Through the configuration in this embodiment, the second spring 830 always pushes the plugging block 820 to move downwards to be attached to the side wall of the baffle 230, so as to plug the opening of the lifting cavity 221, and avoid that tea leaves enter the lifting cavity 221, so that pile fermentation cannot be performed preferably.
In this embodiment, the cover 110 is provided with a first motor 112 for driving the rotating shaft 240 to rotate, and preferably, the rotating shaft 240 rotates.
In this embodiment, a second motor 223 for driving the screw rod 222 to rotate is disposed on the lower side of the mounting block 220, and preferably, the screw rod 222 is rotated.
The embodiment also provides a pile fermentation process based on any one of the black tea pile fermentation ageing machines, which comprises the following steps:
step one, a second motor 223 drives a screw rod 222 to enable a baffle 230 to rotate to the upper part of a cavity 211, and tea leaves are input into the cavity 211 from a feed inlet 101 to carry out pile fermentation treatment of the tea leaves;
step two, after the tea leaves are piled for a period of time in the step one, the first motor 112 drives the rotating shaft 240 to rotate, and the second motor 223 drives the screw rod 222 to rotate so that the baffle 230 is positioned above the mounting block 220 to rotate back and forth, and the tea leaves are turned over; the baffle 230 drives the spraying mechanism to rotate around the second hinge shaft 411 to spray the turned tea leaves in the reciprocating rotation process, so that the humidity of the tea leaves after piling again is ensured;
step three, after the tea leaves are piled in the step two, the second motor 223 drives the screw rod 222 to rotate so that the baffle plate 230 rotates to the position of the fixed plate 224, the tea leaves fall to the bottom of the cavity 211 through the material guide plate 260 to be collected, and the fan 271 works to blow and dry the tea leaves on the material guide plate 260; in the drying process, the baffle 230 rotates to be close to the fixing plate 224, so that the protruding blocks 314 squeeze the sliding blocks 722 to move along the strip-shaped grooves 513 to control the inclination angle of the material guide plate 260, and accordingly the drying time of the dark tea is controlled.

1. A black tea pile fermentation aging machine is characterized in that: comprises a machine shell (100), wherein a cavity (211) with an upward opening is arranged in the machine shell (100), and a cover plate (110) is arranged at the opening of the cavity (211); the tea piling device comprises a cavity (211), wherein a pile fermentation mechanism for piling tea leaves is arranged in the cavity (211), the pile fermentation mechanism comprises a mounting block (220), baffles (230) are symmetrically hinged to two sides of the mounting block (220), lifting cavities (221) with openings on two sides and allowing ends of the corresponding baffles (230) to extend in are arranged in the mounting block (220), first hinge holes are formed in the side walls of the cavity (211) on two sides of the mounting block (220), first hinge shafts (311) extending into the corresponding first hinge holes are arranged on the baffles (230), clamping grooves (312) are formed in the ends, extending into the lifting cavities (221), of the baffles (230), and fixing rods (313) are arranged in the clamping grooves (312); a lifting plate (320) positioned between the clamping grooves (312) is arranged in the lifting cavity (221), a sliding groove (321) for a corresponding fixing rod (313) to pass through is arranged in the lifting plate (320), and a screw rod (222) which can rotate and is arranged in the lifting cavity (221) in a way that threads pass through the lifting plate (320); a rotatable rotating shaft (240) is uniformly distributed between the upper side surface of the mounting block (220) and the cover plate (110), a spiral blade (241) is arranged on the rotating shaft (240), a feed inlet (101) positioned above the pile fermentation mechanism is arranged on the side surface of the machine shell (100), and an openable side door (102) is arranged on the side surface of the machine shell (100) positioned below;
the two sides of the mounting block (220) and the lower end are symmetrically provided with fixing plates (224), a material guiding plate (260) is arranged in the cavity (211) and below the fixing plates (224), and an airing mechanism for airing tea leaves on the material guiding plate (260) is arranged on the fixing plates (224); the airing mechanism comprises a fan mounting plate (270) which is arranged in parallel with the corresponding guide plate (260), a through groove (621) is formed in the fan mounting plate (270), and a fan (271) positioned at the through groove (621) is arranged on the fan mounting plate (270);

the cover plate (110) is provided with a first motor (112) for driving the rotating shaft (240) to rotate, and the lower side surface of the mounting block (220) is provided with a second motor (223) for driving the screw rod (222) to rotate.
