In this embodiment, the first rotating assembly 22 includes a first rotating rod 222 and a second rotating rod 224 that are rotatably connected to each other, specifically, the number of the first rotating rods 222 is two, two first rotating rods 222 are sleeved at two ends of the second rotating rod 224, and a central axis of the first rotating rod 222 coincides with a central axis of the second rotating rod 224, so that the first rotating rod 222 and the second rotating rod 224 can rotate relative to each other by taking the central axis as a rotating axis. The first rotating lever 222 is connected to the third hinge link 206 and the second rotating lever 224 is connected to the first hinge joint 202 so that the first hinge joint 202 is rotatably connected to the third hinge link 206.
First rotating rod 222 is movably coupled to linkage 400 such that first hinge knuckle 202 may be movably coupled to linkage 400. Further, first rotation rod 222 is slidably coupled to third hinge link 206 such that first hinge joint 202 is slidable relative to third hinge link 206.
In this embodiment, the second rotating assembly 24 includes the third rotating rod 242 and the fourth rotating rod 244 that are rotatably connected to each other, specifically, the number of the fourth rotating rod 244 is two, the two ends of the third rotating rod 242 are sleeved with the two fourth rotating rods 244, and the central axis of the third rotating rod 242 coincides with the central axis of the fourth rotating rod 244, so that the third rotating rod 242 and the fourth rotating rod 244 can rotate relatively with respect to each other as the rotating axis. The third rotating lever 242 is connected to the third hinge link 206 and the fourth rotating lever 244 is connected to the second hinge joint 204 such that the second hinge joint 204 is rotatably connected to the third hinge link 206.
The third rotating rod 242 is movably connected to the linkage 400, and the second hinge joint 204 is rotatably connected to the third rotating rod 242 via the fourth rotating rod 244, so that the second hinge joint 204 is rotatably connected to the third hinge joint 206. Further, the third rotating rod 242 is slidably connected to the third hinge link 206, and the second hinge joint 204 is rotatably connected to the third rotating rod 242 via the fourth rotating rod 244, so that the second hinge joint 204 is rotatably connected to the third hinge link 206 and can slide relative to the third hinge link 206.
In this embodiment, the first rotating rod 222 and the third rotating rod 242 are slidably connected to the third hinge link 206, and the first rotating rod 222 and the third rotating rod 242 are slidable in opposite directions on the third hinge link 206 via the linkage 400. Specifically, when the first hinge joint 202 moves in a direction close to the third hinge link 206, the first rotating rod 222 slides on the third hinge link 206 toward the third rotating rod 242, and under the action of the linkage mechanism 400, the third rotating rod 242 slides on the third hinge link 206 toward the first rotating rod 222, and further, the third rotating rod 242 indirectly drives the second hinge joint 204 to move in a direction close to the third hinge link 206. When the first hinge joint 202 moves away from the hinge joint, the first rotating rod 222 slides on the third hinge link 206 away from the third rotating rod 242, under the action of the linkage mechanism 400, the third rotating rod 242 slides on the third hinge link 206 away from the first rotating rod 222, and further, the third rotating rod 242 indirectly drives the second hinge joint 204 to move away from the third hinge link 206. In this embodiment, the linkage 400 can not only synchronously rotate the first hinge joint 202 and the second hinge joint 204 relative to the third hinge link 206, but also synchronously slide the first hinge joint 202 and the second hinge joint 204 relative to the third hinge link 206. In one embodiment, the sliding connection between the first rotating rod 222 and the third hinge link 206 and the sliding connection between the third rotating rod 242 and the third hinge link 206 are realized by a manner of matching a sliding block with a guide rail, when the guide rail is a linear guide rail, the sliding paths of the first rotating rod 222 and the third rotating rod 242 are linear, so it can be understood that the first hinge joint 202 can slide on the third hinge link 206, the second hinge joint 204 can slide on the third hinge link 206, and the first hinge joint 202 and the second hinge joint 204 can synchronously and reversely slide on the third hinge link 206.
Referring also to fig. 4-10, fig. 10 is a perspective view of the third hinge link 206. In this embodiment, first rotating assembly 22 and second rotating assembly 24 are also each engaged with third hinge link 206. Specifically, the second rotating rod 224 is provided with a first linking gear 502a, the third hinge link 206 is provided with a first linking rack 502b corresponding to the first linking gear 502a, and when the second rotating rod 224 rotates, the first linking gear 502a is engaged with the first linking rack 502b, so that the first rotating rod 222 slides on the third hinge link 206. The fourth rotating lever 244 is provided with a third coupling gear 506a, and the third hinge link 206 is provided with a third coupling rack 506b corresponding to the third coupling gear 506a, and when the fourth rotating lever 244 rotates, the third coupling gear 506a is engaged with the third coupling rack 506b, so that the third rotating lever 242 slides on the third hinge link 206. When the second rotating lever 224 rotates, the first linking gear 502a is engaged with the first linking rack 502b, the first rotating lever 222 and the third rotating lever 242 slide reversely on the third hinge link 206, the third linking gear 506a is engaged with the third linking rack 506b, and the fourth rotating lever 244 rotates.
Specifically, the first linking gear 502a is a gear having the rotating shaft of the second rotating rod 224 as a central axis, that is, the rotating shaft of the first linking gear 502a coincides with the rotating shaft of the second rotating rod 224, and the first linking rack 502b is a linear rack; the third coupling gear 506a is a gear having the rotation axis of the fourth rotation lever 244 as a central axis, that is, the rotation axis of the third coupling gear 506a coincides with the rotation axis of the fourth rotation lever 244, and the third coupling rack 506b is a linear rack.
The process of the hinge device 200 from the unfolded state to the folded state is as follows:
when an external force for rotating the first hinge joint 202 relative to the third hinge link 206 is applied to the first hinge joint 202, the second rotating rod 224 rotates, the first linking gear 502a is engaged with the first linking rack 502b, and due to the sliding connection relationship between the first rotating rod 222 and the third hinge link 206, while the first linking gear 502a rolls on the first linking rack 502b, the second rotating rod 224 drives the first rotating rod 222 to slide on the third hinge link 206 in a direction close to the third hinge link 206, further, the first rotating rod 222 and the third rotating rod 242 are movably connected through the linking mechanism 400, the linking mechanism 400 makes the movement direction of the third rotating rod 242 opposite to and synchronous with the movement direction of the first rotating rod 222, specifically, in combination with the sliding connection relationship between the third rotating rod 242 and the third hinge link 206, the first rotating rod 222 slides on the third hinge link 206 in a direction close to the third hinge link 206, through the action of the linkage mechanism 400, the third rotating rod 242 slides on the third hinge link 206 in the direction close to the third hinge link 206, and further, the third rotating rod 242 drives the fourth rotating rod 244 to slide on the third hinge link 206 in the direction close to the third hinge link 206, at this time, the third gear 506a is meshed with the third driving rack 506b, the third gear 506a rolls on the third driving rack 506b, so that the fourth rotating rod 244 rotates, and the second hinge joint 204 rotates along with the fourth rotating rod 244 relative to the third hinge link 206. The process of the hinge device 200 from the folded state to the unfolded state is reverse to the above process.
In this embodiment, the engagement of first linked gear 502a with first linked rack 502b translates the rotational portion of first link 202 relative to third link 206 into sliding movement of first link 202 on third link 206, and the engagement of third linked rack 506b with third linked gear 506a translates the sliding portion of second link 204 relative to third link 206 into rotating movement of second link 204 on third link 206. Further, the first hinge knuckle 202 and the second hinge knuckle 204 can slide and rotate synchronously and reversely by the action of the linkage mechanism 400.
In one embodiment, the first linking gear 502a is a quarter-circle gear and correspondingly the first linking rack 502b is a quarter-circle rack, so that the first hinge knuckle 202 can rotate within 90 degrees without using too much space for the first linking gear 502a and the first linking rack 502 b. Similarly, the third gear 506a is a quarter-circle gear, and correspondingly, the third gear rack 506b is a quarter-circle rack, so that the second hinge joint 204 can rotate within a range of 90 degrees, and the third gear 506a and the third gear rack 506b do not occupy too much space.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 6 and fig. 11 together, fig. 11 is a perspective view of the first hinge knuckle 202. In this embodiment, the second rotating lever 224 is slidably connected to the first hinge joint 202. Specifically, the second rotating lever 224 is provided with a protruding portion 2240, one side of the protruding portion is provided with a sliding block 2242, correspondingly, the first hinge joint 202 is provided with a sliding guide groove 2246, and the sliding block 2242 slides on the sliding guide groove 2246, so that the second rotating lever 224 is slidably connected with the first hinge joint 202. Further, since the slide guide groove 2246 is a guide groove extending along a straight line and the slide locus of the protruding portion 2240 and the slide block 2242 is a straight line, it can be understood that the second rotating lever 224 can slide on the first hinge joint 202.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the first hinge section 202 is covered with a fixing plate 702, the fixing plate 702 is fixed to the first hinge section 202 by a fastening member such as a screw, and the fixing plate 702 covers the slide guide groove 2246, and the protruding portion 2240 is accommodated in an accommodating space formed by the slide guide groove 2246 and the fixing plate 702, so that the protruding portion 2240 has only a degree of freedom to slide along the slide guide groove 2246.
