Description

Telemetry data analysis method and device for transformer substation
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of data analysis, in particular to a method and a device for analyzing telemetering data of a transformer substation.
Background
In the design and construction of the transformer substation, the transformer substation is formed by combining parts such as an incoming line, a main transformer high voltage, a main transformer low voltage, a main transformer, a low voltage outgoing line and the like, wherein each part is called a transformer substation interval. The substation bay is a part of a substation, and comprises ultrahigh (or high) voltage switchgear, connections between power lines, power transformers and the like and a substation bus system, and protection, control, measurement and control devices for the power lines, the power transformers and the like.
Telemetering Data such as current, voltage, power And the like of each transformer substation interval are real-time Data detected by a measuring And controlling device of the transformer substation interval through a sensor, And are acquired from the measuring And controlling device of each transformer substation interval through a telecontrol device of the transformer substation And then are sent to a power dispatching automation System (SCADA). Therefore, a power system dispatcher can monitor the whole network in real time through the telemetering data, and meanwhile, a voltage reactive power control system (Advanced Video Coding, AVC) can also adjust a transformer substation of the whole network by referring to the telemetering data, so that the power grid can be ensured to operate at a safe and stable level.
Due to the fact that the capacity of telemetering data sent by the telecontrol device at the same time interval is limited, a certain mechanism is often set to ensure that important telemetering data are sent preferentially, however, some measuring and controlling devices at intervals of the transformer substations have the conditions of slow acquisition and many faults, so that the telemetering data cannot be sent in time, a power system dispatcher cannot timely know the real-time operation conditions of the intervals of the transformer substations from the SCADA, telemetering of 10kV bus voltage and the like can be involved, the reference data of AVC cannot be refreshed in time, and blind regulation to a certain degree easily exists.
Corresponding measures can be taken only when a power system dispatcher finds that telemetering data of a certain transformer substation interval is unchanged from an alarm window or a primary wiring diagram, for example, a transformer substation operator is called manually or is informed to check a telecontrol device and a measuring and controlling device of a certain transformer substation interval, the mode of manual checking or alarming is relatively lagged and low in efficiency, and a large amount of manpower and overhaul and maintenance cost are consumed.
In the prior art, chinese patent application with publication number CN107153915A, publication number 2017.09.12, provides an automatic detection method and system for unchanged telemetering data of a substation, and by detecting and comparing telemetering data generated before and after the same substation, the substation with unqualified telemetering data can be found in time to alarm. However, in the technical scheme, data analysis is performed by taking the transformer substation as a unit, and the alarm accuracy is low due to insufficient refinement.

Detailed Description
The drawings are for illustrative purposes only and are not to be construed as limiting the patent;
the technical solution of the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a telemetry data analysis method for a substation, including the following steps:
s1: and acquiring a message document of the transformer substation received in the previous day, and acquiring telemetering data corresponding to the type identifier according to the type identifier of each frame of message of the message document.
In the embodiment of the invention, a database with huge capacity can be stored in the history server of the SCADA, historical message documents can be stored in the database for a long time, the message documents comprise multi-frame messages, each frame of message records the full data (namely, the running state data) of the transformer substation, the data comprises remote control, remote measurement, remote signaling and the like, and the remote measurement data comprises each numerical value refreshing time and the corresponding numerical value of the remote measurement information. Therefore, in step S1, the message document of the substation received in the previous day may be specifically retrieved from the database for offline analysis.
S2: when reading each frame of message, finding a message with the change of the next frame of telemetering data corresponding to the telemetering object point number according to the telemetering object point number in the frame of message, calculating the time interval of two frames of messages as the telemetering change time of the transformer substation interval corresponding to the telemetering object point number, counting the telemetering change time into the accumulated total telemetering change time of the transformer substation interval, adding one to the telemetering change times of the transformer substation interval, continuously reading the next frame of message, and repeatedly executing the step until all messages of the transformer substation are traversed to obtain the telemetering change times of each transformer substation interval and each telemetering change time.
