It will be understood that the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising," when used in this specification and the appended claims, specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps, operations, elements, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, operations, elements, components, and/or groups thereof.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a service message issuing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 1, the method includes the following steps S11-S15:
and S11, acquiring a preset service identifier corresponding to the preset service.
Specifically, for a preset service, a preset service identifier corresponding to the preset service is set, the preset service can be identified by the preset service identifier, and the preset service identifier may be a service code. And responding to the instruction issued by the message, and acquiring the preset service identifier corresponding to the preset service when processing the message issued corresponding to the preset service. For example, the insurance scene includes a plurality of service stages, such as a plurality of preset services for deposit, payment, claim settlement, settlement in advance, and the like, and the preset service identifier corresponding to the preset service may be set for each preset service for deposit, payment, claim settlement, settlement in advance, and the like. After the preset service identification is obtained, it can be recognized that the preset service corresponding to the preset service identification is a deposit service, a payment service, a claim settlement service, or a service cleared in advance, and the like.
And S12, acquiring a preset message generation flow corresponding to the preset service according to the preset service identifier.
Specifically, a preset message generation flow corresponding to the preset service when the preset service issues a message is preset for the preset service, namely, the preset message generating logic, the preset generating process may generate a message corresponding to the preset service, the message may include a plurality of messages, and associates the preset service with the preset message generation flow corresponding to the preset service through the preset service identification, thereby forming an association relation between the preset service, the preset service identification and the preset message generation process, thereby obtaining the preset service identification corresponding to the preset service when obtaining the service message issuing instruction corresponding to the preset service, and then acquiring a preset message generation flow corresponding to the preset service identifier according to the preset service identifier, and processing message issuing corresponding to the preset service according to the preset message generation flow. The preset message generation process can be described by a process configuration table, and nodes related to the process are configured by the process configuration table.
And S13, acquiring a preset message generating node contained in the preset message generating flow according to the preset message generating flow.
And S14, generating a target message corresponding to the preset service according to the preset message generating node, and issuing the target message.
Specifically, for each preset service, according to the actual processing requirement of the preset service, a preset message generation flow issued by the message corresponding to the preset service is set, and in the preset message generation flow, a preset message generation node for issuing the message is set correspondingly. The preset message generation node comprises a node code, a node name, a processing class, a processing method, a parameter type (list) and a parameter name (list), and can be configured through a node configuration table, including the processing class and the processing method for configuring the preset message generation node. For example, the node configuration for the deposit procedure in the insurance service may include the following preset message generation nodes:
(1) issuing a full repayment plan after issuing the payment; (2) issuing the detail data of issued money; (3) synchronously issuing the deposit, the meter and the withdrawal; (4) and issuing a borrowing state after the successful loan placement. As shown in table 1 below with reference to the figure,
table 1
Figure BDA0002842156520000051
Each node can correspondingly generate a preset message of the preset service, if the preset message generation flow comprises a plurality of preset message generation nodes, a plurality of messages corresponding to the preset service can be generated according to the preset message generation flow, and the preset message generation nodes comprise a preset message generation method for processing messages and a preset message generation class so as to generate corresponding preset down messages.
After a preset message generation flow is acquired, a preset message generation node contained in the preset message generation flow is acquired according to the preset message generation flow, so that a target message which corresponds to the preset service and is issued is generated through the preset message generation node, and the target message is issued and can be output through a preset terminal. Taking insurance services as an example, in a payment service scenario, the message categories may include payment plan, transaction detail, fee offer, fee offset, claim settlement, borrowing status, etc., wherein the message categories may be distinguished by a preset message TOPIC (TOPIC) and a preset message TAG (TAG).
