Background
With the increasing shortage of energy, new energy automobiles become a trend of selection and development of more and more people, and batteries are used as an important part of electric automobiles, so that the performances of all aspects need to be further improved. The current technical trend leads to larger and larger power of the power battery, higher and higher requirements on the heating rate, and larger power of the heating film. Even some heating films have reached 3.1kW, which is twice the minimum ac power supply unit power specified by the national standard.
At present, the power battery heating device is generally a battery heating sheet attached to the power battery and attached to the power battery, which is called as a heating film. The application advantages of the heating film are obvious, the heating arrangement is simple, the cost is low, and a separate battery heating pipeline is not needed. The disadvantage is also relatively significant, however, that the heating power is not adjustable. If as two heating membrane schemes, the cost of power battery heating membrane will promote by a wide margin.
On the premise that the power battery cannot discharge due to the fact that heating power cannot be adjusted, the heating system cannot work normally, and heating is invalid. During the charging process, the power battery discharges due to the fact that the power of the heating film exceeds the power of the power supply equipment, and the charging time is increased.
