本发明涉及医疗注射器具技术领域,具体涉及一种胰岛素注射笔用注射针头、针头摘取器及针头套装。
背景技术
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起。糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍。
目前,大多数严重的糖尿病患者需要采用注射治疗,而注射治疗有时需要每天注射2-3针,医护人员在帮助患者进行胰岛素注射时,需要大量地安装及拆卸针头,针头属于锐器,因此,在日常过程中,医护人员经常出现被针头误伤的情况,鉴于此,申请人研究了一种胰岛素注射笔用注射针头以及针头摘取器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决上述技术问题的不足,提供一种胰岛素注射笔用注射针头、针头摘取器及针头套装。
本发明为解决上述技术问题的不足,所采用的技术方案是:一种胰岛素注射笔用注射针头,包括连接基座以及固定在连接基座上的穿刺针,所述基座的外圆周设置有限位环和限制头。
作为本发明一种胰岛素注射笔用注射针头的进一步优化:所述限位环为连续的环形结构,限位环的横截面为半圆形,限制头设置在限位环上。

一、本发明的胰岛素注射笔用注射针头和摘取器配合使用,一方面,能够在针头不裸露的情况下实现针头与注射笔之间的安装和拆卸。另一方面,在注射结束后,还能够在不接触针头的情况下,实现针头与摘取器之间的分离,将用过的针头置入相应的收集盒内,在整个注射过程中,医护人员的手不会与针头产生任何接触,最大程度上减少了医护人员被针头误伤情况的发生;
二、本发明的胰岛素注射笔用注射针头和摘取器配合使用,可以辅助医护人员进行扎针,在注射前,先将摘取器活动壳的外端部抵在注射部位,然后推动注射笔进行扎针,在这个过程中,摘取器一方面起到了支撑的作用,减小扎针过程中为保持针位置的稳定性而需要的力量,另一方面也能够保持注射针与注射部位之间的垂直关系,实现垂直入针注射,提高注射效果。

实施例1
如图1所示:一种胰岛素注射笔用注射针头,包括连接基座1以及固定在连接基座1上的穿刺针2,连接基座1的外圆周设置有限位环1-1和限制头1-2。具体的结构形式可以为:限位环1-1为连续的环形结构,限位环1-1的横截面为半圆形,限制头1-2设置在限位环1-1上。具体结构形式也可以为:限位环1-1为非连续的环形结构,由多段弧形限位部构成,限位环1-1的横截面为半圆形,限制头1-2设置在相邻两段弧形限位部之间。
实施例2
如图2-8所示:一种胰岛素注射笔用针头摘取器,配合实施例1中注射针头使用,针头摘取器包括固定壳3、活动壳4和复位弹簧5,固定壳3和活动壳4均为一端敞口、一端封闭的圆筒形壳体,活动壳4通过其敞口端罩设在固定壳3的封闭端。固定壳3和活动壳4之间可以沿轴线相对运动,固定壳3的封闭端与活动壳4的封闭端之间设置有复位弹簧5。固定壳3和活动壳4的封闭端的中心处均设置有可供穿刺针2穿过的通孔,初始状态,固定壳3的封闭端和活动壳4的封闭端之间处于最大距离(该距离应该能保证当注射针头置入摘取器内时,针头不会从活动壳4的通孔伸出),随着活动壳4被外力推动,固定壳3的封闭端和活动壳4的封闭端之间的距离逐渐缩小,当外力消失时,在复位弹簧5的作用下,固定壳3和活动壳4回复到初始状态。固定壳3的内壁靠近敞口端的处设置有两条环形卡条3-1,两条环形卡条3-1之间形成环形限位槽,注射针头由固定壳3敞口端伸入固定壳3内部后,注射针头的限位环1-1卡入固定壳3的限位槽内,卡条3-1的材质为弹性橡胶材质,上述卡接结构为现有技术中常用的结构,并非申请人的创新点所在,因此不再进行详述,最终要实现的目的是:通过限位环1-1和卡条3-1的相互配合实现注射针头与针头摘取器的临时固定连接。

本发明胰岛素注射笔用注射针头以及针头摘取器的使用方法为:先将注射针头从针头套取出,然后将注射针头置入摘取器内,通过限位环和卡条的相互配合,使注射针头与摘取器固定在一起,然后将注射针头套装在注射笔的头端,通过旋动摘取器,带动注射针头转动,将其固定在注射笔上,然后给注射部位消毒,用酒精棉球擦拭注射部位,将摘取器的活动壳端部压在注射部位,然后手握注射笔向下压,完成扎针,然后进行注射,注射完毕后,在弹簧的作用下,辅助进行拔针,拔完针后,由于活动壳已经恢复初始状态,此时,注射针的针尖被隐藏,不会误伤医务人员。当需要将注射针头取下时,左手捏紧摘取器的固定壳,右手的大拇指和食指分别向下拨动操控柄,使注射针头与摘取器分离,在这个过程中,医务人员也不与注射针头直接接触,最大程度上减少了医护人员被针头误伤情况的发生。

所述固定壳(3)的侧壁设置有顶出组件(6),顶出组件(6)包括控制环(6-6)以及两个顶出单元,顶出单元包括顶头基壳(6-1)、连接杆(6-2)、顶头(6-3)、活塞(6-4)以及恢复弹簧(6-5),所述顶头基壳(6-1)固定在固定壳(3)的外壁,顶头基壳(6-1)为两端封闭的筒体,且顶头基壳(6-1)的上下端面均设置有通孔,活塞(6-4)设置在顶头基壳(6-1)内,连接杆(6-2)的一端由顶头基壳(6-1)下端通孔伸入顶头基壳(6-1)内并与活塞(6-4)连接,连接杆(6-2)的另一端与顶头(6-3)连接,恢复弹簧(6-5)设置在连接杆(6-2)位于活塞(6-4)和顶头基壳(6-1)之间的杆体上,所述控制环(6-6)套设在固定壳(3)外部,控制环(6-6)对应两个顶出单元处分别设置有顶杆(6-7),顶杆(6-7)由顶头基壳(6-1)上端通孔伸入顶头基壳(6-1)内并与活塞(6-4)连接。
2.一种胰岛素注射笔用针头套装,其特征在于:包括一个权利要求1所述针头摘取器以及多个注射针头。
3.如权利要求2所述胰岛素注射笔用针头套装,其特征在于:还包括一个收纳盒,收纳盒内设置有一个针头摘取器放置腔和多个注射针头放置腔。
