The device has simple structure and can rapidly convey the wood board into the board moving mechanism 3.
Still including saw-dust baffle 19, top baffle 20, fan 21 and saw-dust collecting box 22, location mounting bracket 301 left side is provided with saw-dust baffle 19, and saw-dust baffle 19 upper portion is provided with top baffle 20, is provided with fan 21 on the location mounting bracket 301 lateral wall of rear side, and location mounting bracket 301 lower part is provided with saw-dust collecting box 22.
The wood board will have very much saw dust when polishing, and at this moment the staff will place saw dust collecting box 22 below earlier and collect the frame, and then the staff opens fan 21, and fan 21 blows saw dust to saw dust collecting box 22, drops to collect in the frame through saw dust collecting box 22. The device is simple in structure, can prevent the saw dust to fly out through the saw dust baffle 19, and the saw dust can fall into the collection frame from the saw dust collecting box 22 and be concentrated and collected.
The wood plate positioning device further comprises a wood plate top block 23, a limiting frame 24, a second shaft seat 25, a vertical ejector rod 26, a first belt pulley 27, a second belt pulley 28, an eighth rotating shaft 29, a third belt pulley 30, a flat belt 31, a first bevel gear set 32, a ninth rotating shaft 33 and a second bevel gear set 34, wherein the wood plate top block 23 is slidably arranged between the lower part of the wood plate baffle 19 and the positioning mounting frame 301, the limiting frame 24 is arranged near the bottom of the positioning mounting frame 301 at the lower part of the servo motor 311, the second shaft seat 25 is arranged on the limiting frame 24, the vertical ejector rod 26 is arranged between the second shaft seat 25 and the wood plate top block 23, the vertical ejector rod 26 is slidably matched with the second shaft seat 25 and the wood plate top block 23, the first belt pulley 27 is rotatably arranged on the second shaft seat 25, the second belt pulley 28 is arranged on an output shaft of the servo motor 311, the eighth rotating shaft 29 is rotatably arranged on the right side of the original plate positioning frame 1, the third belt pulley 30 is arranged at one end of the eighth rotating shaft 29, the flat belt pulley 31 is arranged between the second belt pulley 28 and the third belt pulley 30 and the first belt pulley 27, the ninth rotating shaft set 33 is rotatably arranged near the positioning mounting frame 1, the first shaft seat 10 and the original plate positioning mounting frame 1 is rotatably meshed with the ninth rotating shaft 33, the first rotating shaft 32 is rotatably arranged at the other end of the ninth rotating shaft 32, and the first rotating shaft 32 is rotatably meshed with the first rotating shaft 32, and the first rotating shaft 32 is rotatably arranged at the other end of the first rotating shaft 32.
The servo motor 311 is started by a worker, the servo motor 311 drives the second belt pulley 28 to rotate, the second belt pulley 28 rotates to drive the first belt pulley 27 and the third belt pulley 30 to rotate through the flat belt 31, the third belt pulley 30 rotates to drive the eighth rotating shaft 29 to rotate, the eighth rotating shaft 29 rotates to drive the first bevel gear set 32 to rotate, the first bevel gear set 32 rotates to drive the ninth rotating shaft 33 to rotate, the ninth rotating shaft 33 rotates to drive the second bevel gear set 34 to rotate, the second bevel gear set 34 rotates to drive the first rotation fixing block 11 to rotate, the first rotation fixing block 11 rotates to further realize that the top plate 17 transmits the wood plate to the position between the first rolling shaft 303 and the second rolling shaft 305, when the wood plate contacts with the wood plate top block 23 and is extruded, the wood plate top block 23 slides forwards to drive the vertical top rod 26 to slide downwards, the vertical top rod 26 slides downwards to extrude the second shaft seat 25 to slide leftwards in the limiting frame 24, the second shaft seat 25 slides leftwards to drive the first belt pulley 27 to be separated from contact with the flat belt 31, the flat belt 31 becomes loose and does not drive the third belt pulley 30 to rotate any more, the third belt pulley 30 stops rotating to drive the eighth rotating shaft 29 to stop rotating, the eighth rotating shaft 29 stops rotating to drive the first bevel gear set 32 to stop rotating, the first bevel gear set 32 stops rotating to drive the ninth rotating shaft 33 to stop rotating, the ninth rotating shaft 33 stops rotating to drive the second bevel gear set 34 to stop rotating, the second bevel gear set 34 stops rotating to drive the first rotary fixing block 11 to stop rotating, the first rotary fixing block 11 stops rotating to further realize that the top plate 17 does not transmit a wood plate between the first rolling shaft 303 and the second rolling shaft 305 any more, after the wood plate in the board moving mechanism 3 finishes polishing, the second shaft seat 25 slides leftwards to reset to drive the vertical ejector rod 26 to slide upwards to reset, the vertical ejector rod 26 resets to drive the wood plate ejector block 23 to slide backwards to reset, the second axle seat 25 slides leftwards to reset to drive the first belt wheel 27 to contact with the flat belt 31 so as to realize the rotation of the third belt wheel 30. The device has a simple structure, and can orderly convey and polish the boards.
