Then, the telescopic element 1 pushes the adjustable positioning plate 2 to move downwards, so that the two positioning pipes 5 move downwards synchronously, the two positioning pipes 5 are respectively butted on the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe of the gas meter 19, and the first sealing surface 8 of the positioning pipe 5 is in sealing butt joint with the second sealing surface 18 on the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe of the gas meter 19, so that the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe of the gas meter 19 are blocked.
The gas valve is used for inflating the positioning tube 5 to keep certain air pressure in the gas meter 19, and the air tightness of the gas meter 19 is measured by detecting the air pressure change in the gas meter 19.
After the gas meter 19 finishes detection, the telescopic element 1 contracts to drive the adjustable positioning plate 2 and the positioning pipes 5 to move upwards to reset, so that the two positioning pipes 5 are far away from the gas meter 19 gas inlet pipe and the gas outlet pipe, the gas meter 19 is decompressed, finally, the clamping jaw cylinder 3 acts, the two clamping jaws of the clamping jaw cylinder 3 respectively drive the two threaded brackets 4 to move, the two threaded brackets 4 are opened, thereby driving the two threaded clamping seats 9 and the threaded clamps 11 to open, the two threaded clamps 11 lose the holding of the gas meter 19 gas inlet pipe or the gas outlet pipe, and the gas meter 19 is moved downwards to enable the gas inlet pipe and the gas outlet pipe of the gas meter 19 to be taken out from the guide holes 14 on the two positioning brackets 13 respectively.
In the embodiment, the clamping jaw air cylinder 3 and the telescopic element 1 in the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 3 can directly control the reversing of the air path and the pressure regulation in the gas meter 19 through the PLC control system, namely, an electromagnetic pressure regulating valve and a reversing valve are arranged on the air path of the clamping jaw air cylinder 3 and the telescopic element 1, and the pressure regulating valve and the reversing valve are in circuit connection with the PLC control system; meanwhile, in order to facilitate the change of the air pressure in the gas meter 19, a pressure sensor can be arranged in the two positioning pipes 5, so that the gas meter 19 can monitor the change of the pressure in the gas meter 19 through the pressure sensor in a pressure-keeping state, and the pressure sensor can be directly connected with a PLC control system circuit.

The hanging sealing structure for the gas meter detection device is characterized by comprising a positioning bracket (13) and a clamping assembly, wherein the clamping assembly is positioned above the positioning bracket (13), and a guide hole (14) is formed in the positioning bracket (13); the clamping assembly comprises two openable threaded brackets (4), a threaded clamp (11) capable of horizontally rotating around the center of the guide hole (14) is arranged on the clamping surface of each threaded bracket (4), each threaded clamp (11) is arc-shaped, and an inner thread capable of being meshed with the gas meter air inlet pipe or the gas meter air outlet pipe is arranged on the inner annular surface of each threaded clamp (11); the clamping surface of the threaded bracket (4) is provided with a threaded clamping seat (9), a threaded clamp (11) is clamped between the threaded clamping seat (9) and a positioning bracket (13), and the threaded clamp (11) can not move forwards, backwards, leftwards and rightwards; the lower surface of the thread clamping seat (9) is provided with an arc boss (10), the circle center of the arc boss (10) and the circle center of the guide hole (14) are on the same straight line, and the thread clamp (11) is also provided with an arc groove (16) which is in sliding fit with the arc boss (10).
