Abstract
The invention provides a soil restoration culture experimental device for carrying out restoration culture and sampling on soil at different depths. The device comprises a spraying mechanism, a culture mechanism, a drainage mechanism and an auxiliary tool, wherein the modules are connected through threads, and the disassembly and the cleaning are convenient. The top of the spraying module is provided with a hole which is connected with a peristaltic pump or other infusion devices to realize uniform spraying. The soil culture mechanism is a main body for loading soil, and the quantity can be expanded according to requirements so as to realize culture and sampling of soil with different depths. The drainage mechanism is provided with a grid plate, a layer of sand is paved on the grid plate to realize the support of soil and the separation of soil and water, and a drainage hole is arranged to realize drainage. The auxiliary tool comprises a liquid delivery device and a blade, and the water supply spraying and the layered cutting sampling of the soil culture module are respectively realized. Can set up a plurality of culture units simultaneously, every culture unit is taken as a point and only takes a sample once, thereby avoids eliminating external interference and causing the culture condition change in same culture unit oversampling, improves the experiment accuracy.

The 'soil pollution prevention and control action plan' requires that the national soil environment quality is stable and moderate in 2030 years, the soil environment safety of agricultural land and construction land is effectively guaranteed, the soil environment risk is comprehensively controlled, the soil environment quality is comprehensively improved in the middle of the century, and the ecosystem realizes virtuous circle. Therefore, soil pollution treatment is an important work content for ecological civilization construction.
The soil pollution treatment can be realized by adding chemical reagents or microorganisms to stabilize heavy metals and degrade organic matters, and the treatment effectiveness needs to be determined by culture and detection. Soil mobility is poor, and its pollution situation and physicochemical property have obvious layering phenomenon in the different degree of depth, and heterogeneous characteristic is obvious, consequently, in the restoration culture process of polluting soil, often require to take a sample according to the different degree of depth layering, consequently require higher and have the problem of sampling difficulty to experimental apparatus.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a soil remediation culture experimental device, which can realize rapid layered sampling of soil and adjustable depth; through setting up a plurality of culture units, every culture unit is as a sampling point, thereby can avoid in same culture unit oversampling to eliminate external interference and cause the culture condition to change, and is easy and simple to handle, improves experiment accuracy.
In order to achieve the aim, the soil remediation culture experimental device provided by the invention comprises a spraying mechanism positioned at the top, a drainage mechanism positioned at the bottom and a culture mechanism positioned between the spraying mechanism and the drainage mechanism,
the spraying mechanism comprises a spraying opening facing the culture mechanism;
the culture mechanism is detachably connected with the spraying mechanism, the culture mechanism comprises at least two culture units arranged along the height direction, adjacent culture units are detachably connected, and soil can be loaded in each culture unit;
the drainage mechanism is detachably connected with the culture mechanism.

