In an alternative embodiment, a process of generating a directory file is provided, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a process of generating a directory file according to an alternative embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, taking a git document as an example, where (a) is a document directory structure of a git repository, it can be seen that a pull directory in the git repository includes document resources api-doc.md and document resources architectecture.md, a gitlab address (git @ gitlab.oa.com: xxx/yixiu-service.git) and a corresponding pull directory (docs) are configured in a configuration background, a backend receives an instruction, and a clone document information is sent to a server, and a sidebar configuration shown in (C) is automatically generated, where the automatic generation process may be: generating an initial directory file as shown in (B) with a main title label (main) being yixiu-service according to the item identification yixiu-service of the target item, adding a document title of the target document resource and a resource path of the target document resource with a corresponding relation into the initial directory file, namely adding api-doc into one subtitle label (subtitle), adding the resource path yixiu-service/api-doc.md into a corresponding file address label (filename), adding architecture into another subtitle label (subtitle), adding the resource path yixiu-service/architecture/architecture.md into a corresponding file address label (filename), obtaining a candidate directory file as shown in (C), and displaying a preview effect on an interface. And under the condition that the second editing operation executed on the candidate directory file is not detected, confirming that the configuration of the sidebar is correct, and creating a _ sidebar.md file at the server for rendering the sidebar to obtain the directory file.
In the technical solution provided in step S208, the target item and the directory file having the corresponding relationship are stored so that the user can query the document resource in the target item.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the correspondence between the target item and the catalog file may be, but is not limited to, stored in a key-value manner, an item identifier (such as a number, a name, and the like) of the target item is used as a key, the target file is used as a value, the stored item identifier is displayed on the front-end application, the user may select an item to be queried by clicking the item identifier, the catalog file of the item selected by the user is used to render a page so as to show all document resources included in the item for the user to view, and data in different document tools may be queried quickly.
As an optional embodiment, after storing the target item and the directory file having a corresponding relationship, the method further includes:
s81, acquiring the directory file corresponding to the target item under the condition that a target query request triggered by the target item is detected on a document display page;
s82, rendering the directory file in a first area on the document display page;
s83, acquiring the document file corresponding to the target document title under the condition that the selection operation executed on the target document title in the displayed document titles is detected in the first area;
s84, rendering the document file corresponding to the target document title in the second area of the document display page.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the document presentation page may be, but is not limited to, divided into a plurality of regions, each region being used for rendering corresponding content, such as: the first area is used for rendering the directory file, and the first area can be located on the left side or the right side of the document display page, and can be called a sidebar.

In an alternative embodiment, a rendered document display page is provided, and fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a rendered document display page according to an alternative embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, a left navigation bar of the document display page is generated by using a directory file _ sidebar.md, and if a user clicks and selects api-doc, an api-doc.md document pulled down from git is rendered on the right side of the document display page.
Through the process, a document display mode for uniformly inquiring the document resources of a certain project is provided for a user, the time for inquiring the document resources in various different document tools is saved, and the inquiry efficiency of the document resources is improved.
As an optional embodiment, after storing the target item and the directory file having a corresponding relationship, the method further includes:
s91, when detecting that the document resource corresponding to the target project in at least one document tool is updated, acquiring the updated document resource in the document resource of the target project from at least one document tool;
s92, updating the updated document resource into the target document resource;
and S93, updating the directory file by using the resource information of the updated document resource.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after the target item and the directory file having the corresponding relationship are obtained, the document resource in the target item may be automatically updated, the updated document resource newly pushed by the user is pulled from the document tool, and is updated to the target document resource, and the resource information of the updated document resource is updated to the directory file.
Such as: for the git tool, one way may be to establish a timing task, periodically obtain the SSH address configured by the user, and update the latest document content synchronously. The other mode can be based on a webhook mode, the SSH address of the project is sent to the background server when the push document from the hook to the git is operated, the background server checks according to the SSH address, if the SSH address exists, the project document under the SSH address is pulled to be synchronized to the target document resource, and the resource information is synchronously updated to the directory file.
In an optional implementation manner, a process of updating a document resource is provided, and fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an updating process of a document resource according to an optional implementation manner of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, a user submits a document on a gitlab, the gitlab sends information of a document change to a document system management back end through a change notification, the document system management back end pulls and stores (Store) document information from the gitlab according to the change notification, and the document system display front end can read and display document data from the document system management back end. The user can also update the configuration at the front end of the document system management, the front end of the document system management pushes the configuration updated by the user to the rear end of the document system management, and the rear end of the document system management pulls and stores (Store) the document information from the gitlab according to the updated configuration.
