本发明提供一种环保型水性胶水贴合篮球表皮的工艺,涉及体育用品领域,准备需要进行粘贴的胶水,将环氧氯丙烷与双酚A进行缩聚,冷却完成后添加固化剂进行添加,脂肪族多胺、脂环族多胺、芳香族多胺,通过固化剂将将环氧氯丙烷与双酚A进行缩聚进行配合,将胶水与清水进行配比,将篮球球体表面进行清洗,避免杂质或微小颗粒残留于球体表面,将胶水涂抹于皮革内端壁与球体的外表面涂抹,将皮革内腔壁与球体整体进行包裹,通过胶水将皮革内腔壁与球体整体进行贴合,增加篮球球体温度,此时篮球球体内腔的气体在温度提升下,向外端膨胀,使球体外壳与皮革的衔接更加紧密,将贴皮革后的球体放置于模具中进行热压整形,保证其球体的正圆形。

技术领域
本发明涉及体育用品领域,尤其涉及一种环保型水性胶水贴合篮球表皮的工艺。
背景技术
体育用品一词和体育一词的出现是紧密相连的。体育,指的是以身体活动为手段的教育,直译为身体的教育,简称为体育。我国体育历史悠久,但“体育”却是一个外来词。它最早见于20世纪初的清末。1902年左右,一些在日本留学的学生从日本传来了“体育”这一术语。随着西方文化不断涌入我国,学校体育的内容也从单一的体操向多元化发展,课堂上出现了篮球、田径、足球、网球、棒球等。
在体育用品中,篮球为不可缺少的,在进行篮球的加工过程中,皮革与球体外表面的贴合工艺为不可缺少的步骤,现市面上的贴合工艺大多数具有胶水的粘稠性无法进行调整和无法保证贴合后的球体保持为正圆形的问题。
针对上述问题,为此,我们提出了一种环保型水性胶水贴合篮球表皮的工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型水性胶水贴合篮球表皮的工艺,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:一种环保型水性胶水贴合篮球表皮的工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1:准备需要进行粘贴的胶水和进行贴合的皮革;
S2:将胶水冷却至20℃时,将胶水与清水进行配比,将篮球球体表面进行清洗,避免杂质或微小颗粒残留于球体表面,将胶水涂抹于皮革内端壁与球体的外表面涂抹;
S3:将皮革内腔壁与球体整体进行包裹,通过胶水将皮革内腔壁与球体整体进行贴合,增加篮球球体温度,此时篮球球体内腔的气体在温度提升下,向外端膨胀,使球体外壳与皮革的衔接更加紧密;
S4:将贴皮革后的球体放置于模具中进行热压整形。
优选的,所述S1还包括:
S101:将环氧氯丙烷与双酚A进行缩聚,冷却完成后添加固化剂进行添加;
S102:通过固化剂将将环氧氯丙烷与双酚A进行缩聚进行配合。
优选的,所述步骤S4中热压整形,进行热压整形的温度为60℃,时间为 5min,保证球体的正圆形。
优选的,所述步骤S101中固化剂为脂肪族多胺、脂环族多胺、芳香族多胺任意一种。
优选的,所述步骤S2中胶水与水的配比质量比为10:8。
优选的,所述步骤S3中通过胶水将皮革内腔壁与球体整体进行贴合时,将篮球球体温度增加至45℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明提出的一种便于安装的单项高压变压器,准备需要进行粘贴的胶水,将环氧氯丙烷与双酚A进行缩聚,冷却完成后添加固化剂进行添加,脂肪族多胺、脂环族多胺、芳香族多胺,通过固化剂将将环氧氯丙烷与双酚A 进行缩聚进行配合,将胶水冷却至20℃时,将胶水与清水进行配比,胶水与水的配比质量比为10:8,将篮球球体表面进行清洗,避免杂质或微小颗粒残留于球体表面,将胶水涂抹于皮革内端壁与球体的外表面涂抹,将皮革内腔壁与球体整体进行包裹,通过胶水将皮革内腔壁与球体整体进行贴合,增加篮球球体温度,将篮球球体温度增加至45℃,此时篮球球体内腔的气体在温度提升下,向外端膨胀,使球体外壳与皮革的衔接更加紧密,将贴皮革后的球体放置于模具中进行60℃的热压整形,保证其球体的正圆形,进行热压整形的温度为5min。

实施例
一种环保型水性胶水贴合篮球表皮的工艺,步骤如下:
S1:准备需要进行粘贴的胶水和进行贴合的皮革;
S101:将环氧氯丙烷与双酚A进行缩聚,冷却完成后添加固化剂进行添加,固化剂为脂肪族多胺、脂环族多胺、芳香族多胺任意一种;
S102:通过固化剂将将环氧氯丙烷与双酚A进行缩聚进行配合;
S2:将胶水冷却至20℃时,将胶水与清水进行配比,将篮球球体表面进行清洗,避免杂质或微小颗粒残留于球体表面,将胶水涂抹于皮革内端壁与球体的外表面涂抹,胶水与水的配比质量比为10:8;
S3:将皮革内腔壁与球体整体进行包裹,通过胶水将皮革内腔壁与球体整体进行贴合,增加篮球球体温度,此时篮球球体内腔的气体在温度提升下,向外端膨胀,使球体外壳与皮革的衔接更加紧密,中通过胶水将皮革内腔壁与球体整体进行贴合时,将篮球球体温度增加至45℃。
S4:将贴皮革后的球体放置于模具中进行60℃的热压整形,保证其球体的正圆形,进行热压整形的时间为5min。

S1:准备需要进行粘贴的胶水和进行贴合的皮革;
S2:将胶水冷却至20℃时,将胶水与清水进行配比,将篮球球体表面进行清洗,避免杂质或微小颗粒残留于球体表面,将胶水涂抹于皮革内端壁与球体的外表面涂抹;
S3:将皮革内腔壁与球体整体进行包裹,通过胶水将皮革内腔壁与球体整体进行贴合,增加篮球球体温度,此时篮球球体内腔的气体在温度提升下,向外端膨胀,使球体外壳与皮革的衔接更加紧密;
S4:将贴皮革后的球体放置于模具中进行热压整形。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型水性胶水贴合篮球表皮的工艺,其特征在于,S1还包括:
S101:将环氧氯丙烷与双酚A进行缩聚,冷却完成后添加固化剂进行添加;
S102:通过固化剂将将环氧氯丙烷与双酚A进行缩聚进行配合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型水性胶水贴合篮球表皮的工艺,其特征在于,步骤S4中热压整形,进行热压整形的温度为60℃,时间为5min,保证球体的正圆形。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种环保型水性胶水贴合篮球表皮的工艺,其特征在于,步骤S101中固化剂为脂肪族多胺、脂环族多胺、芳香族多胺任意一种。

6.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型水性胶水贴合篮球表皮的工艺,其特征在于,步骤S3中通过胶水将皮革内腔壁与球体整体进行贴合时,将篮球球体温度增加至45℃。