Detailed Description
For the sake of understanding, the following description is further made with reference to the drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, the soil remediation culture experimental apparatus provided in this embodiment includes a spraying mechanism 1 located at the top, a drainage mechanism 3 located at the bottom, and a culture mechanism 2 located between the spraying mechanism 1 and the drainage mechanism 3. The spraying mechanism 1, the culture mechanism 2 and the drainage mechanism 3 in the embodiment are all of a cylinder structure. The diameter and height of the cylinder can be determined according to experimental requirements. The material of the spraying mechanism 1, the culture mechanism 2 and the drainage mechanism 3 can be any one of, but is not limited to, organic glass, stainless steel and polytetrafluoroethylene.
The spraying mechanism 1 is provided with a spraying port and a spraying interface 1-1 communicated with the spraying port, and the spraying interface 1-1 is communicated with an external transfusion device through a pipeline such as a rubber tube. The infusion device may be a peristaltic pump. Through the infusion device, liquid can be sprayed to the soil in the culture mechanism 2 through the pipeline and the spraying interface 1-1, so that the leaching or irrigation of the soil is realized. The number of the spraying interfaces is determined according to the experimental requirements.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the bottom of the spraying mechanism 1 is provided with an external thread, and the culture mechanism 2 is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread of the spraying mechanism 1 to realize the detachable connection between the spraying mechanism 1 and the culture mechanism 2. The joint of the spraying mechanism 1 and the culture mechanism 2 is also provided with a sealing gasket to enhance the sealing property.
The top of drainage mechanism 3 has seted up the internal thread, and the bottom of the culture unit that lies in the below in cultivateing mechanism 2 is provided with the external screw thread in order to carry out threaded connection with drainage mechanism, and is provided with sealed the pad in the junction between them in order to strengthen the leakproofness. The drainage mechanism 3 is internally provided with a grid plate 7 to realize water-soil separation, and the side wall is provided with a drainage port 8 to discharge water.
This embodiment is also provided with a blade 6 which effects the stratified cutting sampling of the soil culture unit.
When the experimental device for soil remediation culture provided by the embodiment is used for experiments, the experimental steps are as follows: firstly, cleaning and drying the drainage mechanism 3, the culture mechanism 2 and the spraying mechanism 1; a layer of sand 4 is laid on a grid plate 7 in the drainage mechanism 3 to realize the support of soil and the separation of soil and water, a culture unit is fixedly connected with the drainage mechanism 3 through threads, and the culture units with required number are connected according to the experimental requirements; filling soil 5 into each culture unit of the culture mechanism 2, wherein the soil 5 is tightly contacted with sand grains 4, and the sand grains 4 are positioned below the soil 5; fixedly connecting the spraying mechanism 1 with the culture unit positioned at the uppermost part in the culture mechanism 2 by screw threads, connecting the spraying interface 1-1 with a peristaltic pump or other infusion devices by a rubber tube, and keeping the vent 1-2 in an emptying state; starting a peristaltic pump or other infusion devices to start spraying, and placing the devices in an experimental area for culture after spraying is finished; after the cultivation is finished, the spraying mechanism 1, the drainage mechanism 3 and each cultivation unit in the separation cultivation mechanism 2 are sequentially taken down, and when the two cultivation units are about to be separated, the blade 6 is used for cutting to finish layered cutting sampling.
In summary, the soil remediation culture experiment device provided by the embodiment is provided with the spraying mechanism 1, the culture mechanism 2 and the drainage mechanism 3 to provide a culture environment for soil. Through dismantling the connection between each mechanism, be convenient for install, dismantle and wash, cultivate the quantity of unit through changing in the mechanism 2 of cultivateing, can realize cultivateing and sampling the soil of the different degree of depth, every cultivates the unit and regards as the sampling point of a degree of depth, can avoid repeated sampling in same cultivation unit to eliminate external disturbance and cause the cultivation condition to change, easy and simple to handle improves the experiment accuracy. And adjacent culture units are detachably connected, so that sudden rapid layered sampling can be conveniently realized, and the depth can be conveniently increased and decreased.

Claims (10)
1. A soil restoration culture experimental device is characterized by comprising a spraying mechanism (1) positioned at the top, a drainage mechanism (3) positioned at the bottom and a culture mechanism (2) positioned between the spraying mechanism (1) and the drainage mechanism (3),
the spraying mechanism (1) comprises a spraying port facing the culture mechanism;
the culture mechanism (2) is detachably connected with the spraying mechanism (1), the culture mechanism (2) comprises at least two culture units arranged along the height direction, adjacent culture units are detachably connected, and soil can be loaded in each culture unit;
the drainage mechanism (3) is detachably connected with the culture mechanism.

The soil remediation culture experiment device according to claim 1, further comprising a liquid infusion device, wherein the spraying mechanism (1) is provided with a spraying interface (1-1) communicated with the spraying port, and the liquid infusion device is communicated with the spraying interface (1-1).
3. The soil remediation culture experiment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the spraying mechanism (1) is provided with an air vent (1-2).
4. A soil remediation culture experiment device according to claim 1, wherein the culture mechanism (2) is in threaded connection with the spraying mechanism (1).
5. The soil remediation culture experiment apparatus of claim 1, wherein adjacent culture units are connected by screw threads.
6. A soil remediation culture experiment device according to claim 1, wherein the drainage means (3) is in threaded connection with the culture means.
7. A soil remediation culture experiment device according to claim 1, wherein a grid plate (7) for water and soil separation is arranged in the drainage mechanism (3).
8. A soil remediation culture experiment device according to claim 1, wherein the drainage mechanism (3) is provided with a drainage hole (8).
9. A soil remediation culture experiment apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further provided with a blade (6) for assisting sampling.
10. A soil remediation culture experiment device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the spraying means (1), the culture means (2) and the drainage means (3) are all of a cylindrical structure.