Through the process, a mode of automatically updating the created project documents is provided, even if the user updates the project documents on various document tools according to own habits, the updated contents can be synchronized to the unified document integration tool, the subsequent query process is facilitated, the change of the operation habits of the user is also avoided, and the integrated management query updating process of the document resources is more convenient.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of an integrated management process of a document resource according to an optional embodiment of the present application, where a user submits a document on a gitlab and updates configuration at a document system management front end, inputs document information, the document system management front end transfers the configuration updated by the user to a document system management back end, the document system management back end pulls the document information from the gitlab according to the configuration and stores the document information returned by the gitlab, and the document system display front end can read document data from the document system management back end for display. And the document system management back end can synchronize all documents from the gitlab at regular time and store the document information returned by the gitlab.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling an electronic device (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present application.
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present application, there is also provided an integration apparatus of document resources for implementing the integration method of document resources described above. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of an alternative apparatus for integrating document resources according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 9, the apparatus may include:
a first obtaining module 92, configured to obtain target document information corresponding to a target project, where the target document information is used to indicate storage information of a document resource of the target project in at least one document tool;
a second obtaining module 94, configured to obtain a target document resource of the target project from at least one of the document tools according to the target document information;
a generating module 96, configured to generate a directory file corresponding to the target document resource, where the directory file is used to display the target document resource according to the query request of the target document resource;
the storage module 98 is configured to store the target item and the directory file having a corresponding relationship.
It should be noted that the first obtaining module 92 in this embodiment may be configured to execute step S202 in this embodiment, the second obtaining module 94 in this embodiment may be configured to execute step S204 in this embodiment, the generating module 96 in this embodiment may be configured to execute step S206 in this embodiment, and the storing module 98 in this embodiment may be configured to execute step S208 in this embodiment.
It should be noted here that the modules described above are the same as the examples and application scenarios implemented by the corresponding steps, but are not limited to the disclosure of the above embodiments. It should be noted that the modules described above as a part of the apparatus may operate in a hardware environment as shown in fig. 1, and may be implemented by software or hardware.
Through the module, the target document resource of the target project is acquired from at least one document tool as the target document resource according to the target document information of the storage information of the document resource indicating the target project in at least one document tool, so that the aim of integrally storing the project document is achieved, the directory file corresponding to the target document resource is generated and used for displaying the target document resource according to the query request of the target document resource, the target project with the corresponding relation and the directory file are stored, the aim of efficiently sharing the project document is achieved, the technical effect of improving the management efficiency of the document resource is achieved, and the technical problem that the management efficiency of the document resource in the related technology is low is solved.
As an alternative embodiment, the second obtaining module includes:
a first processing unit, configured to, in a case where at least one of the document tools includes a first document tool in which a resource format of a document resource is a target format, clone and store a document file of the target item from the first document tool as the target document resource according to the target document information, where the target format is a document resource format that is allowed to be rendered onto a page;
and the second processing unit is used for generating and storing a document file in the target format corresponding to the target project as the target document resource by using a target address link of the document resource of the target project in the second document tool under the condition that at least one document tool comprises the second document tool in which the resource format of the document resource is in the non-target format, wherein the target document information comprises the target address link.
As an alternative embodiment, the first processing unit is configured to:
accessing a target document access address included in the target document information in the first document tool using a permission account, wherein the permission account is an account having globally readable permissions in the first document tool;
cloning a document file indicated by a target pull directory included in the target document information from the target document access address as the target document resource;
and storing the target project and the target document resource with the corresponding relation into a database.
As an alternative embodiment, the second processing unit is configured to:
generating an initial document file of the target format corresponding to the target project according to the project identifier of the target project;
adding the target address link to a target label in the initial document file to obtain the target document resource, wherein the target label is used for marking and loading the operation of the page indicated by the content added in the target label;
and storing the target project and the target document resource with the corresponding relation into a database.
As an alternative embodiment, the first obtaining module includes:
the display unit is used for displaying a configuration page, wherein the configuration page is used for configuring document information of document resources to be acquired;
an editing unit configured to edit the configuration page in response to a first editing operation performed on the configuration page;
an acquisition unit configured to acquire, from the configuration page, the content edited in the document information as the target document information in a case where a target operation performed on the configuration page is detected.
