Abstract

The gid is an enterprise wechat personal account number for the wechat user, which includes all enterprises of the user, and a user usually has only one gid.

The enterprise mailbox sends an acquisition request for acquiring information such as an enterprise WeChat personal account, an enterprise ID and an enterprise WeChat member account to the enterprise WeChat server, the enterprise WeChat server sends information such as the enterprise WeChat personal account, the enterprise ID and the enterprise WeChat member account to the enterprise mailbox server after receiving the acquisition request from the enterprise mailbox, and the enterprise mailbox server receives the information such as the enterprise WeChat personal account, the enterprise ID and the enterprise WeChat member account and then sends the information such as the enterprise WeChat personal account, the enterprise ID and the enterprise WeChat member account to the enterprise mailbox. After the enterprise mailbox acquires the information such as the enterprise wechat personal account, the enterprise ID, the enterprise wechat member account and the like, the enterprise information can be acquired from the enterprise mailbox server according to the enterprise ID, the enterprise wechat member account of the user can be acquired from the enterprise wechat server according to the enterprise wechat member account, and the user can successfully log in the enterprise mailbox.
In one embodiment, after the enterprise mailbox is associated with the enterprise of the enterprise WeChat, the administrator can close the switch of the 'enterprise WeChat enabled' at the enterprise WeChat management end to close the enterprise, the enterprise WeChat background can mark the enterprise in a 'non-login' state, the member is prohibited from logging in the enterprise at the enterprise WeChat side, but the member can still log in the mailbox of the enterprise, and the organizational structure information of the enterprise can be continuously pulled from the enterprise WeChat background. When a user logs in from the enterprise mailbox side, the enterprise mailbox server acquires all enterprises, including enterprises bound with enterprise WeChats and enterprises not bound with enterprise WeChats, wherein the enterprises bound with enterprise WeChats include enterprises marked with 'bound enterprise mailboxes' marks and enterprises of which the types are 'from enterprise mailboxes'. The enterprise in the enterprise list displayed on the page when the enterprise mailbox is logged in may be an enterprise which is not bound with the enterprise WeChat and is obtained from the enterprise mailbox server, an enterprise which is obtained from the enterprise WeChat server and is marked with a 'bound enterprise mailbox' mark, or an enterprise which is obtained from the enterprise WeChat server and is of a 'from enterprise mailbox' type. When the user selects the enterprise with the enterprise WeChat bound to log in, the organizational structure information of the enterprise can be shared in the enterprise mailbox.
When a user logs in from an enterprise WeChat side, the enterprise WeChat server acquires all enterprises, including enterprises related to enterprise mailboxes and enterprises unrelated to enterprise mailboxes, wherein the enterprises related to the enterprise mailboxes include enterprises with a ' binding enterprise mailbox ' mark or the type of the enterprise mailbox from the enterprise mailbox '. sending an acquisition request for acquiring organization architecture information of an enterprise corresponding to the enterprise identifier to a first server, wherein the acquisition request carries the enterprise identifier and first user information;
organizational structure information of an enterprise is received from a first server.

under the condition that the first server does not comprise the enterprise identification, sending a first information acquisition request for acquiring user information to a second server, wherein the first information acquisition request carries the first user information, and the second server is a server corresponding to a second instant messaging application;
receiving second user information from the second server, wherein the second user information is user information corresponding to the first user information;
sending a second information acquisition request for acquiring an enterprise identifier to the second server, wherein the second information acquisition request carries the second user information;
receiving an enterprise identifier from the second server, wherein the enterprise identifier is an enterprise identifier of the second user information in the second instant messaging application;
receiving a login request carrying the first user information;
sending a third information acquisition request for acquiring organization architecture information of an enterprise corresponding to the enterprise identifier to the second server under the condition that the enterprise identifier is acquired from the second server, wherein the third information acquisition request carries the enterprise identifier and the first user information, and the first user information is used for the second server to acquire second user information corresponding to the first user information;

2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the account corresponding to the first user information is determined as a registered account, the method further comprises:
sending confirmation information for confirming whether an account corresponding to the first user information is registered or not;
and receiving an instruction for registering the account corresponding to the first user information aiming at the confirmation information, and executing to acquire an enterprise identifier of the user corresponding to the first user information in the instant messaging application corresponding to the application identifier.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining of the enterprise identifier of the user corresponding to the first user information in the instant messaging application corresponding to the application identifier comprises:
under the condition that the first server comprises the enterprise identifier, sending an information acquisition request for acquiring the enterprise identifier to the first server, wherein the information acquisition request carries the first user information;
and receiving an enterprise identifier from the first server, wherein the enterprise identifier is an enterprise identifier in the first instant messaging application.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein obtaining organizational structure information of the enterprise corresponding to the enterprise identifier comprises:
