Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating grease, and in particular relates to lubricating grease for textile machinery, which is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 10-15 parts of stearic acid, 1.5-2.2 parts of NaOH, 0.03-0.05 part of an antirust agent, 0.3-0.5 part of an antioxidant and 84-89 parts of industrial white oil through chemical reaction. The light-color sodium soap thickener obtained by reacting stearic acid with NaOH is mixed with industrial white oil to prepare the white base lubricating grease which is easy to wash, and the technological procedures of mixing, grinding, degassing and the like are carried out to prepare the lubricating grease with good performance for textile machinery.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating grease, and particularly relates to special lubricating grease for textile machinery and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, textile machinery in China is generally lubricated by universal lithium-based lubricating grease, sodium-based lubricating grease, white lithium-based lubricating grease and other lubricating grease, and the lubricating grease has the problem that the lubricating grease is difficult to clean and remove after being in contact with textiles.
The universal lithium-based lubricating grease has excellent lubricating performance, but oil stains remained on textiles of the universal lithium-based lubricating grease cannot be removed by washing, and the oil stains are dark in color; although sodium-based lubricating grease can be removed by washing, the appearance of the textile is still influenced to a certain extent after the cleaning because the color of the grease is darker; white lithium grease, while not affecting the appearance of the textile, cannot be removed by water washing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide white lubricating grease easy to wash, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
the white lubricating grease which is easy to wash is prepared by mixing a light-color sodium soap thickening agent obtained by reacting stearic acid with NaOH and industrial white oil; so that the finished lubricating grease has excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
Preferably, the antirust agent is benzotriazole.
Preferably, the antioxidant is tert-butyl-p-cresol. Compared with other antirust agents and antioxidants, the benzotriazole and tert-butyl p-cresol are nearly colorless after being added, and the final cleaning effect of the textile is not influenced.
Preferably, the technical white oil is No. 68 technical white oil.

1) heating 35-45 parts by weight of industrial white oil and stearic acid to 80-85 ℃, adding an aqueous solution of NaOH, and heating to 100-110 ℃ to react for 2.5-3.5 hours;
2) heating to 145-165 ℃, adding 20-30 parts by weight of industrial white oil, continuing heating to 200-210 ℃, keeping the temperature for 5-10 min, cooling to 108-112 ℃, and adding benzotriazole;
3) adding tert-butyl-p-cresol at 105 deg.C, grinding at 100-105 deg.C, adding the rest industrial white oil, adjusting consistency, and degassing to obtain the final product.
More preferably, the method comprises the following steps:
1) heating 35-45 parts by weight of industrial white oil and stearic acid to 80-85 ℃, adding an aqueous solution of NaOH, and heating to 100-110 ℃ to react for 2.5-3.5 hours;
2) heating to 145-165 ℃, adding 20-30 parts by weight of industrial white oil, continuing to heat to 200-210 ℃, keeping the temperature for 5-10 min, adding 10-20 parts of industrial white oil, quenching, cooling to 108-112 ℃, and adding benzotriazole;
3) adding tert-butyl-p-cresol at 105 deg.C, grinding at 100-105 deg.C, adding the rest industrial white oil, adjusting consistency, and degassing to obtain the final product.
In the step 2), the industrial white oil is added in batches, so that the fiberization performance of the lubricating grease can be effectively improved, and the lubricating grease with short fibers is obtained.
The units of parts by weight in the present invention are general weight units such as g and kg.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention prepares the lubricating grease for textile machinery with good performance by adopting light-color sodium soap thickening Liu obtained by reacting stearic acid and NaOH, preparing white base lubricating grease which is easy to wash by adding industrial white oil, adding an optimal light-color additive composition into the base grease, and carrying out the process procedures of mixing, grinding, degassing and the like.

Example 1
The embodiment relates to special lubricating grease for textile machinery, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) heating 40 parts of industrial white oil and stearic acid to 85 ℃, adding a NaOH aqueous solution, heating to 110 ℃, and reacting for 2 hours;
2) then heating to 150 ℃, and adding 30 parts of industrial white oil; continuously heating to 200 deg.C, refining, keeping the temperature for 10min, and cooling.
3) Adding benzotriazole at a temperature below 110 deg.C, adding tert-butyl p-cresol at a temperature below 105 deg.C, grinding at 105 deg.C, adding the rest industrial white oil, and adjusting consistency.
4) Degassing the prepared lubricating grease to obtain a finished product.

Example 4
Compared with the example 1, the difference is that the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) heating 40 parts of industrial white oil and stearic acid to 85 ℃, adding a NaOH aqueous solution, heating to 110 ℃, and reacting for 2 hours;
2) heating to 150 ℃, and adding 20 parts of industrial white oil; continuously heating to 200 ℃ for refining, keeping the temperature for 10min, adding 10 parts of industrial white oil, quenching, cooling to 108-112 ℃, adding benzotriazole, and cooling;
3) adding benzotriazole at a temperature below 110 deg.C, adding tert-butyl p-cresol at a temperature below 105 deg.C, grinding at 105 deg.C, adding the rest industrial white oil, and adjusting consistency;
4) degassing the prepared lubricating grease to obtain a finished product.
Comparative example 1
The difference compared to example 1 is that the starting material is different, and LiOH is used instead of NaOH in example 1. In the preparation process, refining is carried out at 215-220 ℃ in the step 2), and the result shows that the prepared lubricating grease is not easy to clean and remove after being attached to textiles.
Examples of the experiments
The relevant properties in the examples and comparative examples were tested and the results are shown in table 1:

The equipment in the four embodiments and the comparative example is a conventional open reaction kettle, and the used raw materials are purchased in the market; the detection process is consistent.
The lubricating grease for textile machinery is white lubricating grease easy to wash by water, has excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance and excellent lubricating performance, and can meet the lubricating requirements of the textile machinery. After the addition mode of the industrial white is improved, the fiberization performance of the lubricating grease can be effectively improved, and the factice with shorter fiber and more uniform appearance is obtained.
