And 102, the payment system receives the license plate number uploaded by the user through the terminal and correspondingly stores the license plate number and the payment account number of the user.
104, When the vehicle enters the expressway entrance, the expressway management system identifies the license plate number of the entering vehicle, and stores the identified license plate number in correspondence with the identification of the entrance.
And 106, when the vehicle leaves the expressway exit, the expressway management system identifies the license plate number of the vehicle and acquires the identification of the exit.
And step 108, the expressway management system searches the corresponding identification of the entrance according to the license plate number of the driven vehicle, and determines the high-speed expense according to the identification of the entrance and the identification of the exit.
And 110, the highway management system sends the license plate number and the high-speed fee to a payment system.
And 112, the payment system searches a corresponding payment account number according to the license plate number, and finishes payment according to the high-speed expense and the searched payment account number.
The payment system notifies the highway management system after payment is completed, step 114.
In this step, the highway management system may control the lever to be lifted up to release the drive-away vehicle after receiving the payment completion notification.
As can be seen from the above description, the highway management system can send the license plate number and the high-speed fee to the payment system, and the payment system finishes payment of the high-speed fee based on the payment account corresponding to the license plate number, so that the user is not required to pay in a queuing way, and the high-speed passing efficiency is greatly improved.
The implementation process of the present specification is described below by binding a license plate number with a payment account, registering a highway management system, and collecting high-speed fees, respectively.
1. Binding of license plate number and payment account number
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a binding procedure of a license plate number and a payment account according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 2, the binding of the license plate number and the payment account number may include the following steps:
step 202, the user uploads the license plate number to the payment system through the terminal.
In this embodiment, the user may upload the license plate number through a client loaded by the terminal and capable of interacting with the payment system, where the client is logged in based on the payment account of the user.
For example, the user may trigger the upload of the license plate number by clicking a corresponding button presented in the client page. Of course, in practical application, an authorization application may be sent to the user first, and after the user authorizes, the license plate number is triggered to be uploaded, which is not limited in this specification.
And 204, the payment system correspondingly stores the license plate number and the payment account number of the user.
In this embodiment, the payment system may store the correspondence between the license plate number uploaded by the user and the payment account thereof in the high-speed deduction list, so as to distinguish the license plate number uploaded by the user in other business scenarios such as violation inquiry.
At step 206, the payment system returns a message to the user that the save was successful.
2. Registration of highway management system
In this embodiment, the highway management system may be registered in the payment system in advance before using the high-speed fee deduction service.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a registration flow of an expressway management system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 3, the registration process of the highway management system may include the following steps:
Step 302, the highway management system sends a registration request to the payment system.
In this embodiment, the highway management system may register with the payment system and transmit registration information to the payment system. The registration information may include: high-speed site name, collection account number, etc., which are not particularly limited in this specification.
In step 304, the payment system stores registration information for the highway management system.
At step 306, the payment system returns a message to the highway management system that the registration was successful.
In this embodiment, after receiving the registration request sent by the highway management system, the payment system may generate a unique service ID for the highway management system, and return the service ID to the highway management system. The highway management system may then carry the service ID to identify itself when interacting with the payment system.
Of course, in practical application, the payment system may not generate the service ID, and the highway management system may use other information such as the name used in registration to interact with the payment system later, which is not limited in this specification.
3. High speed fee collection
Fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating another method of payment for a highway vehicle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 4, the method for payment of the expressway vehicle provided in the present embodiment may include the following steps:
Step 402, a vehicle is driven into a highway entrance.
In step 404, the highway management system identifies the license plate number of the incoming vehicle.
In this embodiment, when a user drives into an expressway entrance, the expressway management system may take a photograph of the head of the vehicle through a camera, and then recognize the license plate number of the vehicle through the photograph. The processing and implementation of this portion may refer to related technologies, and this embodiment is not described herein in detail.
In this embodiment, the highway management system may further store the license plate number and the identifier of the entry in correspondence.
The highway management system sends 406 an entry record of the incoming vehicle to the payment system.
Based on the foregoing step 404, after identifying the license plate number of the incoming vehicle, the highway management system may send the entry record of the incoming vehicle to the payment system. Wherein the entry record may include: the information such as license plate number, entrance time, and entrance identification is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In step 408, the payment system saves the entry record as a valid entry record.
In this embodiment, the payment system may save the entry records sent by the highway management system as valid entry records for subsequent use.
In this embodiment, the payment system may also return a message of successful receipt to the highway management system after receiving the entry record.
Step 410, the vehicle is driven off the highway exit.
In step 412, the highway management system identifies the license plate number of the driven-off vehicle.
In this embodiment, the highway management system may also photograph the vehicle and then identify the license plate number when the vehicle is driving off the high speed.
In this embodiment, the highway management system may also obtain the identification of the exit.
And step 414, the expressway management system searches the corresponding entrance mark according to the license plate number of the driven vehicle, and determines the expressway cost according to the entrance mark and the exit mark.
Based on the foregoing step 412, the highway management system may search for an entrance identifier of the vehicle when the vehicle is driving into the highway according to the license plate number of the vehicle, and then determine the highway fee to be paid by the user according to the exit identifier and the entrance identifier.
In another example, in combination with the actual situation of expressways in China, expressways in different places may belong to different expressway owners, such as: the expressway in Jiangsu province is administrated by Jiangsu province, and the expressway in Anhui province is administrated by Anhui province. Different highway management systems may be deployed by different highway owners, and message intercommunication may not be achieved between the highway management systems, which may cause a problem that an exit station cannot find out which entrance the vehicle enters into a high speed according to a license plate number, and thus cannot calculate the high-speed cost.
