As shown in fig. 1 and 5, a head fixing mechanism 6 is disposed in the headgear 2, one end of the head fixing mechanism 6 is located at the upper section of the headgear 2 and fixedly connected with the inner surface of the headgear 2, the other end extends in a direction approaching to the protective clothing body 1, and the elastic belt 4 is pressed on one end of the head fixing mechanism 6 approaching to the protective clothing body 1. The head of the user is positioned in the head fixing mechanism 6 when in use, so that the stability of the headgear 2 when in use can be improved.
Preferably, an elastic cushion made of flexible material is fixedly connected to the inner surface of the head fixing mechanism 6. The flexible material may be a silicone or sponge, which may enhance the comfort of the user.
As shown in fig. 5, the head fixing mechanism 6 includes an annular belt 61 and an arc belt 62 disposed above the annular belt 61, both ends of the arc belt 62 are fixedly connected with the annular belt 61, the arc belt 62 is provided with a plurality of arc belts, any two arc belts 62 are staggered with each other, and the annular belt 61 and the arc belt 62 are made of elastic materials.
As shown in fig. 5, the head fixing mechanism 6 further includes a supporting belt 63, the supporting belt 63 and the arc-shaped belt 62 are respectively located at two sides of the annular belt 61, and the supporting belt 63 is fixedly connected with the annular belt 61 through a connecting belt 64. The supporting belt 63 can be lined in the headgear 2 to support the external elastic belt 4, so as to avoid discomfort caused by the elastic belt 4 being pressed on the face of the user during use.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the protective clothing body 1 and the headgear 2 each include an outer layer 11, an antiviral layer 12, and an inner layer 13, which are sequentially disposed, the antiviral layer 12 is made of coronavirus resistant fibers, and the coronavirus resistant fibers are made by:
step one: adding polypropylene fiber and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose into a solvent, heating and dissolving to prepare a stock solution, and adding the stock solution into a spinning box;
step two: spraying the stock solution in the spinning box through a spinneret, and solidifying in an aqueous solution of DMAC to obtain composite fibers;
step three: the microcapsule with chloroquine phosphate as capsule core and fiber as capsule wall is coated onto the surface of composite fiber to obtain the fiber product.
The polypropylene fiber loaded with chloroquine phosphate is used as a raw material to prepare the antiviral layer 12, so that the mask body 1 has better coronavirus resistance. Of course, the antiviral layer 12 may alternatively be a meltblown nonwoven fabric as in the prior art.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the protective clothing main body 1 and the headgear 2 are provided with an internal cavity 7, and the protective clothing further comprises a gas exchange system 8 with one end located in the protective clothing main body 1 and the other end extending to be communicated with the headgear 2 and used for promoting the exchange of the gas in the internal cavity 7 with the outside. The air exchange system 8 is arranged in the protective clothing main body 1, so that air exchange between the internal cavity 7 of the protective clothing and the outside can be promoted, and the comfort level of a user can be ensured.
Specifically, the air exchanging system 8 includes at least one air inlet pipe 81 disposed in the protective clothing body 1, one end of the air inlet pipe 81 is provided with an air inlet 82 communicated with the outside, the other end is provided with an air outlet 83 communicated with the internal cavity 7, a fan 84 for promoting air flow in the air inlet pipe 81 is disposed on the air outlet 83, the air exchanging system 8 further includes an air outlet 85 disposed on the headgear 2, and air in the internal cavity 7 flows to the outside through the air outlet 85.
When the air conditioner is in use, the fan 84 is started, the fan 84 drives the air in the air inlet pipeline 81 to circulate, so that the external air flows into the internal cavity 7 through the air inlet 82, the air inlet pipeline 81 and the air outlet 83 in sequence, and the damp and hot air in the internal cavity 7 is discharged to the outside through the air outlet 85, so that the air exchange between the internal cavity 7 and the outside is realized.
Preferably, the gas exchange system 8 further comprises a coolant bag 86 disposed in the protective suit body 1, both ends of the cooling pipe 87 are connected with the coolant bag 86 to form a closed loop, and a micro-pump 88 is disposed on the cooling pipe 87 and is connected with the cooling pipe 87, and the cooling pipe 87 is wound around the outer surface of the air intake pipe 81. As the gas flows through the air intake duct 81, the coolant in the cooling duct 87 exchanges heat with the gas in the air intake duct 81, thereby reducing the temperature in the air intake duct 81 and further reducing the temperature in the internal cavity 7. The micro-pump 88 powers the coolant circulation within the cooling conduit 87, which may be water. Preferably, the coolant bag 86 is suspended outside the protective suit body 1, which facilitates replacement of the coolant bag 86 and ensures a cooling effect.
