step three, pulling the fixing pull ring (3) on the first sealing cover (4) by a user, pulling the rubber plug (21) of the first sealing cover (4) out of the combined base (1), continuously pulling the fixing pull ring (3), enabling the abutting joint clamping sleeve (23) to pass through the fixing clamping frame (26) and match with two groups of abutting joint binding bands (28) on the water storage bag (19), pulling the water storage bag (19), enabling the water storage bag (19) to move towards the fixing clamping ring (22), when the water storage bag (19) moves, enabling the arc-shaped notch (29) on the abutting joint clamping head (14) and the cutting strip (25) in the fixing clamping ring (22) to be in mutual contact, and utilizing the movement of the water storage bag (19) to enable the cutting strip (25) to scratch the water storage bag (19) from the middle part of the water storage bag (19), and pulling the scratched water storage bag (19) to match with the pulling of the fixing pull ring (3) and pull out of the, the water body in the water storage bag (19) is arranged in the combined base (1) and penetrates through the rectangular notch of the second partition plate (17), so that the water body is in contact with the heating bag (15) and is matched with the lime powder in the heating bag (15) to generate heat in the combined base (1).
