As shown in FIG. 2, the present invention discloses a second embodiment of a central fresh air dehumidifier, which comprises a box 1000 having an air supply opening 1100, a return air opening 1200, a fresh air opening 1300 and an air outlet 1400, a blower 2000 disposed in the box 1000 and located at the upstream of the air supply opening 1100, an exhaust fan 2100 disposed in the box 1000 and located at the upstream of the air supply opening 1100, a compressor 3000 having one end adjacent to the exhaust fan 2100, an evaporator condenser 4000 located at the downstream of the fresh air opening 1300, an exhaust condenser 4100 located adjacent to the other end of the compressor 3000, a drain pump 4200 located adjacent to the evaporator 4000, a heat exchange core 5000 located between the return air opening 1200, the blower 2000, the evaporator condenser 4000 and the exhaust condenser 4100, a fresh air filter screen 6000 disposed between the fresh air opening 1300 and the evaporator condenser 4000, a return air filter screen 6100 disposed between the return air opening 1200 and the heat exchange core 5000, a multifunctional sensor 6200 disposed between the heat exchange core 5000 and the return air filter screen 6100, And a control unit 7000 for controlling the above electric elements. The electric elements include a blower 2000, an exhaust fan 2100, a compressor 3000, an evaporator condenser 4000, an exhaust condenser 4100, a drain pump 4200, a heat exchange core 5000, and a multifunction sensor 6200.
