本发明公开了新型除湿新风机,包括主机和至少一个外接风机,所述主机包括换热器、压缩机、内风机、新风出气管和新风进气管,所述换热器管连接外接风机;所述压缩机分别管连接换热器和冷凝器,所述冷凝器通过电子膨胀阀管连接蒸发器,所述蒸发器管连接压缩机;所述内风机连接新风出气管,所述外接风机通过冷媒管连接压缩机;所述外接风机包括有风机、冷凝器和蒸发器。本结构的新型除湿新风机,通过外接风机和热水管,实现多种工作模式,对空气进行加热、除湿和新风。本发明结构简单、加工方便,兼具多功能和多用途的功效,便于使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及新风机领域,具体涉及一种多工作模式的新型除湿新风机。
背景技术
随时人们生活质量的提高,对于工作和居住环境的要求也越来越严格。人们在不同季节对环境的要求越来越高,需要能够同时或单独实现加热、除湿和新风的功能。比如公开号为CN206131233U中国实用新型专利公开了一种带除湿功能的新风系统,包括新风机,所述新风机上连接有新风通道与回风通道,其中新风通道的进口端与室外连通、出口端与室内连通,回风通道的进口端与室内连通、出口端与室外连通;新风系统还包括除湿机,所述除湿机的进口端与回风通道连接,所述除湿机的出口端与所述新风通道连接。新风系统、除湿系统结合形成一个有机的统一的系统,除湿机工作与否不对新风系统形成风阻,在保证空气良好流通的基础上,将室内空气湿度保持在舒适的范围内。虽然保证了除湿和新风功能的同时使用,但是无法实现加热功能。
发明内容
本发明解决的一个技术问题是现有技术中缺少能够实现除湿、加热和新风功能的新风机。
本发明采用的技术方案是:新型除湿新风机,包括主机和至少一个外接风机,所述主机包括换热器、压缩机、内风机、新风出气管和新风进气管,所述换热器管连接外接风机;所述压缩机分别管连接换热器和冷凝器,所述冷凝器通过电子膨胀阀管连接蒸发器,所述蒸发器管连接压缩机;所述内风机连接新风出气管,所述外接风机通过冷媒管连接压缩机;所述外接风机包括有风机、冷凝器和蒸发器。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述外接风机的冷凝器和蒸发器之间设有电子膨胀阀II。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述换热器连接两路热水管,热水管上设有循环泵。
本发明具有的有益效果:本结构的新型除湿新风机,通过外接风机和热水管,实现多种工作模式,对空气进行升温、除湿和新风。本发明结构简单、加工方便,兼具多功能和多用途的功效,便于使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图所示,除湿新风机包括主机1和至少一个外接风机10,主机1包括换热器3、压缩机2、内风机7、新风出气管12和新风进气管11,所述换热器3管连接外接风机10;所述压缩机分别管连接换热器3和冷凝器4,所述冷凝器4通过电子膨胀阀I管连接蒸发器6,所述蒸发器管连接压缩机2;所述内风机7连接新风出气管12,所述外接风机10通过冷媒管连接压缩机2;所述换热器3连接两路热水管,热水管上设有循环泵8;所述外接风机10包括有风机、冷凝器和蒸发器,所述冷凝器和蒸发器之间设有电子膨胀阀II。新风进气管用于除湿新风机和外界气体的流通,热水管用于传输水路并实现温度交换。热水管既可以供给热水,方便使用;同时在需要时,同样可以外接循环管道实现进一步的加温。
本发明的除湿新风机包含有六种工作模式,分别是新风模式、除湿模式、新风除湿模式、新风除湿+除湿模式、新风除湿+热回收+制冷模式、热回收+制冷模式。
当处于新风模式,此时电子膨胀阀II处于关闭状态,电子膨胀阀I处于关闭状态,循环泵8不工作。外界空气经过新风进气管、蒸发器、冷凝器和风机通过新风出气管进入室内。
当处于除湿模式,此时电子膨胀阀I处于关闭状态,电子膨胀阀II处于开启状态,循环泵8不工作;压缩机将冷媒进行压缩转变成高温高压的气态,经过换热器最后到达外接风机的冷凝器,进行冷凝变成低温高压的液态,再通过电子膨胀阀节流变成低温低压的液态,最后通过蒸发器,变成低温低压的气态,通过管道回到压缩机。室内空气通过外接风机的风机进入,通过蒸发器进行水分脱离并降温,再通过冷凝器由外接风机的出风口排出。