As an alternative embodiment, the display unit is configured to:
under the condition that at least one document tool comprises a first document tool with a target format of the resource format of the document resource, displaying a first configuration page, wherein the first configuration page is used for configuring a document access address and a pull catalog of the document resource to be acquired;
and displaying a second configuration page under the condition that at least one document tool comprises a second document tool with a non-target format of the resource format of the document resource, wherein the second configuration page is used for configuring the document address link of the document resource to be acquired.
As an alternative embodiment, the generating module includes:
the generating unit is used for generating an initial directory file corresponding to the target project according to the project identifier of the target project;
and the adding unit is used for adding the document title of the target document resource and the resource path of the target document resource which have the corresponding relation into the initial directory file to obtain the directory file.
As an alternative embodiment, the adding unit is configured to:
adding the document title of the target document resource and the resource path of the target document resource with the corresponding relation into the initial directory file to obtain a candidate directory file;
under the condition that a second editing operation executed on the candidate directory file is detected, the candidate directory file is edited in response to the second editing operation to obtain an edited file;
determining the candidate directory file or the edited file as the directory file when a confirmation operation performed on the candidate directory file or the edited file is detected.
As an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
a third obtaining module, configured to, after storing the target item and the directory file that have a correspondence relationship, obtain the directory file corresponding to the target item when a target query request triggered by the target item is detected on a document display page;
the first rendering module is used for rendering the directory file in a first area on the document display page;
a fourth obtaining module, configured to obtain, when a selection operation performed on a target document title in the displayed document titles is detected in the first area, a document file corresponding to the target document title;
and the second rendering module is used for rendering the document file corresponding to the target document title in a second area on the document display page.
As an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
a fifth obtaining module, configured to, after storing the target item and the directory file that have a corresponding relationship, obtain, from at least one of the document tools, an updated document resource in document resources of the target item when it is detected that a document resource corresponding to the target item in the at least one of the document tools is updated;
the first updating module is used for updating the updated document resource into the target document resource;
and the second updating module is used for updating the directory file by using the resource information of the updated document resource.
It should be noted here that the modules described above are the same as the examples and application scenarios implemented by the corresponding steps, but are not limited to the disclosure of the above embodiments. It should be noted that the modules described above as a part of the apparatus may be operated in a hardware environment as shown in fig. 1, and may be implemented by software, or may be implemented by hardware, where the hardware environment includes a network environment.
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present application, there is also provided an electronic device for implementing the integration method of document resources.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 10, the electronic device may include: at least one processor 1001 (only one of which is shown), a memory 1003, and a transmission apparatus 1005, as shown in fig. 10, the electronic apparatus may further include an input output device 1007.
The memory 1003 may be used to store software programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the document resource integration method and apparatus in the embodiment of the present application, and the processor 1001 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory 1003, that is, implements the above document resource integration method. The memory 1003 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic storage device, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory 1003 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 1001, which may be connected to the electronic device through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The transmitting device 1005 is used for receiving or transmitting data via a network, and can also be used for data transmission between a processor and a memory. Examples of the network may include a wired network and a wireless network. In one example, the transmitting device 1005 includes a Network adapter (NIC) that can be connected to a router via a Network cable and other Network devices to communicate with the internet or a local area Network. In one example, the transmitting device 1005 is a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used for communicating with the internet in a wireless manner.
Among them, the memory 1003 is used to store an application program, in particular.
The processor 1001 may call an application stored in the memory 1003 via the transmitting device 1005 to perform the following steps:
acquiring target document information corresponding to a target project, wherein the target document information is used for indicating storage information of document resources of the target project in at least one document tool;
acquiring target document resources of the target project from at least one document tool according to the target document information;
generating a directory file corresponding to the target document resource, wherein the directory file is used for displaying the target document resource according to the query request of the target document resource;
and storing the target item and the directory file which have the corresponding relation.
By adopting the embodiment of the application, an integration scheme of document resources is provided. According to the method, the target document resource of the target project is acquired from at least one document tool as the target document resource according to the target document information of the storage information of the document resource indicating the target project in at least one document tool, the purpose of integrally storing the project document is achieved, the directory file corresponding to the target document resource is generated and used for displaying the target document resource according to the query request of the target document resource, the target project with the corresponding relation and the directory file are stored, the purpose of efficiently sharing the project document is achieved, the technical effect of improving the management efficiency of the document resource is achieved, and the technical problem that the management efficiency of the document resource is low in the related technology is solved.
