Because the gas flow direction is opposite to the oil dripping direction, and the roughly separated oil gas flows upwards from the bottom end, the oil liquid falls into the oil storage tank downwards from the inlet end of the finely separated oil gas, namely the oil storage tank is arranged in front of the finely separated module instead of the gas outlet end of the finely separated module, so that the upper and lower pressure difference of the one-way valve only comes from the pressure resistance of the roughly separated oil gas, and the roughly separated pressure resistance is far smaller than that of the finely separated oil gas, thereby ensuring smooth oil return under the condition of smaller oil storage. Therefore, a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art is how to provide an oil-gas separator to ensure smooth oil return of stored oil.

Specifically, in the gas flowing process, the roughly separated oil gas after the rough separation enters the fine separation module 1 through the lower end of the fine separation module 1. After separation, large oil drops fall into the oil storage tank under the action of gravity, and after the opening pressure of the one-way valve 4 is reached, liquid oil flows back to the camshaft chamber to realize oil return. Because the gas flow direction is opposite to the oil dripping direction, and the roughly separated oil gas flows upwards from the bottom end, the oil gas falls into the oil storage tank downwards from the inlet end of the finely separated oil gas, which is equivalent to that the oil storage tank is arranged in front of the finely separated module 1, namely the oil storage tank is arranged at one end connected with the finely separated module and the roughly separated module, but not at the gas outlet end of the finely separated module 1, so that the upper and lower pressure difference of the check valve 4 only comes from the pressure resistance of the roughly separated oil gas, and the pressure resistance of the roughly separated oil gas is far smaller than that of the finely separated module 1, thereby ensuring smooth oil return under the condition of smaller oil storage.
The fine separation module 1 in this application is a non-woven fabric structure. Adopt the non-woven fabrics to realize smart separation, simple structure, with low costs, and the separation effect is good. In practice, the specific structure of the fine separation module 1 can be selected according to other requirements and is within the protection range.
In a specific embodiment, an oil return hole 2 is circumferentially arranged at an edge of the fine separation module 1, an oil storage tank cover plate 3 with a confluence hole 5 is arranged between the fine separation module 1 and the oil storage tank, the oil return hole 2 is opposite to the oil storage tank cover plate 3, and the confluence hole 5 is opposite to the oil storage tank. Oil liquid obtained by filtering in the crude separation oil gas of the fine separation module 1 is collected to the oil return hole 2, and is dripped to the oil storage tank cover plate 3 through the oil return hole 2, and is converged to the confluence hole 5 on the oil storage tank cover plate 3, and is finally dripped into the oil storage tank. A collecting mode for converging and dripping oil liquid into an oil storage tank is disclosed. In practice, the device can be set according to different requirements and is in a protection range. The oil return holes 2 may be arc-shaped holes uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the fine separation module 1.
In addition, the oil storage tank cover plate 3 in the application is an arc-shaped plate for converging oil on the oil storage tank cover plate 3 to the converging hole 5, and the oil can be guided to flow by the arrangement; in addition, the influence of the separated oil on the fine separation module 1 caused by bringing the oil on the oil storage tank cover plate 3 into the fine separation module 1 again in the coarse separation oil-gas flowing process can be avoided, and the service life of the fine separation module 1 is ensured. In the course of crude separation oil-gas flow, the oil liquid on the side of cover plate 3 close to crude separation oil-gas can be blown to confluence hole 5.
In a preferred embodiment, a wedge-shaped guide plate inclined towards the oil storage tank is installed at the edge of the confluence hole 5, and an oil baffle plate 6 is arranged at one side of the confluence hole 5 away from the roughly separated oil gas, so as to prevent the oil gas from being blown away in the flowing process of the roughly separated oil gas and not entering the confluence hole 5.
