Abstract
本发明公开了一种判定10KV配网合环过程中非正常解环的方法,其能够有效解决正常合环时,可能发生柱站开关的非正常跳闸,由于目前结构的限制,人员无法判断线路中是否存在联络开关跳闸的现象的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种判定10KV配网合环过程中非正常解环的方法。
背景技术
在两个10KV配电站之间的10KV配电线路之间装联络开关,实现配电网的合解环工作,实现负荷的转供。检修时,负荷不停电转供;正常合环时,可能发生柱站开关的非正常跳闸,由于目前结构的限制,人员无法判断线路中是否存在联络开关跳闸的现象。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种判定10KV配网合环过程中非正常解环的方法,解决正常合环时,可能发生柱站开关的非正常跳闸,由于目前结构的限制,人员无法判断线路中是否存在联络开关跳闸的现象的问题。
(二)技术方案
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种判定10KV配网合环过程中非正常解环的方法,包括如下步骤:
先将待合环线路两端的两个变电站分别定义为A变电站和B变电站,合上待合环线路上的热备用10KV联络开关,然后通过SCADA系统查看A变电站和B变电站出线开关上的有功功率,若其中有一个变电站出线开关的有功功率显示为负值,另一个变电站出现开关的有功功率变大,则表示合环成功;
若两个变电站出现开关的有功功率均为正值,则通过待合环配电线路上的所有配电站变压器上的副载波设备,传输信号至两个变电站上的主载波设备,若两个变电站上的主载波设备可接收到该合环配电线路上所有配电变压器上的副载波设备传输的信号,则表示合环成功;若存在变电站上的主载波设备无法接收所有配电变压器上的副载波设备传输的信号,则表示存在非正常解环开关;
将和A变电站电气距离最近的一个无法传输信号的配电变压器靠近A变电站一侧的10KV联络开关判定为非正常解环;
将和B变电站电气距离最近的一个无法传输信号的配电变压器靠近B变电站一侧的10KV联络开关判定为非正常解环。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种判定10KV配网合环过程中非正常解环的方法,其可简单、快速得判定10KV配网合环过程中是否存在非正常解环现象,并且能够准确、便捷、迅速确定非正常解环所在的位置。有效解决正常合环时,可能发生柱站开关的非正常跳闸,由于目前结构的限制,人员无法判断线路中是否存在联络开关跳闸的现象的问题。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种判定10KV配网合环过程中非正常解环的方法,包括如下步骤:
先将待合环线路两端的两个变电站分别定义为A变电站和B变电站,合上待合环线路上的热备用10KV联络开关,然后通过SCADA系统查看A变电站和B变电站出线开关上的有功功率,若其中有一个变电站出线开关的有功功率显示为负值,另一个变电站出现开关的有功功率变大,则表示合环成功;
若两个变电站出现开关的有功功率均为正值,则通过待合环配电线路上的所有配电站变压器上的副载波设备,传输信号至两个变电站上的主载波设备,若两个变电站上的主载波设备可接收到该合环配电线路上所有配电变压器上的副载波设备传输的信号,则表示合环成功;若存在变电站上的主载波设备无法接收所有配电变压器上的副载波设备传输的信号,则表示存在非正常解环开关;
将和A变电站电气距离最近的一个无法传输信号的配电变压器靠近A变电站一侧的10KV联络开关判定为非正常解环;
将和B变电站电气距离最近的一个无法传输信号的配电变压器靠近B变电站一侧的10KV联络开关判定为非正常解环。

Claims (1)
1.一种判定10KV配网合环过程中非正常解环的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
先将待合环线路两端的两个变电站分别定义为A变电站和B变电站,合上待合环线路上的热备用10KV联络开关,然后通过SCADA系统查看A变电站和B变电站出线开关上的有功功率,若其中有一个变电站出线开关的有功功率显示为负值,另一个变电站出现开关的有功功率变大,则表示合环成功;
若两个变电站出现开关的有功功率均为正值,则通过待合环配电线路上的所有配电站变压器上的副载波设备,传输信号至两个变电站上的主载波设备,若两个变电站上的主载波设备可接收到该合环配电线路上所有配电变压器上的副载波设备传输的信号,则表示合环成功;若存在变电站上的主载波设备无法接收所有配电变压器上的副载波设备传输的信号,则表示存在非正常解环开关;
将和A变电站电气距离最近的一个无法传输信号的配电变压器靠近A变电站一侧的10KV联络开关判定为非正常解环;
将和B变电站电气距离最近的一个无法传输信号的配电变压器靠近B变电站一侧的10KV联络开关判定为非正常解环。
