As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention relates to a magnet installation auxiliary device for a bluetooth headset, which comprises a base 1, a fixed seat 2, a left and right positioning structure 3 and a standard magnet 5, wherein the fixed seat 2, the left and right positioning structure 3 and the standard magnet 5 are all arranged on the base 1, a positioning groove 21 for accommodating the tail end of a headset lower cover 100 is formed in the upper part of the fixed seat 2, the left and right positioning structure 3 is arranged on the upper part of the fixed seat 2, the position of the left and right positioning structure relative to the fixed seat 2 can be adjusted so as to be used for propping the tail end of the headset lower cover 100 against the groove wall of the positioning groove 21, and the standard magnet 5 is arranged on the lower part of the fixed seat 2 and corresponds to the headset lower cover 100 placed in the positioning groove 21.
In the present invention, the positioning groove 21 is provided at the upper part of the fixed seat 2, and the tail end of the earphone lower cover 100 is abutted against the groove wall of the positioning groove 21 by the left and right positioning structures 3, so as to realize positioning of earphone lower covers 100 of various types, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the customized jig, saving the occupation of the stock space, and it is required that the head end of the earphone lower cover 100 is one end embedded into the ear of the user, the tail end of the earphone lower cover 100 is one end extending out of the ear of the user, and meanwhile, the standard magnet 5 corresponding to the positioning groove 21 is provided at the lower part of the fixed seat 2, so as to prevent the situation of reverse polarity installation when the magnet is installed in the earphone lower cover 100, and ensure the smooth assembly of the bluetooth earphone.
In this embodiment, a plurality of positioning grooves 21 are uniformly formed on the upper portion of the fixing seat 2 and along one side of the length direction, an adjusting groove 22 is formed on the upper portion of the fixing seat 2 along the length direction, the adjusting groove 22 is communicated with the positioning groove 21, the left and right positioning structures 3 comprise an adjusting block 31 and a clamping block 32, the adjusting block 31 is arranged in the adjusting groove 22, the adjusting block 31 can move along the length direction of the adjusting groove 22, a plurality of clamping blocks 32 are fixed on the side surface of the adjusting block 31 along the length direction, the clamping blocks 32 and the adjusting block 31 are integrally formed, a plurality of clamping blocks 32 are in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of positioning grooves 21, and the clamping blocks 32 extend into the positioning grooves 21 so as to be used for propping the tail end of the earphone lower cover 100 against the side wall of the positioning groove 21 through the clamping blocks 32.
After the earphone lower cover 100 is placed in the positioning groove 21, the adjusting block 31 moves along the adjusting groove 22 to drive the clamping block 32 to press the earphone lower cover 100 against the side wall of the positioning groove 21, so that left and right limiting of the earphone lower cover 100 is realized, the left and right positioning structure 3 can adapt to positioning of the earphone lower covers 100 with various model sizes, applicability is high, and meanwhile, the positioning groove 21 is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves, so that a plurality of earphone lower covers 100 can be positioned at the same time, and magnet mounting efficiency of the earphone lower cover 100 is greatly improved.
Preferably, the upper portion of the adjusting block 31 is provided with a plurality of adjusting holes 7 penetrating through the upper side and the lower side of the adjusting block along the length direction, the adjusting holes 7 extend along the length direction of the adjusting block 31, the adjusting block 31 can penetrate through the adjusting holes 7 through adjusting screws and is screwed on the base 1, fixing of the adjusting block 31 is achieved, and after the adjusting screws are screwed out of the base 1, adjustment of the position of the adjusting block 31 can be achieved.
The adjusting hole 7 is formed in the upper portion of the adjusting block 31 along the length direction of the adjusting block, and the adjusting block 31 is fixed with the base 1 through an adjusting screw, so that the adjusting block 31 can move and be fixed on the base 1, and the clamping block 32 can be conveniently driven to tightly abut against and loosen the earphone lower cover 100.
