Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of storage materials, in particular to a shelf assembly and a refrigerator comprising the same.
Background
Storage materials such as refrigerators are generally provided with shelves on which articles are placed. Sometimes, agricultural products such as scallions, which are purchased from a sales site, often carry soil, which may contaminate the shelf if the scallion is directly placed on the shelf, affecting the clean and hygienic quality of the shelf.
Further, the shelves on which articles are stacked in a refrigerator or the like may obstruct the circulation of cool air, and the cool air may be unevenly distributed, thereby having poor refrigerating effect.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of an embodiment of the present invention includes providing an improved shelf assembly and a refrigerator including the same.
An aspect of an embodiment of the present invention relates to a shelving assembly comprising: a shelf; the frames are positioned at two sides of the shelf; a suspension connected to the frame; and the hook is hung on the suspension.
In some embodiments, the frame includes a limit portion and a positioning portion cooperating with the limit portion, and the suspension includes an end portion combined with the limit portion and the positioning portion.
In some embodiments, the rim includes a receiving portion defined by the limit portion and the positioning portion, the receiving portion receiving the end portion.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, one aspect of an embodiment of the present invention relates to a shelving assembly 10 comprising: a shelf 12; rims 14 located on both sides of the shelf 12; a suspension 16 connected to the frame 14; and a hanger 18 suspended from the suspension 16.
Agricultural products (not shown) such as earth-bearing shallots purchased from the market can be properly packaged and suspended by the hooks 18, which can help to avoid possible contamination of the shelves 12 and to help to keep the shelves 12 clean and hygienic.
Further, the hanging of the articles (not shown) from the hanger 18 may facilitate the circulation of the cool air in the refrigerator 100 (fig. 7) including the shelf assembly 10, resulting in a uniform distribution of the cool air, and thus a better refrigerating effect.
The number of suspensions 16 below the shelf 12 may be adjusted as desired and may be one or more. The frame 14 may be coupled to the suspension 16 in any suitable manner. Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the frame 14 includes a limiting portion 20 and a positioning portion 22 cooperating with the limiting portion 20, and the suspension 16 includes an end 24 combined with the limiting portion 20 and the positioning portion 22. The hanger bracket 16 may be mounted to the frame 14 by the combination of the end 24 with the stop 20 and the locating portion 22, which is relatively simple to mount and dismount, and also facilitates cleaning of the frame 14, hanger bracket 16 when desired.
In some embodiments, the bezel 14 includes a receiving portion 26 defined by the retainer portion 20 and the positioning portion 22, the receiving portion 26 receiving the end 24. The retainer portion 20 and the retainer portion 22 may cooperate to secure the end 24 within the receptacle portion 26, facilitating a secure engagement of the frame 14 and the suspension 16.
In some embodiments, the spacing portion 20 includes a first wall portion 28, the positioning portion 22 includes a connecting portion 30 opposite the first wall portion 28, and the receiving portion 26 is located between the first wall portion 28 and the connecting portion 30. The first wall portion 28 and the connecting portion 30 may cooperate to secure the end 24 within the receiving portion 26, facilitating a secure fit of the bezel 14 and the suspension 16.
The retainer portion 20 and the positioning portion 22 may be coupled by any suitable means. In some embodiments, the limiting portion 20 includes a second wall portion 32 extending from the first wall portion 28 in opposite directions, and a clamping groove 34 located between the first wall portion 28 and the second wall portion 32, and the positioning portion 22 includes a clamping portion 36 located in the clamping groove 34. The engagement of the detent 34 and the detent 36 may facilitate assembly between the stop 20 and the detent 22.
In some embodiments, the connecting portion 30 is located between oppositely extending second wall portions 32. The connecting portion 30 can be connected to the clamping portions 36 on both sides. The engagement of the catch 34 and the catch 36 may facilitate the limiting, positioning of the end 24 by the connecting portion 30 and the first wall portion 28, such as limiting movement of the end 24 between the oppositely extending second wall portions 32, compressing the end 24 between the connecting portion 30 and the first wall portion 28, etc.
In some embodiments, the retainer portion 20 includes a third wall portion 38 connecting the first wall portion 28 and the second wall portion 32, and the positioning portion 22 includes a side edge 40 that abuts the third wall portion 38. The third wall portion 38 may help prevent the detent 22 from falling out in the direction in which it is located, and may also help prevent movement of the end 24 in a direction past it. The end 24 may have a step 90 corresponding to the opposite side 88 of the positioning portion 22 opposite the side 40 to prevent the positioning portion 22 from falling out in the direction of the suspension 16.
The hanger 18 may be mounted to the suspension 16 in any suitable manner. As shown in FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the hanger 16 includes two oppositely disposed cantilevers 42, a slot 44 between the cantilevers 42, and an opening 46 in communication with the slot 44, and the hook 18 includes a head 48 sized larger than the slot 44 and smaller than the opening 46. The hook 18 may hang from the cantilever 42 through the opening 46 into the slot 44. When the hanger 18 is not needed, the hanger 18 can also be removed from the hanger 16 by moving the hanger 18 to the opening 46.
In some embodiments, the opening 46 is higher than the slit 44. In this manner, the hanger 18 may help prevent unwanted disengagement of the hanger 16 from the opening 46.
In some embodiments, suspension 16 includes an end 24 that is higher than suspension arm 42, with an opening 46 located between suspension arm 42 and end 24. Cantilever 42 may be bent downwardly relative to end 24. The hanger 18 may be engaged with and disengaged from the hanger bracket 16 at the opening 46 proximate the end 24 without affecting the suspension at the cantilever 42, which may help prevent the hanger 18 from inadvertently falling off, and may help to properly utilize the space under the shelf 12.
The number of hooks 18 on the hanger bracket 16 may be adjusted as desired and may be one or more. The hanger 18 may be of any form suitable for suspension from the suspension 16 and may be used to suspend an object (not shown) thereon. Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the hook 18 includes a bracket 50 and a hook 52 pivotally connected to the bracket 50. The hooks 52 are rotatable relative to the brackets 50 so as to be rotated upwardly when not in use to facilitate proper use of the space beneath the shelf 12.
The bracket 50 may be generally cylindrical and include a head portion 48, a body portion 66, and a neck portion 68 between the head portion 48 and the body portion 66. When mounted to the suspension 16, the head portion 48 may be supported by the cantilever arm 42, the neck portion 68 may be positioned within the slot 44, and the body portion 66 may be suspended below the suspension 16. The neck 68 may be sized slightly smaller than the width of the slot 44 so that the hanger 18 may move along the slot 44 between the two openings 46 of the hanger 16.
In some embodiments, hook 52 includes a shoulder 54 and bracket 50 includes a first surface 56 and a second surface 58 that are respectively engageable with shoulder 54. The cooperation of the shoulder 54 with the first and second surfaces 56, 58, respectively, may facilitate the hook 52 to stay in the respective positions during rotation.
In some embodiments, the shoulder 54 and the second surface 58 include cooperating detents 60. The catch 60 may assist in retaining the hook 52 in the corresponding position when the shoulder 54 and the second surface 58 are mated, without sliding downwardly under the influence of gravity.
In some embodiments, the snap 60 includes a groove 62 at the shoulder 54 and a protrusion 64 at the second surface 58. The combination of grooves 62 and protrusions 64 may help hook 52 stay in the corresponding position when shoulder 54 and second surface 58 are mated, without sliding downward under the influence of gravity.
The body 66 may have a cavity 70 below that opens downwardly and in both the front and rear directions, and a pair of legs 72 spaced apart by the cavity 70. The first surface 56 and the second surface 58 may be located at each leg 72. The first surface 56 and the second surface 58 may be in a perpendicular relationship. The first surface 56 may be the bottom surface of the leg 72 and the second surface 58 may be the front of the leg 72 extending from the first surface 56. There may be a curved transition between the first surface 56 and the second surface 58 to facilitate rotation of the hook 52. The leg 72 may have first through holes 74 extending therethrough from side to side and aligned with each other.
Hook 52 may include a second head 76 protruding between shoulders 54 and a second through hole 78 penetrating second head 76. The second head 76 may extend within the cavity 70 and the first and second through holes 74, 78 may be aligned with one another such that the pin 80 may pass therethrough, connecting the bracket 50 and the hook 52. Hook 52 is rotatable about pin 80 relative to bracket 50.
