined based on the comparison result. Compared with the related technology, the NFC anti-counterfeiting authentication technology is mostly used for judging authenticity aiming at the impedance of a detection line, but the technology easily has the defect that a manufacturer achieves counterfeiting by re-welding an NFC label of a real product. The anti-counterfeiting authentication method provided by the embodiment of the invention can increase the counterfeiting difficulty through the randomness of the connection state of the detection line and the PIN in the NFC label, realizes the purpose of reducing the counterfeiting possibility, and further solves the technical problem of lower reliability of the NFC label for anti-counterfeiting authentication of the authenticity of the product in the related technology.
Wherein determining the authenticity of the target product based on the comparison result may include: determining the target product as a counterfeit product under the condition that the comparison result shows that the real connection state carried in the scanning information is consistent with the original connection state recorded in the server; otherwise, the target product is determined to be a genuine product.
In addition, compared with the prior art that the detection line of the NFC label is judged to be in impedance, the anti-counterfeiting authentication method provided by the embodiment of the invention is easy to achieve the purpose of counterfeiting by re-welding and transferring the detection line of the NFC label of a genuine product, and has the defects that a counterfeiter recovers the NFC label and replaces the detection line to make the counterfeit, and the anti-counterfeiting authentication method can increase the difficulty of counterfeiting by the random connection between the detection line and the PIN due to the error generated by the random position offset of the detection line in the process of welding the detection line and the PIN; and the shapes of various detection lines are designed, so that the connection randomness of the detection lines and the PIN PINs is increased, and the possibility of fake making is reduced.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the PIN detection PINs of the NFC chip may be designed to be 8, 9, or more, so that the connection states of the PIN and the detection line are more arranged and combined, and thus the difficulty in counterfeiting is greater; meanwhile, the shape of the flat cable of the detection line can be modified based on actual conditions, so that the contact modes of the detection line and the PIN foot are more, and the difficulty in fake making is increased. Furthermore, the anti-counterfeiting authentication method based on the NFC label provided by the embodiment of the invention is not only beneficial for enterprises to guarantee own brands, but also provides guarantee for customers' consumption.