It should be noted that each frame of message corresponds to a telemetry object point number, and the telemetry object point number is used to indicate to which substation interval the telemetry data on the corresponding message belongs. Therefore, the multi-frame telemetering data of the transformer substation can be divided according to the transformer substation interval according to the telemetering object point number of each frame message.
Specifically, multi-frame messages of the transformer substation are directly read in a traversing manner, firstly, reading is carried out from a first frame message, a message of which the next frame of telemetering data corresponding to the telemetering object point number changes is found according to the telemetering object point number of the frame message, the transformer substation interval corresponding to the telemetering object point number is determined as the transformer substation interval to which the two frames of messages belong, the time interval of the two frames of messages is calculated as the telemetering change time of the transformer substation interval, the telemetering change time is counted into the accumulated total telemetering change time of the transformer substation interval, the telemetering change times of the transformer substation interval are accumulated and added, the second frame message is continuously read, and by analogy, after all messages of the transformer substations are traversed, the telemetering change times of each transformer substation interval and the telemetering change time of each time can be obtained.
Therefore, the telemetering data can be divided according to the transformer substation intervals while the telemetering change time and the accumulated telemetering change times are calculated, and finally the telemetering change times of each transformer substation interval and each telemetering change time are obtained.
Optionally, in step S2, after the time interval of the two frames of messages is calculated as the telemetry change time of the substation interval corresponding to the telemetry object point number, the telemetry change time of the substation interval may be compared with the recorded maximum telemetry change time of the substation interval, and if the telemetry change time is greater than the recorded maximum telemetry change time, the telemetry change time is replaced with a new maximum telemetry change time and stored in the database; and comparing the telemetering change time of the substation interval with the recorded minimum telemetering change time of the substation interval, and replacing the minimum telemetering change time with a new minimum telemetering change time and storing the new minimum telemetering change time into a database if the minimum telemetering change time is smaller than the recorded minimum telemetering change time.
The maximum telemetering change time and the minimum telemetering change time of each transformer substation interval in the database can be continuously updated and recorded, wherein the minimum telemetering change time can be used for indicating the operation state of the measuring and control device of the transformer substation interval, and the smaller the minimum telemetering change time is, the better the operation state of the measuring and control device of the corresponding transformer substation interval is.
S3: according to the telemetering change times of each transformer substation interval and each telemetering change time, the average telemetering change time of each transformer substation interval, the number of times that the telemetering change time is larger than the average telemetering change time and the telemetering change time are counted.
Optionally, step S3 includes: the following steps are performed for each substation bay:
dividing the total accumulated telemetering change time by the telemetering change times to obtain an average telemetering change time;
dividing the number of times that the telemetry change time is greater than the average telemetry change time by the number of times that the telemetry change time is greater than the average telemetry change time to obtain the ratio of the number of times that the telemetry change time is greater than the average telemetry change time;
and dividing the telemetry change times by the total telemetry data amount to obtain the telemetry change times ratio.
The telemetering change times are total telemetering change times of all the transformer substation intervals recorded in an accumulated mode after multi-frame telemetering data of all the transformer substation intervals are traversed.
S4: if the average telemetering change time of any transformer substation interval is larger than a first time threshold value, the number of times that the telemetering change time is larger than the average telemetering change time is larger than a first specified proportion, and the number of times that the telemetering change time is larger than the average telemetering change time is smaller than a second specified proportion, the telemetering change time of the measuring and control device of the transformer substation interval is judged to be longer, and alarm information is sent to the measuring and control device of the transformer substation interval.
The first specified proportion and the second specified proportion can be set by developers according to actual conditions, and optionally, the first specified proportion is 60% and the second specified proportion is 80%. The first time threshold is determined according to the change time index of the telemetric data, and in general, the master station sets the change time index of the telemetric data for each substation interval at the substation end, which is generally 3 seconds, that is, the telemetric change time is qualified within 3 seconds.
Therefore, when the average telemetering change time of any substation interval is more than 3 seconds, the problem possibly exists in the measuring and controlling device of the substation interval, and if the number of times that the telemetering change time is more than the average telemetering change time is more than 60% and the number of times that the telemetering change time is less than 80%, the telemetering change time of the measuring and controlling device of the substation interval is longer.