当处于新风除湿模式,此时外接风机的电子膨胀阀II处于关闭状态,压缩机将冷媒进行压缩转变成高温高压的气态,通过管道进入冷凝器进行冷凝排热,冷媒转变成低温高压的液态;再通过电子膨胀阀I节流转变成低压的液态,最后到达蒸发器,冷媒蒸发吸收热量,此时冷媒转变成低压的气态,通过管道回到压缩机。与此同时,室外的新鲜空气通过新风进气管11抵达除湿新风机1内部,通过蒸发器进行水分脱离并降温,再通过冷凝器将温度提高后由内风机7通过新风出气管12排入到室内。
当处于新风除湿+除湿模式,此时电子膨胀阀I处于开启状态,电子膨胀阀II处于开启状态,循环泵8不工作;外界空气经过新风进气管、蒸发器、冷凝器和风机,通过新风出气管进入室内;压缩机将冷媒进行压缩后分成两路;一路通过换热器到达外接风机的冷凝器,再经外接风机的电子膨胀阀II、外接风机的蒸发器回到压缩机;另一路到达冷凝器,再经电子膨胀阀I、蒸发器回到压缩机。室内空气通过外接风机的风机进入,通过蒸发器进行水分脱离并降温,再通过冷凝器由外接风机的出风口排出。
当处于新风除湿+热回收+制冷模式,此时电子膨胀阀I处于开启状态,电子膨胀阀II处于开启状态,循环泵8工作;外界空气经过新风进气管、蒸发器、冷凝器和风机,通过新风出气管进入室内;压缩机将冷媒进行压缩后分成两路;一路通过换热器到达外接风机的冷凝器,再经外接风机的电子膨胀阀II、外接风机的蒸发器回到压缩机;另一路到达冷凝器,再经电子膨胀阀I、蒸发器回到压缩机。压缩机将冷媒压缩转变成高温高压的气态,通过管道到达换热器3,换热器将冷媒转变常温高压的液态,再通过管道到达外接风机10,再次进行冷凝;此时冷媒转变成低温高压的液态,通过电子膨胀阀节流转变成低温低压的液态,最后通过蒸发器,变成低温低压的气态,通过管道回到压缩机。循环泵工作,低温水通过换热器转变成热水由管道流出。室内空气通过外接风机的风机进入,通过蒸发器进行水分脱离并降温,再通过冷凝器由外接风机的出风口排出。
当处于热回收+制冷模式,压缩机将冷媒压缩变成高温高压的气态,经过换热器3和冷凝器4,再通过电子膨胀阀I,到达蒸发器后回流至压缩机;循环泵工作,低温水通过换热器转变成热水由管道流出。室内空气通过外接风机的风机进入,通过蒸发器进行水分脱离并降温,再通过冷凝器由外接风机的出风口排出。
外接风机的数量和空间相适配,每个独立的空间可以放置一个外接风机,既提高除湿的效果,同时也有效降低成本。
由于采用外置风机和主机的分体式模式,能够有效降低使用空间的噪声,同样便于维修。
本结构的新型除湿新风机,通过外接风机和热水管,实现多种工作模式,对空气进行升温、除湿和新风。本发明结构简单、加工方便,兼具多功能和多用途的功效,便于使用。
本领域技术人员应当知晓,本发明的保护方案不仅限于上述的实施例,还可以在上述实施例的基础上进行各种排列组合与变换,在不违背本发明精神的前提下,对本发明进行的各种变换均落在本发明的保护范围内。

1.新型除湿新风机,其特征在于,包括主机(1)和至少一个外接风机(10),所述主机(1)包括换热器(3)、压缩机(2)、内风机(7)、新风出气管(12)和新风进气管(11),所述换热器(3)管连接外接风机(10);所述压缩机分别管连接换热器(3)和冷凝器(4),所述冷凝器(4)通过电子膨胀阀I(5)管连接蒸发器(6),所述蒸发器管连接压缩机(2);所述内风机(7)连接新风出气管(12),所述外接风机(10)通过冷媒管连接压缩机(2);所述外接风机(10)包括有风机、冷凝器和蒸发器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型除湿新风机,其特征在于所述外接风机(10)的冷凝器和蒸发器之间设有电子膨胀阀II(13)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型除湿新风机,其特征在于所述换热器(3)连接两路热水管(9),热水管上设有循环泵(8)。
