The slicing device for the wood products is characterized by comprising a slicing table (1), a supporting base plate (3), a first driving seat (4), a second driving seat (5), a first cutting knife (6), a second cutting knife (7) and a fixing mechanism (12), wherein the supporting base plate (3) is fixedly arranged below the slicing table (1), a plurality of supporting columns (2) are fixedly arranged between the slicing table (1) and the supporting base plate (3), the first driving seats (4) are fixedly arranged at the middle positions, close to the edges around, of the upper end of the supporting base plate (3), the second driving seat (5) is connected to the position, close to the upper part, inside the first driving seat (4), the first cutting knife (6) is arranged at the position, close to the front, of the upper end of the slicing table (1), the second cutting knife (7) is arranged at the position, close to the left side, of the upper end of the slicing table (1), the upper end of the slicing table (1) is provided with a plurality of first accommodating grooves (8) and second accommodating grooves (9), the first accommodating grooves (8) are symmetrically arranged at the positions, close to the front and rear sides, of the upper end of the slicing table (1), and the second accommodating grooves (9) are symmetrically arranged at the positions, close to the left and right sides, of the upper end of the slicing table (1);
the upper end fixed mounting of slicing table (1) has first guide rail of a plurality of (10) and second guide rail (11), a plurality of first guide rail (10) is vertical form on slicing table (1) and arranges the distribution, a plurality of second guide rail (11) is the level form on slicing table (1) and arranges the distribution, fixed establishment (12) sliding connection is in the upper end of slicing table (1).

The slicing apparatus for wooden products according to claim 1, wherein the fixing mechanism (12) comprises a first limit bottom plate (15), a second limit bottom plate (16), a first limit partition plate (17), a second limit partition plate (18), a first partition plate (19), a second partition plate (20), a first clamping plate (21), a second clamping plate (22), a first material receiving plate (23), a second material receiving plate (24) and a connecting column (25), the first limit bottom plate (15) is connected to one side of the second limit bottom plate (16), the first limit partition plate (17) is fixedly installed at a position where the upper end of the first limit bottom plate (15) is close to the left side, the second limit partition plate (18) is fixedly installed at a position where the upper end of the second limit bottom plate (16) is close to the right side, the first partition plate (19) is fixedly installed at a position where the side of the first limit partition plate (17) is close to the front, the second partition plate (20) is fixedly installed at a position, close to the front, of the side face of the second limiting partition plate (18), the first clamping plate (21) is fixedly installed at the front end of the first limiting partition plate (17), the second clamping plate (22) is fixedly installed at the front end of the second limiting partition plate (18), the first material receiving plate (23) is rotatably connected to a position, close to one side of the second limiting bottom plate (16), of the front end of the first limiting bottom plate (15), the second material receiving plate (24) is rotatably connected to a position, close to one side of the first limiting bottom plate (15), of the front end of the second limiting bottom plate (16), a first hinge is connected between the first material receiving plate (23) and the first limiting bottom plate (15), a second hinge is connected between the second material receiving plate (24) and the second limiting bottom plate (16), a connecting column is connected between the first material receiving plate (23) and the second material receiving plate (24) by a connecting column (25), the rear end of the first partition plate (19) is provided with a first abutting groove, and the rear end of the second partition plate (20) is provided with a second abutting groove.

The slicing apparatus for wooden products as claimed in claim 2, wherein a telescopic belt is fixedly connected between the first clamping plate (21) and the second clamping plate (22), a third connecting ring (28) is fixedly connected to a position, close to the middle, of the front end of the first material receiving plate (23), a first connecting ring (26) and a second connecting ring (27) are fixedly connected to the front end of the second material receiving plate (24), the first connecting ring (26) is located above the second connecting ring (27), the first material receiving plate (23) is rotatably connected with the connecting column (25) through the third connecting ring (28), and the second material receiving plate (24) is rotatably connected with the connecting column (25) through the first connecting ring (26) and the second connecting ring (27).