Optionally, after step S2, the maximum telemetry change time of each substation interval may be counted according to the telemetry change time; and if the maximum telemetering change time of any transformer substation interval is greater than a second time threshold, judging that the telemetering data of the transformer substation interval is missed by the telecontrol device of the transformer substation, and sending alarm information for indicating that the telemetering data is missed by the telecontrol device. Wherein the second time threshold is determined based on the interval of time for which telemetry data is uploaded by the telemechanical device, typically 3 minutes. Because a mechanism that the master station automatically calls the telecontrol devices at the transformer substation end every 3 minutes is arranged, namely every 3 minutes, all telemetering data acquired by the measuring and controlling devices at intervals of each transformer substation are transmitted once through the telecontrol devices, and the master station receives the telemetering data transmitted by the telecontrol devices every 3 minutes, when the telemetering data does not change within 3 minutes, namely the maximum telemetering change time exceeds 3 minutes, the telemetering data is considered to be caused by the telemetering devices failing to transmit the telemetering data.
Optionally, after step S2, the method further includes: and if the telemetering change time of any one time of any transformer substation interval is greater than a third time threshold and less than a second time threshold, determining that the telecontrol device sends the telemetering data of the transformer substation interval in a delayed mode, and sending alarm information for indicating the telecontrol device to send the telemetering data in the delayed mode. The third time threshold is determined according to the time duration of sending the full data on the telecontrol device, and is generally 30 seconds.
When the master station automatically calls the telecontrol device at the transformer substation end every 3 minutes, the telecontrol device uploads the full data of the transformer substation, including remote control, remote measurement, remote signaling and the like, and the consumed time is about 30 seconds. Because the telemetering data transmitted by the telecontrol device in the same time period has limited capacity, some mechanism is often set to ensure that the more important telemetering data is transmitted preferentially (generally, the whole data is transmitted preferentially), and the transmission sequence of the telemetering data with partial change can be influenced. Therefore, if the telemetering change time is a value of 30 seconds to 3 minutes, the telemechanical device is indicated to be delayed to be sent upwards.
By implementing the optional implementation mode, whether the telecontrol device of the transformer substation is missed or delayed in sending the telemetering data can be analyzed, and the operation management personnel of the transformer substation are informed to go to the station to check the telecontrol device through alarming, so that the operation state of the telecontrol device of the transformer substation can be monitored in real time.
The embodiment provides a method for analyzing telemetering data of a transformer substation, telemetering data is taken out from a message document of the transformer substation received in the previous day, the telemetering data is divided and subjected to data analysis according to transformer substation intervals, the telemetering change times of each transformer substation interval and each telemetering change time are counted, the average telemetering change time of each transformer substation interval, the number of times that the telemetering change time is greater than the average telemetering change time and the telemetering change time are further counted, the transformer substation interval with the telemetering change time longer than the telemetering change time is concerned, and an alarm is given, so that data analysis can be performed by taking the transformer substation interval as a unit, the measuring and controlling devices of each transformer substation interval are monitored, the monitoring is more refined, and the alarm accuracy is improved.
In addition, whether the telecontrol device of the transformer substation is missed or delayed in sending telemetering data can be analyzed, and the operation management personnel of the transformer substation are informed to enter the station to check the telecontrol device through alarming, so that the operation state of the telecontrol device of the transformer substation can be monitored in real time. Based on the method, the problem that a power system dispatcher cannot timely know the real-time remote measuring condition of each transformer substation interval from the SCADA and the condition that AVC reference data cannot be timely refreshed to generate blind dispatching caused by the fact that the power system dispatcher cannot timely know the real-time remote measuring condition of each transformer substation interval can be solved by checking a telecontrol device which possibly has problems and a measuring and controlling device of a certain transformer substation interval, and the power system dispatcher can be ensured to master the real-time remote measuring condition of each transformer substation interval in real time. The method is beneficial to reducing the problems of repeated investment, repeated construction and improper operation and maintenance of power grid enterprises, and reduces potential safety hazards.