The wood board collecting device further comprises a collecting table 35, a third shaft seat 36, a pushing disc 37, guide posts 38, second elastic pieces 39, positioning posts 40, bearing seats 41, one-way bearings 42, a rotary extrusion disc 43, a third belt pulley group 44, a positioning plate 45, a fixed seat 46, tenth rotating shafts 47, rotating plates 48 and bolts 49, wherein the collecting table 35 is arranged on the wood board collecting frame 2, the front sides of the collecting table 35 are symmetrically provided with the third shaft seat 36, the pushing discs 37 are arranged at the rear sides of the two third shaft seats 36, the guide posts 38 are all arranged in the two third shaft seats 36 in a sliding mode, the two guide posts 38 penetrate through the two third shaft seats 36 and are connected with two sides of the pushing disc 37, the second elastic pieces 39 are arranged between one side of the two guide posts 38 and one side of the two third shaft seats 36, the bearing seats 41 are arranged on the collecting table 35, the positioning posts 40 are arranged in the center positions of the pushing disc 37, the outer ring 41 are connected with the one-way bearings 42, the inner ring of the one-way bearings 42 are connected with the positioning posts 40 in a sliding mode, the one-way bearings 42 are provided with the rotating extrusion disc 43, the rotating shafts 42 are arranged on the rotating shafts 48, the rotating plates 48 are arranged on the one-way bearings 48 and the outer ring 45 and the one-way bearings 35, the rotating shafts 48 are arranged on the three shafts and the three sides of the three shafts 35 are matched with the one-way bearings 35, the rotating plates are arranged on the rotating table 46, the rotating plates 48, the rotating plates are arranged on the rotating bases and are arranged on the side of the one side of the third shaft seat, and are matched with the rotating plates.
The polished wood board falls on the collecting table 35, the third rotating shaft 306 rotates to drive the one-way bearing 42 to rotate through the third belt pulley group 44, the one-way bearing 42 rotates to drive the rotary extrusion plate 43 to rotate, when the rotary extrusion plate 43 rotates to be in contact with the bulge of the pushing plate 37, the rotary extrusion plate 43 pushes the pushing plate 37 backwards, the positioning column 40 slides backwards in the one-way bearing 42, the guide column 38 slides backwards on the third shaft seat 36, the second elastic piece 39 is compressed, the pushing plate 37 pushes the wood board backwards to be in contact with the positioning plate 45, the wood board is extruded and placed in order, when the wood board on the collecting table 35 is collected to a certain amount, the worker pulls the bolt 49 up, the bolt 49 slides upwards on the rotating plate 48, then the worker rotates the rotating plate 48 on the tenth rotating shaft 47, the worker takes out the wood board, after the taking out, the worker rotates the rotating plate 48, rotates on the tenth rotating shaft 47 to reset the bolt 49, and the worker releases the bolt 49 to insert into the collecting table 35 to reset. The device has simple structure, and can place the boards neatly and conveniently for collection.

