in the invention, the heat generated by the motor is transferred into the cover body 1 by arranging the liquid cooling loop, so that the heat dissipation effect of the motor is improved, and the liquid cooling loop continuously circulates the cooling liquid in the liquid cooling loop by utilizing the speed change of the vehicle, and does not need to be additionally provided with a circulating pump.
