The invention discloses a novel roller spray quenching device, which comprises a rotating mechanism, a control mechanism and a water storage mechanism, wherein the rotating mechanism is positioned at the center and used for supporting a roller, the control mechanism is used for controlling the roller, the water storage mechanism is used for storing water, the quenching device is used for quenching the roller, the quenching device is annularly arrayed around the rotating mechanism, the quenching device comprises an air cooling device and a mist cooling device which are matched with each other and used for quenching the roller, and the connecting part is used for connecting the mist cooling device and the water storage mechanism; the invention can ensure the quenching uniformity, improve the performance of the ring-shaped roller, reduce the cracking risk of the ring-shaped roller and improve the applicability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of roller quenching equipment, in particular to a novel roller spray quenching device which can ensure that an inner layer is slowly cooled and an outer layer is rapidly cooled and can ensure that the whole roller is uniformly cooled.
Background
The outer layer is made of high alloy material, and the inner layer is made of low alloy material. The outer layer has enough cooling speed during quenching to ensure enough hardenability, and the outer layer after quenching is required to have higher hardness and wear resistance. While the inner layer is required to be slowly cooled without quenching during cooling, so as to ensure sufficient toughness. The quenching method adopted at present is integral quenching, namely, the whole roll is immersed into a quenching medium. The cooling method can ensure that the outer layer of the roller has enough cooling speed, but cannot slowly cool the inner layer of the roller, so that the inner layer of the roller becomes hard and brittle, the cracking risk of the whole roller is greatly increased, and the performance of the roller is reduced.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a novel roller spray quenching device which can ensure that the outer layer of the ring roller has enough cooling speed and the inner layer of the ring roller is slowly cooled so as to ensure the quenching uniformity of the whole ring roller.

meanwhile, the jet fan can remove most of oxide skin in the quenching process without manual treatment of the oxide skin in the spray quenching process, so that the quenching cooling speed is ensured, and the manpower is saved.
The air cooling device and the fog cooling device are controlled by the control mechanism, the two cooling devices can be used simultaneously or separately, can be used according to different conditions, and can be used for producing rollers of different materials and different hardenability by adjusting different water yields and wind speeds, so that the applicability of the invention is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating platform 16, fixing blocks 17 located on the rotating platform 16 for preventing the rollers from sliding, preferably four fixing blocks 17 arranged in an annular array, and protection bars 18 for protecting the rotating platform 16 from being damaged by high temperature of the rollers, preferably two protection bars 18, and two protection bars 18 are perpendicular to each other.
The control mechanism is a control cabinet 19, and the operation of each part is controlled by a plurality of control switches on the control cabinet 19, and the water storage mechanism is a water tank 20 for storing water and supplying water to the fog cooling device 2, which is specifically arranged at the adjacent position of the control cabinet 19.

As shown in fig. 2, the fog cooling device 2 comprises a ring pipe 12 connected with the inner wall of the air outlet 8, and a plurality of fog gun nozzles 13, wherein the ring pipe 12 is distributed at two sides of the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the ring pipe 12 at intervals and communicated with the ring pipe 12, the ring pipe 12 is connected with a water tank 20 through a hose, and a connecting part 3 for supplying water under pressure is arranged between the ring pipe 12 and the water tank 20. At this moment, the arrangement of the annular pipe 12 can increase the number of the fog gun nozzles 13 under the condition of not influencing the wind speed of the jet fan 5, and the fog gun nozzles 13 are distributed in an annular array, so that the sprayed water mist is more uniform, the quenching uniformity is increased, and the performance of the annular roller is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the connection part 3 includes a water pump 14 having one end connected to the water tank 20 and the other end supplying water into the ring pipe 12, and a pressure tank 15 pressurizing water, and the water pump 14 and the pressure tank 15 are simultaneously operated under the control of the control cabinet 19 to ensure that sufficient water pressure is supplied to be sprayed through the fog gun nozzle 13.
The quenching device provided by the invention adopts the quenching equipment combining the air cooling device 1 and the fog cooling device 2, so that the quenching effect is greatly enhanced, the jet fan 5 can further scatter water fog generated by the fog gun nozzle 13, the quenching uniformity is ensured, the air cooling device 1 and the fog cooling device 2 can be controlled by the control cabinet 19, so that the two cooling and quenching devices can be used independently and jointly, can be used according to different conditions, and can be used for producing rollers of different materials and different hardenability by adjusting different water yields and wind speeds, and the applicability of the quenching device is greatly improved.