To solve this problem, the highway management system of the exit expressway station does not find the corresponding entrance information if the vehicle is away, for example: entrance identification and the like, the entrance record inquiry request carrying the license plate number can be sent to the payment system, the payment system searches for the effective entrance record according to the license plate number, and the searched effective entrance record can be returned to the expressway management system of the exit expressway site so as to calculate the expressway cost.
And step 416, the highway management system sends the license plate number and the high-speed fee to a payment system.
And 418, the payment system searches the corresponding payment account number according to the license plate number, and finishes payment according to the high-speed expense and the searched payment account number.
In this embodiment, the payment system may search the payment account corresponding to the license plate number in the high-speed deduction list, and complete payment based on the found payment account, for example, deduct the high-speed fee from the payment account to pay to the collection account of the highway management system. The payment system may also return relevant payment information to the user after payment is completed, such as: and returning relevant payment information to the client logged in based on the payment account number. The related payment information may include: the present embodiment is not particularly limited in terms of expressway fees, license plate numbers, expressway entrances, expressway exits, and the like.
In this embodiment, the highway management system may send its collection account number, license plate number, and high-speed fee to the payment system. When the highway management system does not send the collection account number when requesting payment, the payment system may also search the collection account number from the registration information when the highway management system registers, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In another example, if the corresponding payment account is not found according to the license plate number, the payment system may notify the highway management system that the corresponding payment account is not found, and the related staff on the highway may let the user pay the high-speed fee on line, for example: and the vehicle can be released after the high-speed fee is successfully paid by adopting cash or card swiping and the like.
After the payment is completed, the payment system returns a payment complete message to the highway management system, step 420.
Step 422, the highway management system releases the vehicle.
In this embodiment, the highway management system may control the lift of the lever to free the vehicle.
In another example, the payment system may also determine whether to store a valid entry record corresponding to the license plate number sent by the highway management system before performing the payment operation. If the corresponding effective entrance record is found, a payment operation can be executed, and after the payment is completed, the effective entrance record is marked as invalid; if the corresponding effective entry record is not found, the present payment request of the expressway management system can be considered to have a safety risk, so that in order to ensure the property safety of the user, for example, the payment operation can be not performed, for example, a payment account corresponding to a license plate number is not found, a message of the safety risk is returned to the expressway management system, and the expressway related staff can enable the user to pay the expressway cost on line.
The payment system performs a payment operation when it is determined that there is a valid entry record to drive off the vehicle, and may improve the security of highway payment.
Based on the implementation scheme that the payment system stores the effective entrance record of the entrance vehicle, the payment system can push the vehicle entrance notification to the payment account bound with the license plate number corresponding to the effective entrance record after storing the effective entrance record, for example, the payment system indicates that the client logged in based on the payment account outputs a prompt message, and the prompt message can carry: license plate number, highway entrance, highway exit, driving-in time, etc.
Based on the implementation scheme that the payment system stores the effective entry records of the vehicles in the entrance, in another example, because the entry records sent by the expressway management system include the entry records of the vehicles with the license plate numbers uploaded and the entry records of the vehicles without the license plate numbers uploaded, the payment system can clear the stored effective entry records according to a preset strategy.
For example, the payment system may mark an effective entry record as invalid when the vehicle entry duration of the effective entry record reaches a predetermined duration. Specifically, the duration of the user's driving into a highway is generally not longer than a predetermined duration, such as: the payment system can periodically detect whether the entry duration of the saved effective entry records reaches the preset duration, and if the preset duration is reached, the vehicle can be considered to be driven off the expressway, and the corresponding effective entry records can be marked as invalid. Wherein the time of entry is typically the time between the current time and the time of entry.
For another example, the payment system may mark the valid entry record corresponding to the license plate number carried by the offline payment success notification as invalid after receiving the offline payment success notification sent by the highway management system. Specifically, after the off-vehicle successfully pays the high-speed fee off line, for example: after the high-speed fee is successfully paid through cash or a bank card, the expressway management system can send an off-line payment success notice carrying the license plate number to the payment system. The payment system may then mark the valid entry record corresponding to the license plate number as invalid.
Of course, in practical applications, the payment system may also use other strategies to mark the valid entry record as invalid to implement cleaning of the valid entry record, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, in another example, the highway management system may further identify and match other information of the entering vehicle and the exiting vehicle, so as to determine whether the vehicle is suspected of changing license plates during the highway driving process, and if the vehicle is not suspected of changing photos, determine the high-speed fee. Wherein the other information may include: vehicle type information, vehicle body color, vehicle size, etc.
For example, when a vehicle with a license plate number of Zhe A12345 enters an expressway entrance, the expressway management system recognizes that the vehicle is a red large truck, and when the vehicle with a license plate number of Zhe A12345 exits the expressway entrance, the expressway management system recognizes that the vehicle is a black small car, so that the two vehicles are very likely to exchange license plates in the expressway, and the staff can be prompted to check.
In combination with the actual situation of the expressway in China, other information of the vehicle which can be identified by the expressway management system is sent to the payment system for storage, and when the expressway exit and entrance from which the vehicle is driven do not belong to the same expressway owner, the exit expressway management system can send a query request to the payment system so as to query the information of the vehicle when the vehicle enters the expressway according to the license plate number, and further confirm suspicion of stealing the license plate.
Therefore, the payment system in this embodiment can store the relevant information of the vehicle for the expressway management system for other expressway management systems to query, so as to realize information sharing among different expressway management systems.
The present description also provides an embodiment of a device for payment of an expressway vehicle, corresponding to the aforementioned embodiment of the method for payment of an expressway vehicle shown in fig. 1.
