Abstract

本发明提出了一种除臭酶,涉及生物技术领域,由以下重量份原料组成:水解酶5‑10份、淀粉酶2‑7份、木瓜蛋白酶1‑5份。本发明除臭酶在造纸循环水除臭酶能有效的抑制腐败菌的生存和繁殖,而且快速吸收和降解产生氨氮物、硫化氢、甲基硫醇等具恶臭味的有害物质,解决了一般化学除臭法和物理除臭法除臭不彻底,残留药物造成二次污染的共同弊病。

本发明涉及生物技术领域,具体涉及一种除臭酶。
背景技术
随着环保力度的加大,造纸企业均采用封闭循环用水,零排放抄造工艺。随之而来造成抄纸循环水霉变产生各种微生物菌,引起恶臭发生,甚至成品纸也有臭味,无法达到卫生标准及客户要求。温度较高的季节,出现臭味、微生物腐蚀(腐浆)更为严重。除臭酶为专门针对解决造纸循环水臭味异味的除臭产品,能破坏细菌的细胞壁,抑制微生物生长,能够快速解决造纸厂纸浆循环水、纸浆及成纸的异味问题,使用成本较低,无二次污染,效果显著持久。现有的除臭酶存在酶活性不高、酶解效率差等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种除臭酶,基于植物纤维细胞壁分丝帚化而制成的复合酶制剂,在造纸的浆料磨浆前进行预处理,能显著提高效果。通过有限降解纤维细胞壁的纤维素,促进纤维分丝帚化,有效降低磨浆能耗,降低纤维的初生壁和次生壁的结合力,促使次生壁的微细纤维帚化和纤维润胀,增加纤维间的交联以及纤维间的结合力,提高成纸强度指标。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种除臭酶,由以下重量份原料组成:水解酶5-10份、淀粉酶2-7份、木瓜蛋白酶1-5份。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述水解酶为S-S水解酶、C-S水解酶或C-N水解酶。
作为本发明的进一步改进,由以下重量份原料组成:水解酶7份、淀粉酶5份、木瓜蛋白酶3份。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述水解酶活力为10-20U/g。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述淀粉酶活力为2-5U/g。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述木瓜蛋白酶活力为1-3U/g。
有益效果:本发明除臭酶在造纸循环水除臭酶能有效的抑制腐败菌的生存和繁殖,而且快速吸收和降解产生氨氮物、硫化氢、甲基硫醇等具恶臭味的有害物质。同时,除臭酶又可以产生无机酸,形成不利于腐败微生物生存的酸性环境,从而达到抗菌抑毒和消除异味的效果,除去纸品中及循环水中的臭味。该酶对纸浆中的NH3最高去除率可达96.98%,H2S的最高去除率可达84.33%;造纸循环水除臭酶对人体及动物无危害,对环境不造成二次污染,消除异味效果显著,可达到改善抄纸环境的效果。本发明解决了一般化学除臭法和物理除臭法除臭不彻底,残留药物造成二次污染的共同弊病。

由以下重量份原料组成:C-S键水解酶5份、淀粉酶2份、木瓜蛋白酶1份。C-S键水解酶活力为10U/g,淀粉酶活力为2U/g,木瓜蛋白酶活力为1U/g。
实施例2
由以下重量份原料组成:C-N键水解酶10份、淀粉酶7份、木瓜蛋白酶5份。C-N键水解酶活力为20U/g,淀粉酶活力为5U/g,木瓜蛋白酶活力为3U/g。
实施例3
由以下重量份原料组成:S-S键水解酶7份、淀粉酶5份、木瓜蛋白酶3份。S-S键水解酶活力为15U/g,淀粉酶活力为3U/g,木瓜蛋白酶活力为2U/g。