the second rolling shaft (305) is arranged on the second rotating shaft (304);
the third rotating shaft (306) is rotatably arranged on the positioning mounting frame (301) at the side edge of the second roller (305);
a third roller (307), the third roller (307) is arranged on the third rotating shaft (306);
a fourth rotating shaft (308), wherein the fourth rotating shaft (308) is rotatably arranged on the positioning mounting frame (301) at the lower part of the third roller (307);
a fourth roller (309), the fourth roller (309) being provided on the fourth rotating shaft (308);
the motor placing rack (310) is arranged on the side wall of the positioning mounting rack (301) close to one end of the first rotating shaft (302);
the servo motor (311) is arranged on the motor placing frame (310), and an output shaft of the servo motor (311) is connected with the first rotating shaft (302) through a coupler;
a first belt pulley set (312) is arranged between the first rotating shaft (302) close to one end of the servo motor (311) and one end of the second rotating shaft (304);
a fifth rotating shaft (313) is rotatably arranged on the positioning mounting frame (301) between the second rotating shaft (304) and the third rotating shaft (306) which are close to one side of the servo motor (311);
a second belt pulley set (314) is arranged between the second rotating shaft (304) close to one end of the servo motor (311) and the third rotating shaft (306) and the fifth rotating shaft (313);
the sanding mechanism (4) comprises:
a sixth rotating shaft (401), wherein the sixth rotating shaft (401) is rotatably arranged on a positioning mounting frame (301) at the lower part of the fifth rotating shaft (313);
a first fixed shaft (402), and a first fixed shaft (402) is arranged on the sixth rotating shaft (401);
a seventh rotating shaft (403), wherein the seventh rotating shaft (403) is rotatably arranged on the positioning mounting frame (301) at the upper part of the fifth rotating shaft (313);
a second fixed shaft (404), and a second fixed shaft (404) is arranged on the seventh rotating shaft (403);
an abrasive belt (405), wherein the abrasive belt (405) is arranged between the first fixed shaft (402) and the second fixed shaft (404);
a first gear (406) is arranged at one end, close to the servo motor (311), of the fifth rotating shaft (313);
a second gear (407), one end of the seventh rotating shaft (403) close to the servo motor (311) is provided with the second gear (407), and the first gear (406) is meshed with the second gear (407);
further comprises:
a workbench (5), wherein the workbench (5) is arranged at the top of the original plate placing frame (1);
the support seat (6) is embedded in the central axis position of the workbench (5), the support seat (6) is arranged in an embedded mode, and two sides of the support seat (6) are provided with return grooves;
the fixing columns (7) are arranged on the two return grooves of the supporting seat (6), and the fixing columns (7) are arranged on the two return grooves;

the locating frames (18), the roof (17) both sides all are provided with locating frames (18), locating frames (18) and the interior return channel sliding fit of support frame.
2. A sanding apparatus for furniture sheet processing as defined in claim 1, further including:
the wood chip baffles (19) are arranged on two sides of the positioning installation frame (301);
a top baffle (20), wherein a top baffle (20) is arranged between the tops of the two wood chip baffles (19);
the fan (21) is arranged on the side wall of the positioning mounting frame (301) at one side far away from the servo motor (311);
and the wood chip collecting box (22) is arranged at the lower part of the positioning mounting frame (301).
3. A sanding apparatus for furniture sheet processing as defined in claim 2, further comprising:
the wood board top block (23) is arranged between the lower part of the wood chip baffle plate (19) and the positioning installation frame (301) in a sliding mode;
the limiting frame (24) is arranged at the bottom of the positioning mounting frame (301) close to the lower part of the servo motor (311);
the second shaft seat (25) is arranged on the limiting frame (24);
a vertical ejector rod (26), wherein a vertical ejector rod (26) is arranged between the second shaft seat (25) and the plank ejector block (23), and the vertical ejector rod (26) is in sliding fit with the second shaft seat (25) and the plank ejector block (23);
the first belt wheel (27) is rotatably arranged on the second shaft seat (25);
a second belt wheel (28), wherein the output shaft of the servo motor (311) is provided with the second belt wheel (28);
an eighth rotating shaft (29), wherein the eighth rotating shaft (29) is rotatably arranged on one side of the original plate placing frame (1) close to the servo motor (311);
a third belt wheel (30), wherein one end of the eighth rotating shaft (29) is provided with the third belt wheel (30);
a flat belt (31), wherein the flat belt (31) is arranged between the second belt wheel (28) and the third belt wheel (30) and between the second belt wheel (27);
a ninth rotating shaft (33), wherein the ninth rotating shaft (33) is rotatably arranged between the first shaft seat (10) and the original plate placing frame (1), and the ninth rotating shaft (33) penetrates through the original plate placing frame (1);
the first bevel gear set (32), the other end of the ninth rotating shaft (33) and one end of the eighth rotating shaft (29) are provided with the first bevel gear set (32), and the first bevel gear set (32) is meshed with each other;