In the embodiment of the application, a preset message generation flow corresponding to a preset service is acquired according to a preset service identifier, a preset message generation node contained in the preset message generation flow is acquired according to the preset message generation flow, a target message corresponding to the preset service is generated according to the preset message generation node, and the target message is issued. The embodiment of the application realizes the issuing of the messages corresponding to the preset service by calling the flow corresponding to the preset service and the preset nodes contained in the flow aiming at specific service scenes, arranges and gathers all message types required to be issued by the preset service to be issued as one flow, and realizes the independent processing of each message based on the preset flow corresponding to the preset service and the preset nodes contained in the preset flow, especially when the preset service corresponds to a plurality of messages, compared with the traditional technology, the embodiment of the application can avoid the problem that when the preset service corresponds to a plurality of messages, the management is difficult and the errors are easy due to the complicated flow and the various types of the messages issued by the preset service, the efficiency of processing the service message can be improved, and the development and maintenance of the flow and the node corresponding to the preset service are facilitated.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a first sub-flow of a service message issuing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the step of obtaining, according to the preset service identifier, a preset message generation flow corresponding to the preset service includes:
s21, acquiring preset flow setting corresponding to the preset service identifier from a preset flow message publishing table according to the preset service identifier, wherein the preset flow setting comprises a plurality of preset sub-flow identifiers;
and S22, acquiring a preset sub-process corresponding to the preset sub-process identifier from a preset process set according to the preset process setting, so as to obtain a preset message generation process corresponding to the preset service.
Specifically, whether a preset flow message is published under the condition that a preset flow message is preset or a plurality of preset flow messages are published under the condition that the preset flow messages are preset, the whole processing process corresponding to a preset service is used as a large flow, the processing processes corresponding to the plurality of messages contained in the preset service are used as sub-flows, the large flow comprises the plurality of sub-flows, the flow settings corresponding to the plurality of sub-flows contained in the large flow are described through the preset flow message publication, and the preset flow message publication comprises the preset message generation flows corresponding to the plurality of preset services, so that the preset message generation flows corresponding to different preset services are configured and managed. And forming a preset flow set by all sub-flows related to all preset services, wherein the preset flow message issuing list also comprises a preset service identifier, and correspondingly associating the preset service identifier with the flow setting.
The preset flow message is used for publishing the flow message which describes the flow to be issued, and the flow message can be stored in real time and used for storing information such as issued parameters, issued states, specific flows, nodes which fail to process and the like. For example, after the received message is processed or the real-time interface is called, different processing logics exist according to different scenes, and after different messages and real-time interfaces are processed, corresponding parameters and flows to be issued can be generated, and the corresponding parameters and the flows can be published under the stored and preset flow messages.
After a preset service identifier corresponding to a preset service is obtained, according to the preset service identifier, obtaining preset flow setting corresponding to the preset service identifier from a preset flow message publishing list, wherein the preset flow setting comprises a plurality of preset sub-flow identifiers, so that a corresponding preset sub-flow required for generating a message corresponding to the preset service is obtained, according to the preset flow setting, obtaining a preset sub-flow corresponding to the preset sub-flow identifier from a preset flow set, so that all the preset sub-flows are obtained from the preset flow set, so that a preset message generating flow corresponding to the preset service is obtained, and processing sub-messages contained in the message corresponding to the preset service through the sub-preset flow, so that a message corresponding to the preset service is obtained. In the embodiment of the application, all sub-processes related to all preset services form a preset process set, all the preset sub-processes corresponding to the preset services are acquired from the preset process set according to the preset process setting corresponding to the preset services, so that the preset message generation process corresponding to the preset services is obtained, and the multiplexing of the processes in the preset process set can be realized by calling the preset processes to be used from the preset process set aiming at the situation that the same message and the processing process corresponding to the message are related to different preset services, so that the data volume of computer codes is reduced, the development and maintenance of message processing projects are facilitated, the complexity of processing the message of the preset services is reduced, and the efficiency of issuing the message of the preset services is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second sub-flow diagram of a service message issuing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the method includes a plurality of preset flow messages, and in order to quickly determine that the flow message corresponding to the preset service identifier is published according to the preset service identifier, the step of acquiring the preset flow setting corresponding to the preset service identifier from the preset flow message publication according to the preset service identifier includes:
s31, acquiring a preset process index table, wherein the preset process index table is used for describing the matching relationship between the business and the published messages in the process message;
s32, determining a flow message publication table corresponding to the preset service identifier from the preset flow index table as the preset flow message publication table according to the preset service identifier;
and S33, acquiring the preset flow setting corresponding to the preset service identification from the publication table under the preset flow message.