The hooks 18 of fig. 3, which are adjacent to the two ends 24, are in a state in which the shoulders 54 engage the first surface 56, and the hooks 18 are open, so that an article (not shown) may be hung from the hooks 18. The middle one of the hooks 18 in fig. 3 is in a state where the shoulder 54 engages the second surface 58, when the hooks 18 are closed, may help to reduce the height of the hooks 18, save space below the shelf 12, and prevent the hooks 18 from being inadvertently touched, injured.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the frame 14 may include a cavity 84 surrounded by a wall 82 and having one side open, and the limiting portion 20 may be located outside one wall 82 of the cavity 84. The shelf 12 may be generally quadrilateral, such as rectangular. The two parallel sides of the shelf 12 may be clamped separately for the two frames 86. The chambers 84 of the two rims 14 may receive the other two mutually parallel sides of the shelf 12 and corresponding portions of the two frames 86.
Referring to fig. 7, another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention relates to a refrigerator 100 including the shelving assembly 10 as described above. The refrigerator 100 includes a cabinet 104 in which a storage compartment 102 is provided. Support portions 108 may be provided on opposite sides of the liner 106 of the case 104. The support 108 may support both ends of the shelving assembly 10. The hanger bracket 16, the hook 18 may be used to hang items (not shown) in the storage compartment 102 below the shelf 12, which is advantageous for maintaining the sanitary, air circulation and refrigeration of the storage compartment 102.

1. A shelving assembly (10), comprising:
a shelf (12);
the frames (14) are positioned at two sides of the shelf (12);

A hanger (18) suspended from the suspension (16); wherein the suspension (16) comprises two oppositely disposed cantilevers (42), a slit (44) between the cantilevers (42), and an opening (46) in communication with the slit (44), the suspension (16) comprising an end (24) higher than the cantilevers (42), the opening (46) being located between the cantilevers (42) and the end (24); the hanger (18) includes a head (48) sized larger than the slot (44) and smaller than the opening (46).

The shelving assembly (10) as defined in claim 1, wherein the bezel (14) includes a spacing portion (20) and a locating portion (22) that mates with the spacing portion (20), the hanger bracket (16) including an end portion (24) that engages the spacing portion (20) and the locating portion (22).
3. The shelving assembly (10) as defined in claim 2, wherein the bezel (14) includes a receiving portion (26) defined by the limiting portion (20) and the locating portion (22), the receiving portion (26) receiving the end portion (24).
4. A shelving assembly (10) as in claim 3, wherein the limiting portion (20) includes a first wall portion (28), the locating portion (22) includes a connecting portion (30) opposite the first wall portion (28), and the receiving portion (26) is located between the first wall portion (28) and the connecting portion (30).
5. The shelving assembly (10) as defined in claim 4, wherein the limiting portion (20) includes a second wall portion (32) extending in pairs from the first wall portion (28) and a detent (34) between the first wall portion (28) and the second wall portion (32), the locating portion (22) including a detent (36) located in the detent (34).
6. A shelving assembly (10) as in claim 5, wherein the connecting portion (30) is located between the oppositely extending second wall portions (32).
7. The shelving assembly (10) as defined in claim 5, wherein the limiting portion (20) includes a third wall portion (38) connecting the first wall portion (28) and the second wall portion (32), the locating portion (22) including a side edge (40) abutting the third wall portion (38).
8. The shelving assembly (10) as defined in claim 1, wherein the opening (46) is higher than the slit (44).
9. The shelving assembly (10) as defined in claim 1, wherein the hanger (18) includes a bracket (50) and a hook (52) pivotally connected to the bracket (50).
10. The shelving assembly (10) as defined in claim 9, wherein the hooks (52) include shoulders (54), the bracket (50) including first and second surfaces (56, 58) that are respectively engageable with the shoulders (54).
11. The shelving assembly (10) as defined in claim 10, wherein the shoulder (54) and the second surface (58) include cooperating detents (60).
12. The shelving assembly (10) as defined in claim 11, wherein the snap features (60) include grooves (62) located in the shoulder (54) and protrusions (64) located in the second surface (58).
13. A refrigerator (100) comprising a shelving assembly (10) as claimed in any one of the preceding claims.