In this embodiment, the first rotating rod 222 is provided with a second linkage gear 504a, and the first hinge joint 202 is provided with a second linkage rack 504b corresponding to the second linkage gear 504 a. Specifically, the second linkage gear 504a is a gear having the rotation axis of the first rotation lever 222 as the central axis, that is, the rotation axis of the second linkage gear 504a is overlapped with the rotation axis of the first rotation lever 222, and the second linkage rack 504b is a linear rack.
On the one hand, when the second rotating lever 224 slides on the first hinge link 202, the second coupling gear 504a engages with the second coupling rack 504b, and the first hinge link 202 rotates with respect to the first rotating lever 222. Specifically, when the external force pushes the first hinge joint 202 to approach the third hinge joint 206, the second linkage gear 504a is engaged with the second linkage rack 504b, the second linkage gear 504a rolls on the second linkage rack 504b, and the sliding motion portion of the first hinge joint 202 is converted into the rotation of the first hinge joint 202, so that the rotation of the first hinge joint 202 relative to the third hinge joint 206 is realized.
On the other hand, when the first hinge joint 202 rotates relative to the first rotation lever 222, the second coupling gear 504a engages with the second coupling rack 504b, and the second rotation lever 224 slides on the first hinge joint 202. Specifically, when the external force pushes the first hinge joint 202 to rotate relative to the third hinge joint 206, the second linkage gear 504a is engaged with the second linkage rack 504b, the second linkage gear 504a rolls on the second linkage rack 504b, and the rotating motion part of the first hinge joint 202 is converted into the sliding motion of the first hinge joint 202, so that the sliding motion of the first hinge joint 202 relative to the third hinge joint 206 is realized.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 6 and fig. 12 together, fig. 12 is a perspective view of the second hinge knuckle 204. In this embodiment, the fourth rotating rod 244 is slidably connected to the second hinge joint 204. Specifically, the fourth rotating lever 244 is provided with a protruding portion 2440, one side of the protruding portion is provided with a sliding block 2442, and correspondingly, the second hinge joint 204 is provided with a sliding guide groove 2446, and the sliding block 2442 slides on the sliding guide groove 2446, so that the fourth rotating lever 244 is slidably connected with the second hinge joint 204. Further, since the sliding guide groove 2446 is a guide groove extending along a straight line and the sliding tracks of the protruding portion 2440 and the sliding block 2442 are straight lines, it can be understood that the fourth rotating lever 244 can slide on the first hinge knuckle 202.

On the other hand, when the second hinge joint 204 rotates relative to the third rotating lever 242, the fourth linkage gear 508a engages with the fourth linkage rack 508b, and the fourth rotating lever 244 slides on the second hinge joint 204. Specifically, when the external force pushes the second hinge joint 204 to rotate relative to the third hinge joint 206, the fourth linkage gear 508a is engaged with the fourth linkage rack 508b, the fourth linkage gear 508a rolls on the fourth linkage rack 508b, and the rotating motion part of the second hinge joint 204 is converted into the sliding motion of the second hinge joint 204, so that the sliding motion of the second hinge joint 204 relative to the third hinge joint 206 is realized.

The process of the hinge device 200 from the folded state to the unfolded state is reverse to the above process.
In this embodiment, the engagement of the second linkage gear 504a with the second linkage rack 504b interconverts the rotation and sliding of the first hinge joint 202 with respect to the third hinge link 206, and the engagement of the fourth linkage gear 508a with the fourth linkage rack 508b interconverts the rotation and sliding of the second hinge joint 204 with respect to the third hinge link 206, so that the rotation and sliding movements of the first hinge joint 202 and the second hinge joint 204 are combined and occur simultaneously. Further, the first hinge knuckle 202 and the second hinge knuckle 204 can slide and rotate synchronously and reversely by the action of the linkage mechanism 400.
In one embodiment, the second linkage gear 504a is a quarter-circle gear and correspondingly the second linkage rack 504b is a quarter-circle rack, such that the first hinge knuckle 202 can rotate within a 90 degree range without the second linkage gear 504a and the second linkage rack 504b taking up too much space. Similarly, the fourth linkage gear 508a is a quarter-circle gear, and correspondingly, the fourth linkage rack 508b is a quarter-circle rack, so that the second hinge joint 204 can rotate within a range of 90 degrees, and the fourth linkage gear 508a and the fourth linkage rack 508b do not occupy too much space.