Further, the upper parts of the adjusting block 31 and the clamping block 32 are flush with the upper plane of the fixing base 2, so that the connection between the left and right positioning structures 3 and the fixing blocks is more stable and is not easily interfered by foreign objects.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the positioning groove 21 is away from the end of the adjusting groove 22 and is recessed downward to form a yielding gap 23 for avoiding the lower end of the head end of the earphone lower cover 100, that is, after the tail end of the earphone lower cover 100 is abutted against the positioning groove 21 by the clamping block 32, the lower end of the head end of the earphone lower cover 100 extends into the yielding gap 23, so that the tail end of the earphone lower cover 100 can be attached to the bottom of the positioning groove 21, and the earphone lower cover 100 is more stably limited in the positioning groove 21.
Preferably, an avoidance gap 24 is formed at one end of a side wall of the positioning groove 21, which is far away from the adjusting groove 22, so as to avoid the side of the head end of the earphone lower cover 100, and avoid the abutment between the side of the head end of the earphone lower cover 100 and the side wall of the positioning groove 21, which affects the normal limit of the earphone lower cover 100.
In this embodiment, the lower portion of the fixing base 2 is provided with a receiving slot 25 penetrating through two sides along the length direction, the upper portion of the base 1 is located in the receiving slot 25, a moving bar 6 is connected to the receiving slot 25, two ends of the moving bar 6 correspondingly extend to two ends of the receiving slot 25, the position of the moving bar 6 relative to the fixing base 2 can be adjusted along the width direction of the fixing base 2, a plurality of standard magnets 5 are uniformly arranged on the upper portion of the moving bar 6 along the length direction, and a plurality of standard magnets 5 are in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of positioning slots 21.
The moving strip 6 can be adjusted along the width direction of the fixed seat 2 relative to the position of the fixed seat 2, so that the position of the moving strip 6 can be correspondingly adjusted according to the positions of the magnets mounted on the earphone lower covers 100 of different models, the magnets in the earphone lower covers 100 of various models can be adaptively inspected, and the situation that polarity mounting is reversed when the magnets are mounted in the earphone lower covers 100 is avoided.
Preferably, the lower part of the base 1 is provided with an adjusting hole 7 corresponding to the accommodating groove 25, which is penetrated to the upper part, and the adjusting hole 7 extends along the width direction of the fixing seat 2, and the lower part of the base 1 is penetrated into the accommodating groove 25 by the adjusting screw and screwed into the moving bar 6, so as to realize the connection between the moving bar 6 and the base 1, and realize the adjustment and fixation of the position of the moving bar 6, thereby facilitating the adjustment and fixation of the position of the moving bar 6.

In this embodiment, the fixing base 2 is fixed on the base 1 by a fixing screw, the adjusting block 31 is connected on the fixing base 2 by an adjusting screw, the supporting block 41 is connected on the base 1 by an adjusting screw, and the moving bar 6 is connected on the base 1 by an adjusting screw, that is, each component of the bluetooth headset magnet installation auxiliary device is detachable and stored separately, which is beneficial to facilitate storage and use of the bluetooth headset magnet installation auxiliary device.
In this embodiment, the adjusting holes 7 are countersunk holes, so that the adjusting screws can extend into the adjusting holes 7, avoiding leakage of the adjusting screws and interfering with installation of the magnets of the earphone lower cover 100.
In summary, compared with the prior art, in the auxiliary device for mounting the magnet of the bluetooth headset according to the present invention, the positioning slot 21 is formed on the fixing seat 2, and the left and right positioning structures 3 and the upper and lower positioning structures 4 are combined to position the lower cover 100 of the headset, so that the stability of the position of the lower cover 100 of the headset is ensured, and meanwhile, the auxiliary device for mounting the magnet of the bluetooth headset can be adapted to positioning the lower covers 100 of various types of headsets, and the applicability of the auxiliary device for mounting the magnet of the bluetooth headset is improved. In addition, the standard magnet 5 is arranged on the moving strip 6, and the moving strip 6 can adjust the position along the width direction of the fixing seat 2, so that the standard magnet 5 can correspond to the magnet positions in the earphone lower cover 100 of various models, and the correct installation of the magnet polarity is ensured.