Optionally, the specific examples in this embodiment may refer to the examples described in the above embodiments, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 10 is merely an illustration, and the electronic device may be a smart phone (e.g., an Android phone, an iOS phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palm computer, and a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a PAD, etc. Fig. 10 is a diagram illustrating a structure of the electronic device. Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium is configured to store program code for performing the following steps:
acquiring target document information corresponding to a target project, wherein the target document information is used for indicating storage information of document resources of the target project in at least one document tool;
acquiring target document resources of the target project from at least one document tool according to the target document information;
generating a directory file corresponding to the target document resource, wherein the directory file is used for displaying the target document resource according to the query request of the target document resource;
and storing the target item and the directory file which have the corresponding relation.
Optionally, the specific examples in this embodiment may refer to the examples described in the above embodiments, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (11)

1. A method for integrating document resources, comprising:
acquiring target document information corresponding to a target project, wherein the target document information is used for indicating storage information of document resources of the target project in at least one document tool;
acquiring target document resources of the target project from at least one document tool according to the target document information;
generating a directory file corresponding to the target document resource, wherein the directory file is used for displaying the target document resource according to the query request of the target document resource;
and storing the target item and the directory file which have the corresponding relation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the target document resource for the target project from at least one of the document tools based on the target document information comprises:
in the case of a first document tool, wherein the resource format of a document resource in at least one document tool is a target format, cloning and storing a document file of the target project from the first document tool as the target document resource according to the target document information, wherein the target format is a document resource format allowed to be rendered on a page;
and under the condition that at least one document tool comprises a second document tool with a non-target format of the resource format of the document resource, generating and storing a document file with the target format corresponding to the target project as the target document resource by using a target address link of the document resource of the target project in the second document tool, wherein the target document information comprises the target address link.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein cloning and storing a document file of the target project from the first document tool as the target document resource according to the target document information comprises:
accessing a target document access address included in the target document information in the first document tool using a permission account, wherein the permission account is an account having globally readable permissions in the first document tool;
cloning a document file indicated by a target pull directory included in the target document information from the target document access address as the target document resource;
and storing the target project and the target document resource with the corresponding relation into a database.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein generating and storing the target format document file corresponding to the target project as the target document resource using the target address link of the target project document resource in the second document tool comprises:
generating an initial document file of the target format corresponding to the target project according to the project identifier of the target project;
adding the target address link to a target label in the initial document file to obtain the target document resource, wherein the target label is used for marking and loading the operation of the page indicated by the content added in the target label;
and storing the target project and the target document resource with the corresponding relation into a database.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein generating the directory file corresponding to the target document resource comprises:
generating an initial directory file corresponding to the target project according to the project identifier of the target project;
and adding the document title of the target document resource and the resource path of the target document resource which have the corresponding relation into the initial directory file to obtain the directory file.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein adding the document title of the target document resource and the resource path of the target document resource with a corresponding relationship to the initial directory file to obtain the directory file comprises:
adding the document title of the target document resource and the resource path of the target document resource with the corresponding relation into the initial directory file to obtain a candidate directory file;
under the condition that a second editing operation executed on the candidate directory file is detected, the candidate directory file is edited in response to the second editing operation to obtain an edited file;
determining the candidate directory file or the edited file as the directory file when a confirmation operation performed on the candidate directory file or the edited file is detected.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after storing the target item and the directory file having a correspondence, the method further comprises:
under the condition that a target query request triggered by the target item is detected on a document display page, acquiring the directory file corresponding to the target item;
rendering the directory file in a first area on the document presentation page;
under the condition that the selection operation executed on the target document title in the displayed document titles is detected in the first area, acquiring a document file corresponding to the target document title;
and rendering the document file corresponding to the target document title in a second area on the document display page.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein after storing the target item and the directory file having a correspondence, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the document resource corresponding to the target project in at least one document tool is detected to be updated, acquiring an updated document resource in the document resource of the target project from at least one document tool;
updating the updated document resource into the target document resource;
and updating the directory file by using the resource information of the updated document resource.
9. An apparatus for integrating document resources, comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring target document information corresponding to a target project, and the target document information is used for indicating storage information of document resources of the target project in at least one document tool;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring target document resources of the target project from at least one document tool according to the target document information;
the generating module is used for generating a directory file corresponding to the target document resource, wherein the directory file is used for displaying the target document resource according to the query request of the target document resource;
and the storage module is used for storing the target item and the directory file which have the corresponding relation.
10. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein the program when executed performs the method of any of the preceding claims 1 to 8.
11. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the method of any of the preceding claims 1 to 8 by means of the computer program.