The slicing apparatus for the wood products according to claim 3, wherein a hydraulic machine (29) is arranged at a position close to the bottom end inside the first driving seat (4), a hydraulic column (30) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the hydraulic machine (29), a lifting column (31) is slidably connected to the upper end of the hydraulic column (30), the upper end of the lifting column (31) is connected with the second driving seat (5), a driving motor and a driving column are arranged inside the second driving seat (5), and the first cutting knife (6) is rotatably connected with the driving motor through the driving column.

The slicing apparatus for wooden products according to claim 4, wherein the lower end of the slicing table (1) is provided with a limiting groove (32), the inside fixed mounting of spacing groove (32) has the first guide swash plate of a plurality of (33), second guide swash plate (34), first flexible pad (35) and the flexible pad of second (36), a plurality of first guide swash plate (33) and second guide swash plate (34) are sixty degrees slope arrangement in spacing groove (32), a plurality of the one end of first flexible pad (35) all with first guide swash plate (33) fixed connection, a plurality of the one end of the flexible pad of second (36) all with second guide swash plate (34) fixed connection, a plurality of first flexible pad (35) are located the below of first accomodating groove (8), a plurality of the flexible pad of second (36) are located the below of second accomodating groove (9).

The slicing apparatus for wood products according to claim 5, wherein the lower end of the first limiting bottom plate (15) is provided with a plurality of first sliding plates (37), sliding grooves (38) and second sliding plates (39), the sliding grooves (38) are positioned between the first sliding plates (37) and the second sliding plates (39), the first sliding plates (37) are positioned at one side of the second sliding plates (39), the sliding grooves (38) are matched with the second guide rails (11), and the structure of the second limiting bottom plate (16) is the same as that of the first limiting bottom plate (15).

The slicing device for the wooden products according to claim 1, wherein the first cutting knife (6) penetrates through the inside of the slicing table (1) through a first accommodating groove (8), the second cutting knife (7) penetrates through the inside of the slicing table (1) through a second accommodating groove (9), the first accommodating groove (8) and the second accommodating groove (9) are both T-shaped, a first discharging groove (13) is arranged on one side of the slicing table (1), a second discharging groove (14) is arranged at the front end of the slicing table (1), a third discharging groove is arranged on the other side of the slicing table (1), and a fourth discharging groove is arranged at the rear end of the slicing table (1).
8. A working method of a slicing device for a wood product is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step two: starting a hydraulic machine (29), enabling a lifting column (31) to ascend through a hydraulic column (30), driving a second driving seat (5) and a second cutting knife (7) to move upwards through the lifting column (31), enabling the second cutting knife (7) to penetrate through a first accommodating groove (8) to the upper end of a slicing table (1), starting a driving motor, and driving the second cutting knife (7) to rotate through the driving column;
step three: moving a fixing mechanism (12) to the direction of a second cutting knife (7) through a plurality of sliding grooves (38) and a second guide rail (11), cutting the wooden products through the movement of the fixing mechanism (12) and the rotating second cutting knife (7) until the second cutting knife (7) penetrates through the wooden products and moves to the rear of a telescopic belt, stopping driving a motor, enabling a lifting column (31) to descend through a hydraulic column (30), and driving the second cutting knife (7) to descend through the descending of the lifting column (31) until the second cutting knife (7) descends to the original position;
step four: the wooden article of cutting in-process drives through fixed establishment (12) and removes, drive first material receiving plate (23) and second material receiving plate (24) through fixed establishment (12) and remove, push the piece that the cutting produced through the removal of first material receiving plate (23) and second material receiving plate (24), until the piece pushed to first groove (8) of accomodating and be close to the position at rear, through first groove (8) of accomodating whereabouts to second guide swash plate (34), collect through second guide swash plate (34) and third blown down tank, transversely cut into slices simultaneously through two first cutting knives (6) with two fixed establishment (12), carry out vertical section through two second cutting knives (7) with two fixed establishment (12) simultaneously.
