Background
A Conditional Access Module (CAM) of digital television is a solution proposed for the multi-encryption technology, and the whole process of decryption and descrambling can be completed by using the CAM, thereby realizing the separation of the set and the card in the true sense. The digital television condition receiving module is mainly used for receiving the transmission stream data processed by the digital television host, judging whether the current user belongs to a paid legal user according to the content of the transmission stream data and the information carried by the module, if so, filtering out the encrypted scrambling information in the transmission stream, sending the encrypted scrambling information back to the digital television host for decoding, and if not, returning the transmission stream without any processing and directly returning the transmission stream.
Because of the limited resources of CAM cards, direct access to the Internet network has been lacking. At present, 2 network access modes are available, one mode is to access the network through host transfer, the dependence degree of the mode on the host is higher, firstly, the host is required to access the Internet, secondly, the data communication between the CAM and the host needs to have enough bandwidth, the communication is smooth, the actual situation is that the realization of the module by the hosts of different brands is different, the compatibility problem is easily introduced, and the practical value is not high. The other is that the CAM is a Wi-Fi module, the Internet is accessed through a Wi-Fi network, and due to the fact that Wi-Fi has the characteristic of small coverage area, the scheme requires that Wi-Fi signals exist in the using environment, and limitation exists.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, a conditional access module is provided, which includes an eSIM module 1, a cellular network module 2, a DRM (Digital Right Management) module 3, an IP network data parsing module 4, a decoding module 5, a transforming module 6, a broadcast data parsing module 7, a descrambling module 8, and a USB module 9. The eSIM module 1 is configured to store identity information of the condition acceptance module, where the identity information is used for the broadcast television network server to perform identity authentication on the condition acceptance module. Note that the eSIM is an Embedded-SIM, Embedded SIM card. esims are devices that embed a traditional SIM card directly onto the device chip rather than adding it as a separate removable component to the device, and the user does not need to plug in a physical SIM card.
The cellular network module 2 is configured to perform wireless communication with a broadcast network server through a mobile network of a communications operator, perform authentication with the broadcast network server using the identity information in the eSIM module 1, and establish a dedicated channel. The cellular network module 2 can support a 5G communication network and a 4G communication network, so that the multimedia program information can be directly connected to a broadcast network server to obtain without using a local wired network or a WiFi network.
The DRM module 3 is configured to perform digital rights authentication on the multimedia content provided by the broadcast television network server, and acquire a right to access the multimedia content. It should be noted that, after the conditional access module establishes a communication connection with the broadcast television network server through the cellular network module 2, if a multimedia content with a digital right needs to be acquired, the DRM module 3 needs to perform digital right authentication with the broadcast television network server, and the corresponding multimedia content can be acquired only after the authentication is passed.
The IP network data analyzing module 4 is configured to analyze the network data acquired by the cellular network module 2 from the broadcast network server. It should be noted that the network data acquired by the cellular network module 2 from the broadcast network server is an IP data packet under a network communication protocol, and the IP network data parsing module 4 parses the IP data packet to obtain multimedia data in an audio multimedia format, such as MPEG-2 data.
The decoding module 5 is configured to decode the multimedia data analyzed by the IP network data analyzing module 4, and output the decoded data to the television through the USB module 9. It should be noted that the signal transmission between the conditional access module and the television has two modes, namely a video output mode and a Common Interface (CI) mode, and in the video output mode, the multimedia data output by the IP network data parsing module 4 is decoded in the decoding module 5 and then directly transmitted to the television for playing. In the CI mode, multimedia data in MPEG-2 format supported by the television is transmitted to the television, and the decoding module 5 does not need to decode, and the multimedia data in MPEG-2 format is directly transmitted to the television through the USB module 9.
The capacity conversion module 6 is configured to convert the multimedia data analyzed by the IP network data analysis module 4 into a multimedia format that can be processed by the decoding module 5 or the television. In the video output mode, the capacity conversion module 6 converts the multimedia data analyzed by the IP network data analysis module 4 into a multimedia format that can be processed by the decoding module 5. In the CI mode, the capacity conversion module 6 converts the multimedia data analyzed by the IP network data analysis module 4 into an MPEG-2 format that can be processed by the television.
And the broadcast data analysis module 7 is used for analyzing the digital television broadcast signals. The broadcast data parsing module includes a tuner and a demodulator. The tuner is used for receiving digital television broadcasting signals. The demodulator is used for demodulating the received digital television broadcasting signals into TS streams. It should be noted that in some national or regional policies, not only the conditional access module is required to be able to process IP network data, but also the conditional access module is required to be able to process digital television broadcast signals. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the broadcast data parsing module 7 is used for parsing a digital television broadcast signal.
And the descrambling module 8 is used for descrambling the data analyzed by the broadcast data analyzing module 7 and then sending the descrambled data to a television for playing through the USB module 9.
And the USB module 9 is used for getting power from the television and sending the multimedia data obtained by the condition receiving module to the television for playing. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the USB module 9 adopts a USB4.0 interface. The condition receiving module is connected with the television through the USB module 9, and power is taken from the television through the USB module 9. Meanwhile, a USB interface of the television is detected, a signal receiving mode of the television is judged, support for an audio and video output mode is added on the basis of compatibility with a CI mode, and automatic selection of the mode is realized through bottom layer driving.
In summary, the conditional access module and the conditional access system of the invention provide a direct network access path for CAM through eSIM and cellular network, and can provide large bandwidth data communication, making up the deficiency of the existing standard in network access; the problem of high peak current in the starting process of a cellular network module is solved by supporting a high-power USB4.0 interface; the signal receiving mode of the television is judged by detecting the USB interface of the television, the support for the audio and video output mode is added on the basis of being compatible with the CI mode, and the mode is automatically selected by the bottom layer drive.
