Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of petroleum fracturing, in particular to a temporary plugging method for a large-scale underground fracturing hole.
Background
The horizontal well staged fracturing cost is huge, the operation time is long, in the using process of a drillable bridge plug, the bridge plug is set in advance due to the fact that a casing damage sleeve is changed and enters and is blocked, drilling and grinding of the fractured bridge plug are time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the residual fragments of the bridge plug bring great risks to a shaft and ground equipment; the temporary plugging agent is expensive, and each section of 60-200Kg of temporary plugging agent has great damage to the stratum after degradation; the temporary blocking particles are few or even have no position control, and the particles are temporarily blocked and accumulated in the horizontal section, so that the temporary blocking of the upper hole is easy to cause. And many methods have low pressure bearing levels.
Therefore, a method for temporarily blocking a large-scale downhole fracturing hole is a problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel temporary plug which is designed into a rope knot structure and is used for fracturing temporary plug of a horizontal segment oil-gas layer with the length of more than 2000m, and fracturing operation can be completed better in shorter time with less cost; and the old well can be temporarily plugged aiming at the poor fracturing effect of the old well, so that the repeated fracturing of the old well is realized.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a method for temporarily blocking a large-scale underground fracturing hole comprises temporary blocking and a using method, wherein the middle part of the temporary blocking is in a knot shape, and two ends of the temporary blocking are divided into a plurality of filaments;
the using method comprises the following steps:
step 1, performing fracturing construction after horizontal section perforation;
pumping the temporary plug into the well, wherein the temporary plug preferentially enters the pressed perforation under the action of pressure, and transferring fracturing fluid and propping agent to the unpressed perforation, so that all the perforations are cracked with high quality, and finally, all the perforation are temporarily plugged;
and 3, carrying out subsequent processes after the temporary blockage is degraded.
Further, the short-term pressure bearing of the temporary plug is 70MPa, and the tensile strength is more than 120 MPa.
Further, the temporary plug is made of degradable fiber materials.
Further, the temporary plug is completely degraded at 40-180 ℃, has no residue after being degraded, and is degraded into carbon dioxide and water by 100%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. because the composite bridge plug of pumping perforation is not used, a plurality of perforation sections are combined into one section, and the frequency of cable downhole is greatly reduced;
2. in the whole length range of the perforation section, the temporary plugging is used to ensure that all perforation clusters are uniformly fractured;
3. the perforation clusters can be in the best productivity efficiency by using the shunt temporary plugging technology, and each perforation segment is perfectly fractured without leaving any uncracked isolated perforation clusters;
4. the temporary plugging material replaces a composite bridge plug, and particularly aims at perforation and fracturing operations of large-displacement horizontal sections which cannot be reached by oil pipes;
5. reducing or replacing drillable (soluble) bridge plugs, saving over 40 million dollars per well;
6. the working hours of single well operation are saved by more than 50%.

pumping the temporary plug into the well, wherein the temporary plug preferentially enters the pressed perforation under the action of pressure, and transferring fracturing fluid and propping agent to the unpressed perforation, so that all the perforations are cracked with high quality, and finally, all the perforation are temporarily plugged;
and 3, carrying out subsequent processes after the temporary blockage is degraded.
The temporary plug has a short-term pressure bearing of 70MPa and a tensile strength of more than 120 MPa.
The temporary plug is made of degradable fiber materials.