Preferably, a filtering area 89 filled with a desiccant and a bactericide is also provided in the air intake pipe 81. This ensures that the gas entering the interior cavity 7 is dry and sterile, further ensuring comfort for the user.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides a medical antiviral protective suit having a specific structure substantially the same as that of the medical antiviral protective suit of embodiment 1, except that the specific composition of the transparent material of the observation panel 3 is made, specifically, the transparent material of the observation panel 3 is made of, by mass, 80 parts of PMMA resin, 10 parts of PC resin, 5 parts of MBS resin, 0.1 part of trimesic acid tri-tert-butyramide, 5 parts of acrylic resin and 5 parts of betaine.
Example 3
The present embodiment provides a medical antiviral protective suit having a specific structure substantially the same as that of the medical antiviral protective suit of embodiment 1, except that the specific composition of the transparent material of the observation panel 3 is made, specifically, the transparent material of the observation panel 3 is made of, by mass, 70 parts of PMMA resin, 20 parts of PC resin, 8 parts of MBS resin, 0.3 part of trimesic acid tri-tert-butyramide, 10 parts of acrylic resin and 8 parts of betaine.
Comparative example 1
The present comparative example provides a medical antiviral protective suit having a specific structure substantially the same as that of the medical antiviral protective suit of example 1, except that the transparent material of the observation panel 3 was prepared with a specific composition, specifically, the transparent material of the observation panel 3 was prepared with a composition comprising 70 parts by mass of PMMA resin, 20 parts by mass of PC resin, 8 parts by mass of MBS resin, 0.3 part by mass of trimesic acid tri-t-butyramide and 18 parts by mass of acrylic resin, respectively.
Comparative example 2
The present comparative example provides a medical antiviral protective suit having a specific structure substantially the same as that of the medical antiviral protective suit of example 1, except that the specific composition of the transparent material of the observation panel 3 was made, specifically, the transparent material of the observation panel 3 was made to include 70 parts by mass of PMMA resin, 20 parts by mass of PC resin, 8 parts by mass of MBS resin, 0.3 part by mass of trimesic acid tri-t-butyramide and 18 parts by mass of trimethylammonioethylene.
Application example 1
The transparent material described in example 1 was melt-extruded by an extruder to obtain a panel 1;
the transparent material described in example 2 was melt-extruded by an extruder to obtain a panel 2;
the transparent material described in example 3 was melt-extruded by an extruder to obtain a panel 3;
the transparent material described in comparative example 1 was melt-extruded by an extruder to obtain a panel 4;
the transparent material described in comparative example 2 was melt-extruded by an extruder to obtain a panel 5;
the water absorption and light transmittance of panels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 were measured, respectively, with light transmittance and haze measurement data from a color haze meter CS-700 manufactured by hanzhou color spectrum technology limited, and the results are shown in the following table:
analysis of results: the experimental data show that the transparent material prepared by the invention has better light transmittance and lower haze, and the expected purpose of the invention is achieved.

the head fixing mechanism (6) comprises an annular belt (61) which is connected end to end and an arc belt (62) which is arranged above the annular belt (61), two ends of the arc belt (62) are fixedly connected with the annular belt (61), the arc belt (62) is provided with a plurality of arc belts, any two arc belts (62) are mutually staggered, and the annular belt (61) and the arc belts (62) are made of elastic materials.

the head fixing mechanism (6) further comprises a supporting belt (63), the supporting belt (63) and the arc-shaped belt (62) are respectively located on two sides of the annular belt (61), and the supporting belt (63) is fixedly connected with the annular belt (61) through a connecting belt (64).

step three: the microcapsule with chloroquine phosphate as capsule core and fiber as capsule wall is coated onto the surface of composite fiber to obtain the fiber product.
7. The medical antiviral protective garment of claim 1, wherein:
