and S300, receiving the codes by the user side, and writing the codes into the replacement piece.
The spare parts may be, but are not limited to, a computer board, a controller, and a storage medium.
The codes are character strings compiled according to preset rules, and the codes of any two spare parts are different from each other, namely, the codes of the spare parts are unique.
Preferably, the code includes the model, date of manufacture, program version, communication address specific number, and manufacturing serial number of the spare part. Of course, the code may only include model, production date, program version, communication address specific number or production serial number, or any two or more of the model, production date, program version, communication address specific number and production serial number, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the code.
In step S200, the specific steps of "the server sends the code to the user side" may be: the server acquires the MAC address of the air conditioner and the name of the replaced piece, searches the code of the replaced piece according to the MAC address of the air conditioner and the name of the replaced piece, and sends the searched code of the replaced piece to the user side; or the server acquires the ID address of the air conditioner and the name of the replaced piece, searches the code of the replaced piece according to the ID address of the air conditioner and the name of the replaced piece, and sends the searched code of the replaced piece to the user side. Of course, the method for the server to search and send the codes to the ue is not limited to the above-mentioned method, and any method may be adopted as long as the server can send the codes to the ue.
The control method of writing a code to the replacement part of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a control method for writing a code to a replacement part according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the step of "writing a code to the replacement part" in step S300 specifically includes:
s311, connecting the user side with the code writer;
s312, the user side sends the codes to a code writer;
s313, the code writer is connected with the replaced part;
and S314, the coder writes the codes into the replacement.
In the above-mentioned process, the user side is the APP of installing on terminal equipment such as cell-phone, intelligent home equipment, wearable equipment, intelligent mobile device, virtual reality equipment, computer, and the user side can be connected with the coder, changes the piece with the code writing into through the coder.
Preferably, the user terminal is able to communicate with the writer through a WiFi hotspot. Of course, the connection method between the ue and the transcoder is not limited to the above-mentioned method, and the ue may communicate with the transcoder through communication methods such as wan, lan, WiFi, "WiFi + router accessing internet", bluetooth, ZIGBEE, NFC, GPRS, and the like.
Alternatively, in an alternative embodiment, the user side is an APP installed on the writer, and the step of writing the code into the replacement specifically includes:
the code writer is connected with the replaced part;
the writer writes the code to the replacement part.
Of course, the method of writing the code into the replacement member is not limited to the above two methods, and other methods may be used to write the code into the replacement member, which is not limited in the present invention. For example, can also be with the whole APP that imbeds on terminal equipment such as cell-phone, intelligent home equipment, wearable equipment, intelligent mobile device, virtual reality equipment, computer of the function of writer, and then through the user directly with change a connection alright with realize writing into the code and change a piece. The connection mode between the user side and the code writer, between the code writer and the replacement part, and between the user side and the replacement part may be wired connection, in addition to the wireless connection described above.
In addition, the steps may be performed after the replacement part is installed (for example, in a case where power is needed or the replacement part is matched with other parts to connect the server), or may be performed before the replacement part is installed (for example, an external power source is used or the replacement part itself can communicate with the server), which is not limited in this respect.
The control method of the present invention is further described below with reference to fig. 4. Fig. 5 is a complete flow chart of the control method of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, after "the user side sends a request for acquiring the code of the replaced part to the server" in step S100, the control method further includes:
s110, the server acquires the authority of the user side;
s120, judging whether the user side has the authority to acquire the code; if not, the server executes step S130; if yes, the server executes step S200;
s130, the server refuses the user side to obtain the code;
and S200, the server responds to the request and sends the code to the user terminal.
The authority of the user side comprises a code for acquiring the replaced part with the authority and a code for acquiring the replaced part without the authority. For example, if the user side is an APP installed on a terminal device of an air conditioner after-sale person or an APP installed on a terminal device of an air conditioner manufacturer, the user side has the right to acquire the code of the replaced piece; if the user side is an APP installed on the terminal equipment of the air conditioner user or an APP installed on the air conditioner and used by the user, the user side does not have the authority to acquire the codes of the replaced parts.
In step S110, the specific method for the server to obtain the right of the user side may be: opening the APP, carrying out password verification, and if the password verification is successful, indicating that the user side has the authority to acquire the codes of the replaced piece; if the password authentication fails, the user side does not have the right to acquire the codes of the replaced parts. The password verification method can be inputting an account password, a fingerprint, or face recognition.
Further, if the user side has the right to acquire the code of the replaced part, it is indicated that the user side may be an APP installed on a terminal device of an air conditioner after-sales person or an APP installed on a terminal device of an air conditioner manufacturer, that is, the user of the user side may be an after-sales person or an engineer of the air conditioner manufacturer, the user is professional and can accurately modify the code of the replaced part, and the server responds to the request and sends the code to the user side.
Further, if the user side does not have the right to acquire the code of the replaced piece, it is indicated that the user side may be an APP installed on a terminal device of an air conditioner user or an APP installed on an air conditioner for a user to use, that is, the user of the user side may be an individual user, the user is not professional enough, the code of the replaced piece may be changed by mistake, in order to ensure the accuracy of the code of the replaced piece, the server rejects the user side to acquire the code of the replaced piece, and the user is prevented from randomly changing the code of the replaced piece.
With continuing reference to fig. 4, after executing step S130, the control method further includes:
s140, the server sends out an alarm prompt to prompt that the user side does not have the right to acquire the codes of the replaced pieces.
In step S140, the server may send an alarm prompt to the user side, or the server may send an alarm prompt to the air conditioner, or the server may send an alarm prompt to other household appliances such as a television, a refrigerator, and a washing machine in the smart home system. Other devices such as the user side, an air conditioner, a television, a refrigerator and a washing machine can prompt that the user side does not have the authority to acquire the codes of the replaced parts in the forms of codes, pictures, characters, voice or light.
It should be noted that, in the above process, step S130 and step S200 are not in sequence, are parallel, and are only related to the determination result of whether the user side has the right to acquire the code of the replaced piece, and corresponding steps may be executed according to different determination results.
Referring again to fig. 4, after the client writes the code to the replacement element, the control method further includes:
s400, connecting the replacement part with a server;
s500, the server sends the parameters corresponding to the replaced piece;
and S600, receiving and storing the parameters by the replacing part.
The parameters comprise a first type of parameters and a second type of parameters, wherein the first type of parameters are parameters related to after-sales, such as a special number, a match number, a distribution network address, a version number and the like; the second type of parameter is a parameter related to the user, such as a user name, schedule setting information, maintenance record, common setting record (e.g. set time, common temperature, common wind speed, common mode, etc.), and the like. Of course, the first type of parameters and the second type of parameters are not limited to the above listed parameters, the first type of parameters may further include an initial dialing position corresponding to a model, the second type of parameters may further include an installation position, a purchase date, a warranty date, and the like, and those skilled in the art may flexibly adjust and set the parameters according to actual use conditions of after-sales personnel and users.
In step S500, the server searches for a parameter of the replaced part according to the MAC address of the air conditioner and the name of the replaced part acquired in step S200, and sends the searched parameter of the replaced part to the replaced part installed on the air conditioner corresponding to the MAC address, so that the replaced part receives and stores the parameter, and the parameter information of the replaced part are shared.
Alternatively, in an alternative embodiment, the server searches for the parameter of the replaced part according to the ID address of the air conditioner and the name of the replaced part acquired in step S200, and transmits the searched parameter of the replaced part to the replaced part installed on the air conditioner corresponding to the ID address, so that the replaced part receives and stores the parameter. Of course, the method of the server searching for and transmitting the parameter of the replacement object is not limited to the above-mentioned method, and the server may transmit the parameter corresponding to the replacement object regardless of the method.
Referring now to fig. 5, one possible control flow of the present invention is described. Fig. 5 is a logic diagram of the control method of the present invention. In fig. 5, an air conditioner is further illustrated.
As shown in fig. 5, one possible complete flow of the control method of the present invention is:
s701, when the air conditioner needs to replace the spare part, the user side sends a request for acquiring the code of the replaced part to the server;
s702, the server acquires the authority of the user side;
s703, judging whether the user side has the authority to acquire the code; if yes, go to step S704; if not, the server executes step S713;
s704, the server responds to the request and sends codes to the user side;
step S705 to step S709 are executed after step S704;
s705, the user side receives the code;
s706, connecting the user side with the code writer;
s707, the user side sends the codes to a code writer;
s708, connecting the code writer with the replaced part;
s709, the code writer writes the codes into the replacement parts;
after step S709, step S710 to step S712 are performed;
s710, connecting the replacement part with a server;
s711, the server sends the parameters corresponding to the replaced piece;
s712, receiving and storing the parameters by the replacing part;
s713, the server refuses the user side to obtain the code;
step S714 is performed after step S713;
and S714, the server sends out an alarm prompt to prompt that the user side does not have the right to acquire the codes of the replaced pieces.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiment is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is only used for illustrating the principle of the method of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and in practical applications, those skilled in the art can implement the above-mentioned function allocation by different steps, i.e. re-dividing or combining the steps in the embodiment of the present invention, as required.