Specifically, in the big data era, for the situation that a large number of services need to be processed for message issuance, in order to improve the efficiency of processing message issuance, a plurality of preset flow messages may be set for issuance, where each preset flow message issues the issuance of a preset service message within a preset processing range, for example, the issuance of a service message of a preset service type, or the issuance of a service message of a preset number of services, and the preset flow setting corresponding to the preset service is placed in one preset flow message issuance among the plurality of preset flow message issuances. In order to improve the efficiency of determining the publication of the preset flow message corresponding to the preset service and further improve the efficiency of issuing and processing the service message corresponding to the preset service, a preset flow index table can be established according to the matching relationship between the preset service and the publication of the flow message, and the preset flow index table is used for describing the matching relationship between the preset service and the publication of the flow message, that is, the preset flow setting corresponding to the preset service can be rapidly determined to be placed in which preset flow message publication through the preset flow index table, so that when the preset service identification corresponding to the preset service is obtained, the preset flow setting corresponding to the preset service can be determined to be contained in which target flow message publication according to the preset service identification and the preset flow index table.
After a preset service identifier corresponding to a preset service is obtained, obtaining a preset flow index table, determining a flow message issuing table corresponding to the preset service identifier from the preset flow index table as the preset flow message issuing table according to the preset service identifier, and obtains the preset flow setting corresponding to the preset service identification from the preset flow message publishing table, especially when the message of a large amount of service with large data volume is published, the parallel processing of a plurality of preset services is realized based on the plurality of preset flow message publishing tables, and based on the preset flow index table, the search range published under the preset target flow message corresponding to the preset service identification is narrowed, therefore, the efficiency of issuing the preset flow message corresponding to the preset service is improved, and the efficiency of issuing and processing the service message corresponding to the preset service is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a third sub-flow diagram of a service message issuing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, after the step of generating, according to the preset message generation node, a target message corresponding to the preset service and issuing the target message, the method further includes:
s41, judging whether the target message is successfully issued;
s42, if the target message is not successfully delivered, marking a delivery failure identifier for the target message, and storing the delivery failure identifier to the preset flow message for delivery;
and S43, if the target message is successfully issued, marking an issuing success identifier for the target message, and storing the target message to the preset flow message for issuing.
Specifically, the target message corresponding to the preset message generation node which is successfully issued and fails to be issued is recorded through issuing the preset flow message, so that the problem is easy to locate. If a plurality of preset message generating nodes exist in one process and all the preset message generating nodes are successfully executed, marking a target message as successfully processed, if the preset message generating nodes which are failed to be processed exist, updating the preset message generating nodes which are failed to be processed into a process message issuing table, marking the target message corresponding to the preset service as failed to be processed, and updating an error log into the preset process message issuing table, so as to judge whether the target message is successfully issued, if the target message is not successfully issued, marking an issuing failure identifier for the target message, and correspondingly storing the issuing failure identifier and the target message into the preset process message issuing table; if the target message is successfully issued, marking an issuing success identification of the target message, and correspondingly storing the issuing success identification and the target message to the issuing of the preset flow message. Further, for the preset message generation flow with failed processing, the processing may be performed in the following manner:
1) and sending a warning of failure in sending the target message corresponding to the preset service through a preset mail so as to monitor the mail.
2) And according to a preset time interval, iteratively executing the message issuing process until the target message corresponding to the preset service is successfully issued.
Specifically, the action of repeatedly processing the message delivery may be performed, for example, the flow message corresponding to the preset service for which the message delivery fails to be repeatedly processed in approximately 7 days (support configuration) is repeatedly processed, and may be repeatedly processed once every 10 minutes.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a fourth sub-flow diagram of a service message issuing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the step of acquiring, according to the preset message generation flow, a preset message generation node included in the preset message generation flow includes:
s51, acquiring a preset message generation node identifier contained in the preset message flow from a preset flow configuration table according to the preset message generation flow;
and S52, acquiring a preset message generating node corresponding to the preset message generating node identifier from a preset node set according to the preset message generating node identifier, so as to obtain a preset message generating node included in the preset message generating process.
