One side of the adsorption plate 2 is fixedly provided with a threaded rod 21, the middle part of the fixed block 12 is provided with a threaded hole matched with the threaded rod 21, and the position of the adsorption plate is adjusted through the length of the threaded connection between the rest threaded holes of the threaded rod 21. The upper part of the coating plate 5 is fixedly provided with a connecting block 52, an internal thread matched with the external thread of the lifting rod 4 is arranged in the connecting block 52, and different coating plates 5 can be replaced according to different sizes of the medicine coating parts. The lower end face of the coating plate 5 is provided with a plurality of coating ports 51, and the coating ports 51 are detachably connected with a disposable coating head 7. A material pipe 9 is arranged inside the lifting rod 4, one end of the material pipe 9 is communicated with all the coating ports 51, and the other end of the material pipe 9 is inserted into the injection port of the injector 6.