Specifically, each preset message generation flow includes a plurality of corresponding preset message generation nodes, and different preset message generation flows correspond to different preset message generation nodes, please refer to table 1 continuously, and the preset message generation nodes included in each preset message generation flow can be described through a preset flow configuration table. And simultaneously, combining all nodes which are involved in all preset services and generate messages into a preset node set, wherein each node in the preset node set correspondingly generates a message corresponding to the node, the node configuration table also comprises a preset message generation node identifier, and the preset message generation node identifier is correspondingly associated with the node. Taking insurance business as an example, for example, in a deposit business scenario, a deposit process may include nodes including: and after the payment is issued, nodes such as full payment plan issuing, common guarantee payment plan synchronous issuing, common guarantee payment detail synchronous issuing, payment detail issuing data issuing, payment counting and drawing synchronous issuing, secondary guarantee payment counting and drawing synchronous issuing, common guarantee mode borrowing information change synchronous issuing and the like. The method comprises the steps of configuring nodes related to a flow through a preset flow configuration table, obtaining preset flow settings corresponding to preset service identifications from a preset flow message publishing table according to the preset service identifications, obtaining preset message generation node identifications contained in the preset message flow from the preset flow configuration table according to the preset message generation flow, further obtaining preset message generation nodes corresponding to the preset message generation node identifications from a preset node set according to the preset message generation node identifications.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a fifth sub-flow diagram of a service message issuing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the step of obtaining the preset message generating node corresponding to the preset message generating node identifier from the preset node set to obtain the preset message generating node included in the preset message generating flow includes:
s61, according to the preset message generation node identification, acquiring a preset message processing method corresponding to the preset message generation node identification from a preset node configuration table;
and S62, acquiring the preset message processing method from a preset processing method set to obtain a preset message generating node contained in the preset message generating flow.
Specifically, a preset message processing method corresponding to a node may be configured through a preset node configuration table, and one node may be configured with a plurality of preset message processing methods, where the preset message processing method includes a preset processing class and a preset instance method configured for the node, and the preset processing method set is composed of all reusable preset message processing methods. After a preset message generation flow corresponding to a preset service is acquired, a preset message generation node identifier contained in the preset message flow is acquired according to the preset message generation flow, a preset message processing method corresponding to the preset message generation node identifier is acquired from a preset node configuration table according to the preset message generation node identifier, the preset message processing method is acquired from a preset processing method set, namely, the preset message processing method is called to obtain the preset message generation node contained in the preset message generation flow, so that the reusability of the preset message processing method is improved, and a corresponding message is generated through the preset message generation node, so that a message corresponding to the service is obtained.
In the embodiment of the application, all nodes of generated messages related to all preset services are combined into a preset node set, a preset message generated node identifier contained in the preset message flow is obtained according to the preset message generated flow, a preset message generated node corresponding to the preset message generated node identifier is obtained from the preset node set according to the preset message generated node identifier, so as to obtain a preset message generated node contained in the preset message generated flow, a corresponding message is generated through the preset message generated node, so as to obtain a message corresponding to the preset services, and the nodes in the preset node set and the preset message processing method can be multiplexed by calling the preset message generated node to be used from the preset node set aiming at the situations of the same message and the generated node corresponding to the message in different services, if the multiplexing of the process is realized, the multiplexing of the process and the node can be realized at the same time, the data volume of the computer code can be greatly reduced, the development and the maintenance of a message processing project are facilitated, the complexity of processing the service message is reduced, and the issuing efficiency of the service message is improved. And the later project maintenance and expansion are easy.
Please continue to refer to table 1, because the issuing process and the message type of the message corresponding to the service are complicated, in the embodiment of the present application, the issuing message corresponding to the preset service is abstracted through the issuing of the preset process message, the preset process configuration table and the preset node configuration table, so that the relationship between the process and the issuing message is clearly combed, the efficiency of development and maintenance of message issuing is improved, and the resources of project development and maintenance are saved.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a sixth sub-flow diagram of a service message issuing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, a plurality of preset message generating nodes are included, and the step of generating, according to the preset message generating node, a target message corresponding to the preset service includes:
s71, executing a plurality of preset message generating nodes in parallel to generate node target messages corresponding to the preset message generating nodes;
and S72, combining all the node target messages according to a preset combination sequence to generate the target message corresponding to the preset service.
